Please teach these young people on how to get people in n out.. 46 minutes to get me out with a thermostatat . Nice kids but God dam.. this is a teaching moment for whoever is in charge.

Helpful staff decent prices. Second trip the employee helped me find the battery I was looking for. It was at a near by other location and I was able ro return the wrong thing I bought and get the right one. The staff at both stores made exchanging the part out very easy

The AutoZone on harbor st in Pittsburg is the best hands down ! The Daytime manager is a godsend ! Super Personable and easy to work with. Your car is your happy and they help keep it that way .

Went into AutoZone to ask about a car cover. There was a lady wearing grey shirt without a name tag behind the register who asked me if she could help me. I went up to the register and she asked me mutiple times "what car did you say that was?" "what model was that again?" She then turns the monitor around towards me to, I assume to do what she was hired to do. So together we finally found that there was one showing in inventory. I asked her for the part number and she sent me down the car cover isle and it wasn't there. I saw one on top of the top shelf and requested help with a ladder. Again not there. I asked all the employees to help and only one was willing to help when I asked, "who is your Manager?" He reluctantly called other stores of 3 or 4, after I requested they search other places in the store or call other stores. Truly exhausting going into AutoZone to shop. 10/22/2023 5:30pm and 6:05pm

Every time I come into this store I am graced by Ms.Laura presence. Not only is she very knowledgeable BUT she makes sure to go the extra mile for all of her customers. I appreciate her and her team for doing the best that they can with the limited staff they have!

Best customer service. I came in needing assistance with a scratch and everyone Hauli in particular was super helpful and recommended me a product that saved my car from looking damaged.

Auto Zone gets 4 (really 3.5) stars for their accuracy and efficiency, but Chris C. gets 10 stars out of 5 for his excellent customer service, willingness to continue to help even after his shift, his consideration of others (managers and coworkers) policies and such, and his attention to detail, but most of all his integrity.Thanks Chris C.!BlessingsOnBlessingsOnBlessings...

Laura was hands down the best help I have ever received at an Auto Zone I needed help putting my plate on and she not only helped me find the correct parts I needed but she put the whole thing on for me so THANK YOU LAURA!!! Auto zone give this woman a raise!!

I went in for a radiator cap. There was only one person in front of me at checkout, and he was quick. Then my turn, and the gentleman was polite and was fast service. I ALWAYS go th AutoZone for my car needs !!!

This is not my normal location of choice but it has been the one stocking items we have needed lately that we're not available at our closer store. But there's been a few times that we have pulled up right before they close and each time, even though they appear to be closed already they have open the door and helped us without any trouble. Even though it is technically before they are supposed to be closed at least. But they have been super helpful and have indeed had the parts that they claim to have when you call, not like our location here who says they do but then turns out they don't. Keep up the good work and thank you for letting us come at the last minute!

Laura is amazing! The part I ordered was delivered to the wrong address and needed to be reordered. Laura not only reordered the part but she kept me informed each step of the way. She has excellent problem solving and communication skills.

I was on my way to work when I noticed I had a flat front tire so I stopped by AutoZone to get some help and this worker Javier was very helpful by checking it out and replaced my tire for me and he was very helpful and kind!! I really appreciate it.

Horrible service never in my entire life have I asked for help in a store and the worker flat out tells me no . I literally asked is there someone who can help me find what I need? And he turns and says no . How rude is that. Lines were terrible and the one with the long hair was the one who looked like they didn t want to be there and also the one who told me no . Horrible horrible horrible service . But Javier was a sweetheart and ended up helping us we ended up getting exactly what we needed .

I got the rudest sales clerk. I seemed to be bothering her by waiting for service. If you hate your job this much, you should be looking for another. The unemployment rate is extremely low.

Gio was a great employee and so helpful. We asked a different employee for assistance and he said that he couldn t help but Geo did the work really quick and was nice about it. Geo knows how to make his customers happy. Thank you so much Geo!

HORRIBLE experience. Left without purchasing due to terrible, unwelcoming and SEXIST environment. You have two guys at the counter TODAY OCTOBER 15 FRIDAY AT NOON 12PM WHO are yelling profanities to each other in Spanish, talking about their $2,000 versus $5,000 child support debt they each have, about how much they hate being there at work, and their latest employees reviews - which apparently they ve already been talked to about the bad customer service/ customer complaints but they know nothing will be done because autozone / the store needs them. I was in the store, walked every single isle for over 20 minutes and was NEVER acknowledged by the staff. I left without purchasing what I came in for and instead * WALKED across the street to Oriellys * and supported THAT business instead. Your employee conduct is absolutely ridiculous.

Told one price over the phone get there and then given 3 times the price.After playing phone tag with district Manager Justin James I was offered a 10% discount. That is an absolute joke. I was quoted the a price for a remanufactured Alternator that is the same as a brand new one. Makes no sense. I originally called the store to get the quote and quote that was given was 88.00. I even went over all the car information with the person on the phone as I was looking it up on my phone as well. He reassured me it was 88.00 and they had it in stock. I get to the store it was 288.00. No miscommunication on my part at all.

This store has some good employees and a few that really don't know what the heck they're doing. I've ordered parts and was told they would be in the following day and I would receive a call when they arrived. I didn't receive a call and it took 2 days instead of one, plus it was the wrong part. The other time we never received a call and the part took much longer to come in so we went elsewhere. So it's a hit and miss with this particular store. All in all I like Auto Zone's prices and get most of my automotive parts and stuff here. The employees are polite and helpful.

They're not very knowledgeable and your battery goes in needing a charge comes out to always be "bad". No real refund just "siore credit" and I'm never really sure if parts are new or refurbished. They're friendly but inventory lends you to "order the part" a lot.

Hi Wish there was an "Option for 0 stars", they'd get that instead of 1. I had horrible service, and 1 person was a "Manager", at first I had someone who clearly "Wasn't listening", so I asked for a Manager, I was turned over to, a Hispanic lady, she was even worse than the man before her. ( He was Hispanic also) ?? I'm a Black woman,!! Finally, one if the "Caucasian clerks (make) came to my aide he told me that, he'd watched from a distance for awhile, and felt like, "I needed His help" well, thanks to "Mike", I made out pretty darn good. He listened, "I left wondering if, I'd been discriminated against" by the 2 Hispanic clerks ??? You decide. However, "Mike you're the best"
