This tire shop is outrageously expensive. Seems like they prey on those that absolutley need the tire. I was overcharged 150.00 compared to Americas Tire. Victor a works in the office and handles billing and answers the phone is rude and annoying. I would never let that clown handle customer service let alone work at my establishment. I am highly surprised that this tire thief of a shop is still in business. Save yourself from getting ripped off and go to americas tire.

Went in to get a tire patch on a flat that was plugged, the guy at the counter claimed that any tire that has a plug can't be patched, likely in some sheisty attempt to sell me a new tire to replace my tires with less than 4k miles on them. I know this to be a lie, because I've had it done on multiple vehicles over the years. The inside is dim, dirty, and poorly laid out. Skip this place and go literally anywhere else.

If there is 1/4 star i would not give it to them . Wife took vehicle for alignment . When it was done , called my wife and said ready to pick up , and said they did the best they could , little off on alignment . And said that we need to spend more $ 250.00 to get them aligned . There were no missing , broken or bent parts on my suspension , so no reason for it not to get properly align . And only after they called us it was ready for pick up that they are telling us that it needed more work and align it again . Rip off people . Stay away from these shop .

Service writer was very condescending. They don't honor 3 year alignments from other Goodyear stores within a 35 mile radius, much less offer them. They will not install parts you bring in (which I can understand, it's just mildly irritating). The set of tires I was quoted cost 20% more here than anywhere else and their alignment is absurdly priced. I was trying to give them probably close to $1500-2000 worth of parts and labor, heavier on the labor sales, and they made every effort not to take my money. That's fine. I will take my car and money elsewhere. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I LOVED the Goodyear in Livermore.

I ve taken my car there a few times and have been deceived/lied to each and every time. The last three times put me over the edge....One of the times I was told I have to replace all my tires because getting only two can mess up my transmission-not true.One time they told me my other two tires were low on tread and needed to be replaced which was very much not true as I had one of them replaced at another shop about 1 month prior.The LAST time the white guy (don t remember names) quoted me one price then the Asian guy, who has helped me every other time and lied, quoted me a different price when I came to get my car and it was much higher than the original guy I dropped my car off to.I d suggest going anywhere else if you are able to. They are extremely dishonest here.

Goodyear in Pinole does all of my car repairs and tire replacement. They have saved me a lot of headaches. Even the things that are small, they take on with good attitudes and a willingness to please. The maintenance is first rate. AND, they don't pad the bill with extras that I don't need. They have been very helpful about letting me know what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Nice to work with respectful, honest people who do a great job!

Went in there this morning for a alignment and balance. They have a special car care for 89.95. But when I talked to one of the rep, he does not even know about it. I am sure had my wheel lock key inside my car and told him exactly where it was. He called me out and told me my wheel key lock was not there. I ended up get my alignment then, but not balance my tires. NEVER GO THERE OR REFER ANYBODY TO GO THERE. FALSE ADVERTISE

Vic and team - thank you so much for the work on the brakes and a new set of BF Goodrich tires for the Jeep I bought over the weekend. I wouldn't have made it 900 miles back to Tucson without your exceptional service. I felt like I was driving on 4 fluffy pillows! When these wear out, I'll drive 900 miles to some see you again.

Basically got the runaround about them honoring a 3 year alignment purchased at the Daly City Goodyear (we moved close by to this store recently ). Luckily, I had already called and talked to the Tire Service Network to know that they had to honor it. I relize that it's not something they usually do and it is an extra hassle for them to get paid by the other store but this is one of the reasons you purchase services from chain stores; ease of access at multiple locations. After an hour of waiting and after we got all the faxes and emails from the Daly City store of previous work orders they finally proceeded with the alignment (Daly City store is and was great overall and wish I could have moved them with us). But not after trying to be convinced to buy two new tires I didn't want. And being told the alignment wouldn't help without new tires. Which hasn't been my experience in the past but perhaps I'll see. To be fair, the tires are worn but only have 15 to 20k on them. They still have plenty of tread from my experience. The manager wasn't rude but his contempt was palpable. I won't be coming back and doubt I'll stick with Goodyear in the future. As an aside, what company doesn't have integrated computer systems nowadays? You know, so they can access other stores work orders!Overall, their lack of knowledge of thier own policies regarding honoring other stores services and the general way they deal with customers is disappointing dispite the other great reviews on this location. If you're coming here from another store, good luck, it'll be insanely frustrating!UPDATE: car was "severely" out of alignment. The manager told me that it wouldn't make much difference with the pulling and swimming sensations. The swimming sensation and vibration is gone. However, it still pulls to the right but not as bad. They told me that it was due to something being bent. All in all, the difference the alignment made is significant and all I wanted done this time. What and all around frustrating experience with this Goodyear.

"Declined" to install my tires because they were low profile - 275 /35 's - not exactly a Ferrari son. Might want to up your game. It was only $1600 in tires I wanted to buy from you. Good job.

I will never bring my business to Pinole Goodyear and Jarvis again. The manager in the front office was very unprofessional when I came to have work done. He spoke down on me as if I was an idiot because I chose not to purchase new tires in addition to the work that I came to have done. Ultimately after disrespecting me I chose to walk away because he seemed to be getting confrontational when I voiced my opinion. I will warn everyone I know to avoid this place and you should too. I am most likely going to present my complaint to Goodyear corporate as well.

Thank you fellas. I know this pandemic is making all our jobs harder. Parts are aBa headache. good job on father in law's power steering and A/C. Nice air conditioning is blowing at a perfect 40 degrees at the vent! As you know I also do a/c on big trucks and 40 degrees is perfect temp. Thanks again Ed My Mobile Mechanic Inc ( MAC ) licensed. Also once again your integrity shines!

Stay away from this Goodyear the guys at the counter including the owner are rude and disrespectful. They over charged me for 3 tires when I could of saved $100 elsewhere he will try and sell you the most expensive tires. I guess since I was a woman he took advantage of me. This place should not be in business as I reported them to the better business bureau.

Great service, great communication. I had my car towed in about 12 pm. They diagnosed the alternator was bad and they had my car done by 4:30.Thanks James

I went in on a Monday to have a tire repaired that had a slow leak. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. The man behind the counter suggested I make an appointment. "Then, when you come in, he'll be waiting for you." My appointment was today at 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:18 pm. A different man this time, asked me for my last name. I gave it to him. Not there. I gave him my first name. That's not there either. "Have you ever been here before? Because we can look up your address. I told him "No." Same answer as Monday, when asked. This man asked me AGAIN . NO, I have never been here. They also said, "It's gonna be a wait. Like 1 1/2 hours." I said, That's why I made the appointment. " Then, he said, "Well, it's gonna take a minimum of 45 minutes to patch it and rotate the tires.This whole exchange was ridiculous. I realize patching my tire isn't a money maker for them. But eventually my car will need tires and I had pulled a Michelin tire flyer. Guess who I won't be buying Michelin tires from? Why have appointments 1. If they are not going to enter you into the log, and 2. Have you wait 1 1/2 hours?

Will never go back. Asian guy was no help and rude. A rip off honestly. Bad vibes and sour old timers working there. If you're not happy doing your job then find another one. Definitely staying away.

Beware of this shop .Wanted to get my tire replacedThe Asian guy ( bad vibes ) gave me a quote.I came back 15 mins later was a higher price .Very rude . And as I walked out the Asian guy farted .Nasty !!

They're always very polite when i was deployed they took care of my family when the motor of our car went out that was in 2007 and been with them ever since

Great customer service. I got my tires replaced and done here. It took about an hour. The service was fast and efficient.

never take your car to that place !!! big problem!! they do not comply with the guarantee, they charge double the pieces .. I do not even recommend it to my mother-in-law !!

Friendly and helpful staff. I went there expecting to spend a lot more and was very hsppy that it was affordable.
