A service department that does not work with a rental car when your car goes into service. This sounds like a bad business idea. This dealershipLost my business with it and the work is covered under a warranty.

I have been to many ford dealerships as I always owned a ford. This is the best one by far! The staff us amazing and extremally helpful. They really care about your experience!

Last Saturday I brought my truck to get a safety recall fixed. I had called earlier during the week to verify that the parts are in and schedule an appointment the Saturday before I asked Andrew to look into it and he parts on order and I asked if the following Saturday would be okay Austin tells me you guys normally don t do warranty work on weekends but leave it and would be done by the end of the day. However he calls and states more parts are needed and is unable to accomplish the job. I don t know about guys weekends are special and to have to waste some it due to the techs screw up doesn t sit well with me.

Took a day to diagnose my vehicle for alignment and AC and then its service was not completed in a timely manner. I wasn't kept informed as to its status when there was delay.

In the past, I have always had positive experiences with All Star Ford. This time that was not the case. All of the great service advisors except for Ricky (Mark and Tim to name two) are now gone and the new advisors do not have the same people skills that the previous advisors and Ricky did/do. I had an appointment for an oil change that I made a week ahead of time. I arrived promptly and the service advisor told me he could not find the appointment in the computer system. I was asked if I remembered the name of the person who made me the appointment, which I did not, and was told it would be an hour or two before they could get to the oil change. I received two text confirmations from the All Star Service Department prior to the appointment date which I showed the advisors, but they still could not find the appointment. I asked one advisor about an issue that I was experiencing with my vehicle and was told that All Star Ford did not have a mechanic trained to do transmission work and that I would have to take the vehicle all the way over to the Tracy Ford dealership for transmission service. I should "be prepared to be without my vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks" while they diagnosed the issue and got the repairs approved. I have a factory extended warranty, which I believed could be used at ANY Ford dealership, and when I questioned the advisors, the truth came out. I was told that the Tracy Dealership is All Star Ford's "sister" store and they are referring all transmission work to Tracy. This despite the fact that there are no less than 3 other Ford dealerships (who have mechanics trained for transmission work) much closer to me than Tracy. I found the advisor that looked up my warranty info and referred me to Tracy to be rude, and basically his attitude showed that he cared nothing about my problem. The advisor that checked me in for my oil change was at least pleasant, in between bites of his lunch. By the time I need any other service, my warranty will be expired and I will choose another dealership to have my service done at. I will not buy another vehicle at All Star Ford either ( I have purchased two in the last 4 years from them). Update: the oil change took 1.5 hours but the vehicle sat completed in the return lane for 20 minutes and no one came to get me to tell me it was ready. I finally went over to the cashier and the paperwork was not processed, which took another 5 minutes.

I TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR DIAGNOSTIC FOR MULTIPLE SERVICE WARNINGS THAT CAME UP, I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON 1/3/23 AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BY NOON THE NEXT DAY TO LET ME KNOW INITIAL FINDINGS. 1/4/23. I CALLED ON THURSDAY 1/5/23 AND WAS GIVIN A SNOTTY ANSWER THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY HAD INFORMATION, BASICALLY DONT BOTHER US BY CALLING. FINALLY ON TUESDAY 1/10/23 I CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF THEY COULD TELL ME ANYTHING AND WAS TOLD, OH YEAH, YOUR TRUCK IS READY TO BE PICKED UP; SO MUCH FOR THEM CALLING ME WHEN IT WAS READY, AND HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN SITTING I WONDER?Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I only take my truck to the dealer for servicing. Good work and timely service. They only worked on what I needed done and didn't try to push anything on me.
