Rapid RV Repair is awesome! We have had Porfi fix our water pump and he just installed 2 new Maxxfans in our Van. This guy always does top quality work. He is the kind of person you want to help you out. Always has a big smile and is a happy guy. Chris and Lorraine are also very helpful with booking appointments and taking care of all our questions. Definitely recommend this business!

I tried fixing my RV automatic stair problem on my own! That as not smart. I went to Rapid RV and explained my entire situation to the parts guy, I think his name is Tom. What a patient and knowledgeable man! He gave me a lot to test, try, and think about. I bought the suggested part (the actuator motor), ran the tests....installed it - and boom! Fixed! Thanks to Tom I am now entering my RV safely again. I also learned I need to keep my screen door clipped shut during wind storms!

We purchased our RV Thursday and broke a key off in the lock. We went to Rapid RV Repair and had near instant service. They were courteous and reassuring. We left feeling really appreciative and relieved. Tom was excellent. Another man whose name I cannot recall ( started with an R ) was a wizard with tools. We cannot highly enough recommend their services!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Rapid RV repairs! Tom and Lorraine are there to assist you with your issue. My water pump was failing me, and everyone in town was busy and could not see me until January. It wasn t until I discovered Rapid RV repairs that I made an appointment. My tech was Porfidio. He provided excellent service and communication. I left there a happy camper with my new water pump. If anything should go wrong with my motorhome in the future, I will certainly be back!

If I could I would give 6 stars! These people are dipper stars! Customer Service and Competence should be their motto Thank you Lorraine and Rolando!. True to their name. We were in and out in less than an hour! !Knowledgeably. Courteous. Professional. Everything good as opposed to All the other hack jobs we paid our hard earned money for at some of the so called well known Dealer/Repair businesses. Finally a place that does the work we went in for and who were considerate and respectful!

Rapid RV scheduled the appt the morning after I called in late afternoon. Promptly arrived and asked great questions to quickly diagnose our water pump issue. Turned out to be a hairline crack in the inline filter. Could have taken so much more time to find cause of air leak!

I highly recommend Rapid RV Repair!!We were on a camping trip in Pismo when our water pump failed in our Van. Our service tech Porfidio was awesome!We had a complicated repair because the original install was a mess. Porfidio came up with a sleek solution and solved all the problems with ease. I would highly recommend him for anything you need repaired. He is the kind of person you want when you are in need of help. It is just his nature to be a generous and helpful man.(I almost ripped my fingernail off when I was clearing out our van and he brought me water and a banana while I was about to faint from the pain! )We are really grateful he got us up and running in a few hours.We also had great customer service from Tom T who welcomed me warmly upon my arrival.This place is a great find for us here in Pismo!

While at Pismo Coast Village my awning arm broke from the rain. I called Rapid RV and Tom had two guys out to help me secure it in a couple of hours. Tom was super helpful and the two guys Preston and Val were awesome.

New RV owner here Inspection when purchased wasn't the same one that got with my repairs from Rapid Repair.. Called first thing after finding a leak and hot water heater want responding, they came out with 24 hours and what a Great Friendly Salesman!! He made feel better about purchasing the WRONG RV for my family's needs and had me flushed and fixed in" no time" we will be bringing ALL OF OUR RV BUSSINESS to Rapid Repair affordable and fast... .... .... friendly!! Rolando, our technician was efficient and helpful. This was a new motorhome for us, and I had a few questions to make sure I understood the system. Rolando fixed our problem and answered all my questions.Of course a mobile service is going to be more expensive, but all of my problems were gone the very next day after calling for an appointment.(my standard go to service has a four month waiting list.) under the circumstances well worth the cost.Service: Battery

Steve and Harmony were so great to deal with. We traveled from New Zealand and visited to take parts home. The service and knowledge was outstanding, very professional, and very friendly. Will definitely visit next time we go to the States.John and Robyn
