This place will not be around very long. Crockett Auto Body was the Beat in the Business. This new ownership is far from the quality of work, ability and customer service. The employees that knew what they were doing have left and the replacement employees have zero customer service abilities. Shop around and it will not be difficult to find a better shop with a talented staff to take care of your needs..

I myself had a terrible experience here at the Pinole shop. My Audi had little damage to the front grill area . They held onto my car for 3 weeks before telling me they took it apart and could not order any parts needed for my 2021 Audi. Yet racked up a 20K estimate for the insurance. Then when i demanded my car returned and put back together they could not put it back all the way! left pieces in a bag in my frunk. Leaving it to me to figure out. Then had the nerve to charge me $400 to put it back together and they couldn't even do that part correctly. I do not recommend anyone with a high end car take it into this shop. Terrible and stressful experience

Excellent service with courteous friendly staff. I hope I never have to take my vehicle to a workshop as i am hyper possessive about it but if I must then I would take it to crocketts. They just have the best reputation and I felt it was well deserved through my personal experience with them.

After visiting several other shops, Crocketts was the only one that actually looked to see the damage under the car. Also, Crocketts was the only shop that actually gave me a printed estimate. All the others were using COVID as an excuse not to give me an estimate. COVID was almost two years ago. I will be having my car repaired here, and have informed the insurance company. Crocketts also offered to set up a time to start the repairs. The other shops did not.

Crockett Premier Auto Body is the only place I will take my vehicles for repair. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any of our questions. The vehicle came out looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Beautiful job, highly recommend!

I wanted to thank Dan, Zachary and the staff for their excellent customer service. From the initial estimate and greeting from the receptionist to ride Hertz rent a car with Dan, it was a pleasure. Its very difficult to find small family owned and customer focused businesses these days. I highly recommend Crocket Primer Auto Body. Thank you for providing me an opportunity to do business with you.

Took my car to get an estimate. I explained the Insurance was only going to pay 90% of the cost to fix my car. The sales person told me if I had the car fixed with them after the insurance issued a check he would help me with my 10% being a rebate check or a discount on it. He said we ll talk about it when the check came in. It took them one month that s 30 days to get in contact with my insurance and get the estimate approved. The whole time I had to call them and ask for updates and what was going on they told me the insurance wasn t contacting them back but my insurance told me they weren t sending the estimate and they weren t contacting them. So then I get the check and I go down to take my car and I tell the secretary about the discount and I as I look at him at his desk he told his secretary to go and tell me that they were not going to help me with anything and I had to pay for the remaining 10%. It s a small place and the secretary has a front desk right next to the sales people he is very near to us and all he had to do was stand up over his monitor and tell me he wasn t going to help me with the 10% anymore that would ve been acceptable. My 10% was 100 dollars very little job I didn t mind paying it they were very disrespectful and unprofessional I will never go there again.

Excellent. Helped me deal with a cheep insurance company who tried to low ball their price to fix my vehicle. My representative kept me informed ever step in the process. Having an accident is traumatic enough, this company made it easy to get my beautiful car back.

First time that I went with my car, they left the rear light socket out of the place. I needed to come back two times more to get it fix properly. Finally, they did a really good job with the rear bumper of my car. Good service after all.

I brought my car in for w two week job. It reminds .e if Gilligans Island ("a three hour tour") every week I have called them and they say the same thing,just two more weeks Joe and you will get your car back. Well this three hour tour is now six weeks old and I have had to pay daily charges for a rental the whole time but good news. My car will be ready in two weeks.

Brought in my Mercedes-Benz CLS550 for repairs on my rear bumper. Always happy with the work. I have been going to this establishment since they where in Crockett. Paul and the team are awesome. I dont go nowhere else.

WOW!!! I know they have exellent service but not this time. They did a great job on the body work(I thought) but my car also had machanical problems. They said the work was done,car was test droven by two mechanics and everything was fine. When i first drove the car the steering was a little stiff,made a hard left turn and the engine cut off,proceeded to the freeway and it did the same thing... When i called Croketts Premier Auto Body they told me the person who worked on my car would give me a call back,i called back again with no return reply. Finally I took my car to BMW in Berkley to find out my car was not in driving condition,both axles were broke and we were lucky something bad didn't happen to me or any of my passengers. then to add more injury to insult the did a bad job on the body work by BMW standards... Still waiting on that call...

They emailed me photos of my car mileage right away when I really needed it and was stressed about insurance after someone totally smashed into our Honda. Really great customer service

Always bring my cars here. That's if you go through the insurance...otherwise they are super pricey. But their work is great and they even have a lifetime warranty.

They wanted to replace parts that weren't necessary and insisted on painting parts of the body in order to blend the paint... my vehicle ended up with paint runs , p i t s and a wavy appearance... Destroying the original finish
