GREAT SERVACE. my only gripe is the front counter girl referring to me as "its always the dirty ones", because I was looking in her direction. keep in mind I just got off of work. I havent seen her since. I take it the unnecessary charges that other customers had issues with, were the results of other bad hires at this vicinity as well. Maybe get hires with better backgrounds

I always go here. Awesome customer service and excellent workmanship. They work on everything, oil, brakes, suspension, everything. They also drop you off if needed around town while they work on your vehicle.

My parents had taken their Subaru here for years and got ripped off several times, at 52000 miles they charged $1800 for a set of tires. They were told they needed new lower control arms and an alignment, there were no issues with abnormal tire wear, suspension damage or complaints about how the car drove. Unless you're off road racing or in an accident, control arms last more than 15 years or 150000 miles. Next they took the car in for a 60000 mile service, they were told the needed all new brakes and rotors also. I know the brakes were only half way worn and there were no driveability issues, they also replaced the front and rear differential fluid which was not required at 60000 miles and charged them over $2600. They failed to service the front differential properly resulting in catastrophic transaxle failure and leaving them stranded at my house 250 miles away from home. They had to rent a car to get home and when they contacted Pinole Goodyear they denied any wrongdoing or responsibility, now the car needs a $9000 transaxle and it's barely worth more that that if it gets replaced. DON'T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

My mother brought her car here for simple flat tire. Ended up quoting her almost $5000 for new rims and new tires when she didn't ask for that. Already trying to hustle her to get new wheels. She denied so they quoted her again $300 for the one new tire. Told her it came with warranty. Not even 2 months later the tire blew out so she went back to get it replaced under under the "warrenty" they told her she had. Of course they didn't value it and made her pay another $300 for another tire. Another month later the same thing happened. Blew out. This time I went back with her. Told the same story and warrenty didn't value it. The scum bag victor was yelling being very rude told me to shut my stupid mouth. He should not be working there. made us pay another $150 for a new tire. And replaced all tire sensors wich still are not working. Bad cheap useless tires here and high prices. If you value your money and respect do not come here. Way better tire places around. Cheap tires and unprofessional workers. Take advantage of women that don't know about cars.

The deals appeared to be good. However, no prices were listed. Additionally, you are forced to put in an address or your license plate number before you are provided with any information in reference to a tire(s).

I've been going to Goodyear in the Fitzgerald Shopping Center, Pinole, off Appian Way for about 25 yrs. now and I would highly recommend their auto services. They have worked on all my vehicle's & I have nothing but good things to say about this auto repair service. John is the Owner Victor is Mgr. along with their other associates mechanic's; they will take care of your car needs if they can; if not, You will be refer to another local business that possibly can help you. Keep up the excellent work.

I don t know why I kept going here after I bought a new tire & two hours later the pressure light goes back on & when I bring it back they tell me the sensor is bad & costs $60 to fix. I asked if THEY maybe broke it but he(the owner) claims the battery died & that s not their fault. Ok, fine I pay for the new sensor. Flash forward 3 years & i go get a new tire two hours later the light goes back on & what do ya know it s a bad sensor & not their fault. Dude. What are the odds of that?

I contacted Goodyear to get an inspection on a bad tire all season. I was given a claim # and to call John for an inspection. John immediately went to lunch and I was told to wait until he returns. This is the 2 nd tire with issues. Poor customer service and rude when trying to understand their policy when tires have issues. Everything is all smiles unless you try to request help due to defects.

COVID SAFETY WARNING! The owner does not wear a mask in the office where I had to stand to pay. He forces his employees to be within six feet while he is unmasked. He walked so close to me I had to lean to the side just to not bump into him. I asked him why he wasn t wearing a mask and he ignored me. I feel so bad for the employees dangerously exposed. I will never do business with this place again.

John, Vincent and James and the rest of the Pinole Goodyear crew are wonderful!They treat me like family and advise me on the care of my car. As a female I don't have to worry about them trying to cheat me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge about my vehicle. I've been going to them now for over 10 years. Even after relocating, I've driven all the way from Fairfield to Pinole because of the care and their good service, of Pinole Goodyear. They are the best!!!
