We bought a new Expedition from Jose and we couldn t have been happier. We are a Ford family and will buy out of state and have shipped or travel down to southern CA for the best price. He wasn t pushy but eager and excited. It was a pleasure working with him and I love my new car!

They sold me a gt at a price I could've bought a dark horse. The finance lady sold me extended warranty and maintenence I didn't even know about or need under my contract as well without even telling me. This dealership is sketchy. And now they're delaying the process of canceling my extended warranty. The owner of the dealership hasn't signed the check and sent it. They are such a headache.

Upon arrival, Jose greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. He was very thoughtful and patient with my situation, and did everything possible to accommodate my financial circumstances at the time. Jose was very honest and supportive throughout the entire process and I m very thankful for my experience at this location.Jose is beyond great! I recommend him to anyone looking for a new set of wheels! :)

I never ever leave bad reviews. I guess that s just how bad my experience was here. I took one of my 8 Ford vehicles into service here to give them a try since Brentwood was two weeks booked out and I was trying to a save the drive to Walnut Creek (great service over there) for a simple oil change. Two weeks later I noticed a headlight have a smudge like dried coke. Didn t think much. Cleaned it up and that was that. A day later again and I noticed my drive way had oil spots. So I peek under my hood just to see oil EVERYWHERE. They forgot to put the top back on. I called and talk to the assistant manager. He said bring it by and they will fix it and clean it up. I was working so I had my father in law drive it over. All they did was (maybe) put some oil in and that s it. They left the engine soaked in oil. I called again and they said that that s all they can do. That their pressure washer system was down. I don t see why that wasn t mention prior than wasted a drive over there if they clearly said it was going to be all cleaned up. Makes me think that the recall services were probably not even done since they can t even remember to put a top on!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Believe me the 20 minutes drive to Walnut Creek is well worth it.

I am disappointed in having to leave a negative review. I purchased my car from this Ford dealership and each time I had to bring it in I have always had a good experience but on my most recent visit I was left feeling upset and taken advantage of.On Friday 11/10 i dropped my car off at 8:00am for a "diagnostic." Once I checked out I was told I would receive a call once my car is ready so I got dropped off by the shuttle service. As the day passed on and not receiving an update I called at 5:15pm asking for the status of my car. Austin answered the phone and asked for my last name and checked in on the status. He then told me "Frank" who was assigned to my case was off work at 5:00pm that he went home and that the technician working on my car went home as well. I immediately became frustrated and upset and expressed that this was extremely unprofessional that he went home without giving me an update on the status of my car. To make matters worse, the diagnostic was half complete. They had my car for "9" hours and still had not finished the diagnostic!!!!! I went to get my car as I had to go to work. I paid in full for a service that was 1. half complete and 2. no diagnosis officially given. Not only did I not know if my car was safe to drive I have to bring my car back in on Monday to complete the diagnostic. When I paid I told them since I paid that day I would NOT be paying again! And I was told "hopefully I won't have to." Again this is not on me that they failed to complete the job so if I am bringing it back it should be considered the same service. I want to reiterate how unprofessional and inconsiderate my case was handled.

Took my 2018 Ford Cmax in for a safety inspection and oil change. Picked up the vehicle and over the next week started to smell what we thought was exhaust entering the cabin of the vehicle. Scheduled the vehicle for an inspection to find out what was going on and the technician LEFT THE OIL FILL CAP OFF!! This caused the smell coming into the cabin and the engine to be covered in oil. Was told they found the cap in the engine compartment and that they would clean the engine compartmentJust hoping there is no damage done to hybrid components or engine.

With my old mechanic retiring, and having had some truly terrible dealership experience by some nearby competitors, I am glad I was able to get my car checked up and maintained here at All Star Ford. I have never felt cheated, and always felt confident leaving the place knowing my car was in working great.

Upper management and corporate office really needs to read this review. The level of service, experience, and interaction my cousin and I received yesterday from the service advisor Anthony was atrocious, appalling, and disgusting. I did received a callback from the service manager Chris, in which I relayed my feedback of Anthony s conduct. He apologize profusely and assured me that it will be handled accordingly.

Very poor services! You guys are all happy to take my money when I'm buying the vehicle and give me the best service with a smile, but as soon as my Ford craps out on me and you guys have to replace my transmission under warranty, I get nothing but setbacks and stalling and horrible customer service.I was told by the assistant manager that there will be no rental vehicle provided after my Ford ranger was at their shop for more than 3 weeks with no work done to it. They took their sweet time just to trying not to find problem. I already explained to them the issues and they didn't believe me.They made me come back after 3 weeks to show them proof of the problem. I had to miss work just to show them the transmission issue. I literally drove it no more than one minute before the problem happened!They were just too lazy and did not want to replace the transmission. I had to complain to upper management and they approved a rental vehicle for me. But here's the thing I never got one! I called a bunch of times and they said they would have one ready for me and they never did. I never got a rental...At the end of it all my vehicle was there for more than a month and a half I never got updates about my truck unless I called, and when I did call to try to find out any information or ETA I would only get irritated behavior on the other end of the phone all because I wanted to know what was going on. I never raised my voice I was always patient but it's very true what they say nice guys finish last because I'm not the type of guy to be a jerk and raise my voice but I got treated like garbage and this was the last straw. I have bought many Ford vehicles in the past and my family as well. After this experience I am never going to buy another Ford vehicle in my life.I have a 2019 Ford ranger XLT SuperCrew and only had 40,000 miles on it before the transmission went out, this also happened to one of our Ford rangers at the company I work for. Four quality really has gone downhill. And they are also suffering with horrible services from Ford.I will make sure that everyone knows Ford's true colors. Next week I will be making a video blog about this experience and post it on social media I want the whole world to know how forward treats their customers. You guys are very happy to take our money with a smile but when everything starts to fall apart you guys don't care and don't make an effort.I never got an apology and I never got anything that would compensate me for all the troubles I went through, not once did I ever feel like a valued customer. So this is a WARNING to everyone thinking of buying a Ford vehicle and also using All-Star FORD. They only have one mechanic that works on anything related to TRANSMISSION warranty, They don't care about hiring more help because they're very cheap and are overworking the only mechanic they have on staff that deals with transmission work.I had a chance to talk to the mechanic that worked on my trucks transmission and he was a nice guy, he mentioned there was a huge line of trucks that were brought in with the same problem. But again he has no support and no help, and FORD doesn't care about their customers waiting a long time since they only hire one person to do the job. It's a multi-billion dollar company that can't afford more mechanics? They got the money they're just cheap to hire good talented mechanics to help out but they prefer to make everyone suffer and just have one guy do everything which does not make sense at all.I hope someone reads this and avoids the headaches that I went through.

They pay for 5 star reviews. They lied to my face about listening to my needs. Strong armed me into leaving with a car worth 16000 for 29,000. Said I already signed so I couldn't leave. The sales woman, the finance manager and the GM, all three were completely in on it together. Do not buy from these people

Love All Star Ford! The best sales associate I've worked with is Jimmy Jack. I bought both of my vehicles through him. He is very honest, approachable, and an overall great person to work with. He doesn't sell you dreams and false hopes, he is realistic and won't send you away because of your budget.

These guys were great! i didnt want the whole typical car-buying experience where you don;t know if you are being ripped off. Olivia was very professional, prompt in answering my questions, responsive to my feedback, and really cared that I was completely thrilled! And this new Escape is awesome! Here it is in my driveway!

Everyone is always kind, courteous and willing to work out the best deal possible. They always explain exactly what they're going to have done to my car, and usually have a good estimate of cost and time. I've worked with Andrew, Ricky, Frank and Jim (all in the service department) numerous times over the years and each is personable and always do the best they can by me.

I had the pleasure to work with Brian Perrigo at All Star Ford dealership. I have been leasing Ford Explorer for 5 years and this time has been my best. Brian gave the deal I wanted. It was a very easy process to get my new Ford lease. I have decided to drive 70 miles and it was very well worth it. Best customer experience. Thank You Brian!

I had an excellent buying experience with Brian Perrigo. He sent me the quote in writing before coming down to dealership and transaction went smooth. Brian offered me a great deal and I am really happy with the 2018 Ford F-150. Highly recommend Brian Perrigo and All Star team.

Brought a work truck (22 Ranger XL) in for a check engine light on Saturday. I was informed that they could only diagnose the truck during the weekday which is inconvenient for me. But I stayed around and looked at SUVs and was really happy that I didn't buy here although the service was good! The bonus was the Bluetooth Speaker that was given as a gift. For a dealership, in my opinion this is a good place to buy a new car

I had an unbeatable car buying experience with All Star. Not only did they have a huge selection of cars, but my salesman Traevon was so dedicated to finding something that exceeded my expectations. I also got to work with the manager Jay who was very professional, informative and helpful. Together they made the process so quick and easy for me which is always a plus. I walked into the dealership with my heart set on a Hyundai Sonata, and I walked away with exactly that. Traevon made sure I got what I wanted and it turned out to be under my budget which was fantastic. They showed me the definition of world-class service.

We re so happy we went with Ford. The entire Ford team at the Pittsburg location made it feel like a breeze. They went above and beyond to take care of us and even took the time to find the specific color, details, etc. and we def have them some homework. When I say Robert went above and beyond- I mean it! Robert and Jose have made our purchase experience incredible. I m in awe of the care and service they provided throughout our buying process. I would highly recommend. This is the experience everyone should have when buying a new car!

3/5 stars just because I went without my vehicle for way too long. Expect long waits and services to take up to 1 month minimum to fix your vehicle due to the apparent shortage of parts and vehicles. My vehicle was there from 3/22/23 to 5/18/23. They were unable to provide a lender so I had to rent a car. The location lacks communication amongst its staff, however, I did receive great customer service from Service Rep. Austin. He tried the best he could to get the help I needed and pushed for my vehicle to be fixed ASAP. He always returned my calls timely and answered to the best of his ability.

I got a another car for my son. He loves it. Mustang 2022 GT Jose (sale person) that sold us the Mustang he's awesome. Jose help us again and always giving us excellent customer service. He's the person you guys should go to when you need to buy a car, has excellent customer service, always smiling and very kind. Chris (Finance) he's great has well. Thank you Ford for having great employee's. Keep it up

We had every intention of just looking (yes, that s how it always happens ), we met with Rob (aka Jimmy Jack) and he was able to help us find a truck with all the bells and whistles we were looking for. All Star ExperienceI got connected with All Star Ford through a TrueCar referral last winter. I was looking to custom order a GT 5.0 Mustang. Brian Perrigo, the internet sales manager responded to my inquiry. Through TrueCar I was referred to several dealers. Brian and All Star stood out.I was looking for a good price - like everyone - but also wanted a seamless buying experience. Brian offered a competitive price and kept in touch regularly during the wait for delivery.My delivery was flawless, from a tour of the service department, vehicle orientation and an efficient and informative signing with the F&I specialist. I was on my way with my new sled in short order.I ve referred a few fellow Mustang fanatics from the Mustang6g board to Brian and look forward to doing business with him and All Star Ford in the future.
