Great service on my truck and great customer service. Mike and Jeanette and the rest of the crew are very nice and professional. Letchers Brothers does excellent work. I have complete trust in them. I will be returning, it s so nice to have a mechanic in our neighborhood that does great work.

I had a minor issue with my newly purchased used Mini Cooper. The owner of Letcher Brothers was very thoughtful and fixed my light bulb immediately at no cost. The additional parts I ordered came on the same day. The service was efficient and I felt I was well taken care of. I will definitely go back for more auto needs in the future. Thank you.

Answered all questions. Thorough Vehicle inspection and provided explanations as well as estimates. They even provided me with TRANSPORTATION back home and pick up Service once the car is ready. They are excellent no complaints.

My experience with Letcher Bros. Auto Repair was excellent. They were very professional and friendly. I went there to get an oil change and get an estimate for a water pump work as well as the 90K mile recommended for my car. For the water pump, I asked for the photos and they did not hesitate to provide them. They immediately detected the issue and provided an estimate. They understood that I was going to stay to wait for my car oil change and quickly worked on it and I was outta there in no time. I do plan to return to get the water pump fixed. Keep up the good work, guys!

Excellent service. Did a great job solving an issue, that another provider said would cost us about 6 times as much. Letcher Bros was able to fix the shaking in my car that ****stone wasnt able to. They have a good price too. Everyone in the shop are professional and easy to talk to. KUDOS!

After a rough 8 year life my baby of a car needed some extreme love in the suspension area. I emailed late night to get a quote along with some photos of the damage i need repaired and was pleasantly surprised to get an email back from mike the next morning. They said they could for sure take care of it and immediately i felt like she ( my car ) would be in good hands. I new it would be pricey because of the age and the car so i was desperate to find an honest mechanic. Between my wife and i we have 3 audis and we will be bring all of them here. They took amazing care of us. I had all 4 shocks replaced, along with a whole new set of control arms left and right, rear brakes, and power steering pump. They even got my stuck window to roll up which i really appreciated cause it s been raining, and decided not to go with the window repair at the moment. Didn t need to do that for me but they did!!! Non the less, they had everything in tip top shape within a matter of days. Absolutely incredible hospitality and work ethic. Highly recommend

They were fantastic and extremely friendly.From the start I felt like my car was in good hands. From other reviews I too have experienced their honesty and great service. I feel they are reliable, good people who aren t out to make a buck but to really help the customer with their car issues and all given with their knowledge and honesty, all the while treating the customer with respect. Mike, the owner, and Janette in the office are so wonderful and knowledgeable and explain and answer all the many questions I have :) I am so happy my sister recommended Letcher Bros as they are my go to place. Mike is always so very friendly and always on the run - so busy! Prices are fair and I trust Letcher Bros as, as long as I have been coming here, they are very fair, friendly, helpful and my go to place - thank you :)

Wonderful experience with this business. They were quick to respond to a request for an appointment and were flexible with drop off and pick up around the appointment. They were transparent about pricing and quick to complete the service of evaluating our air condition in our Ford Escape. When picking up the car they were so easy to speak with and quick to address a question that was raised about an additional adjustment. Really impressive auto business! Mike is quite personable & communicates effectively. My 1st visit, he installed a driver-side visor for me at "no charge." (I did help his son as a driving Instructor). They have a neat office. They pay for your Lyft trip, too. Work done correctly & on time. Highly recommend!

This is a very busy shop and usually requires advanced appointments but when my car broke down they let me tow it there and repaired it much sooner than expected at a price much lower than expected

These guys are the real deal. They were able to accurately diagnose the issue with my car and get it repaired over the weekend. Prior to coming to them I had spent 2 months going from shop to shop with no result. Letcher bros will be my go to shop for all future auto repairs.

When my wife's Mazda developed a leaky tire the other day, I did a quick Google search for trusted auto repair shops in our area and found Letcher Bros Auto Repair at the top of the list! My experience there was exceptional... working with their extremely professional team, their quick diagnosis (nail in the tread), and an even quicker same-day fix. Letcher Bros even went so far as to offer me a Lyft ride home when I dropped the car off. I highly recommend this business for all your auto repair needs, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!Service: Tires

I had the catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle and the employees at Letcher Bros. Auto Repair couldn't have been more compassionate about helping me fix my car. They put a new catalytic converter in for a very reasonable price, a very seamless and (relatively) pleasant experience. They didn't do anything to fix my car. And they wanted to charge me a large fee just because they test drove it around the block. After telling me they'll look at it. Scamy behavior. Rudely threw my keys back at me. Poor attitude. Left me stranded without a ride. Spent the whole day to get nothing fixed here.

Had a weird smell coming from my AC, I searched up the nearest Autoshop and was lucky to find this place. The people here were very nice and attended us very quickly. This was my second time coming to this shop and I would happily return again for maintenance and repairs. They diagnosed a water leak on my car as a failing water pump and waived the diagnostic fee when I authorized the repair.They're very communicative and straightforward about the repair, costs, and timelines and happily answered my questions about what parts they use for repairs. We took our Audi Q5 in to get a second quote for repairs on a suspension issue. They gave us the estimate within 30 minutes, it was SUBSTANTIALLY lower than the other quote.
