Accutech Auto Care is a family owned auto repair shop that does it all. Need a smog, transmission service, a whole new engine, they can do it. The customer service is excellent, the technicians are experienced, friendly and competent, the owner himself is a 30 year business owner and smart as a whip. I've been taking all my vehicles to Accutech since 2018. Love Accutech AutoCare.

Stay away you ve been warned. One of the owners Kevin solicited business from me while my wife was working there. He had my car for over a year and made a bunch of promises and never delivered. He said he needed money for parts so I agreed. The co-owner said he ended up using the money for other things and never ordered the parts. They said they would make everything right, but that didn t happen. I finally said enoughs enough either complete my car or return it to me and my money minus the brake job they did. He made more promises and sold a bunch of lies about how he would get it done by the time we agreed. When it came a week prior to the work was supposed to be completed I asked for a progress update from him and the shop tech that worked there. He said I d be impressed with the pictures he would share in a few days, but the shop tech said they hadn t even started. So I told him give me my money and car back. He returned the car but said he didn t have my money. Eventually after a bunch of back and forth he said, We ll just do this the hard way. I then reported him to the B.A.R., and so he sent a text to my wife saying basically sorry for all the confusion, but it will all get worked out. Once the BAR closed the investigation he decided to go back to not being cooperative. The bar people said that I d have to to sue him and now that s all I have left to do. So in my personal experience stay away unless you want to be ripped off. If this is how he treated an employee and her husband I can only imagine how he will treat you. Granted I ll say this his employees were all nice people, and felt bad about how we are being treated.

5 stars are unusual on my reviews.. I have high standards.Clean pleasant waiting room comfortable chairs to sit in .Clean restroom in sitting area reasonable smog rates .I called and got an immediate appointment. 5 minutes after arriving my truck was in the shop.

Hung - technician. Outstanding! Checked my SUV first (free). Told me to run car on hwy 4 on 'cruise control.' My Highlander 'passed' all smog emissions * Praise God! $58, including Certificate. Highly recommend Pinole business.

Had our Miata MX5 smogged several months ago and received very friendly, knowledgeable professional service at a reasonable price. Just went back today and set an appointment for a headlight. Again friendly, knowledgeable professional service and will stop by next week for an estimate. They are my go to place and I highly recommend you give them a chance to treat you as well as they treat me! I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

The service was amazing and fast! Glad to call this my new home shop! I received an oil change service and also they put my license plates on for me!

I called for a same day appointment and their receptionist was able to get me on the schedule almost immediately. Upon arrival, I mentioned potentially needing my air filters replaced. The receptionist is always delightful so the 2 stars are for her. My issue is with the technician today. He claimed I didn't have a cabin filter at all. I didn't insist on having him show me, which is my mistake. I went home and decided to do a double check. After some difficulty removing the glove compartment, it turns out the cabin filters were in fact in there and were extremely overdue for a replacement. I'm extremely disappointed with today's visit as I've been a patron for the past 3+ years. This experience has made me question their practice as a business and whether they have been untruthful in my past experiences. Very disappointed.Service: Oil change

Thank you, David, for the excellent service you did on my car. I was pleased to find out that my son-in-law Tracy Franks, was able to find a great service center near me to help maintain the life of my Hyundai Tucson. It runs better now than it has been in a long time. I like to thank you & your team for dedicating time at the last minute to keep my car running smoothly.

I love the customer service. The mechanic explains everything. One time I couldn't make contact with my insurance and AccueTech called and got my claim started whole my car was in their shop. Very helpful and convenient.

When visiting my mother-in-law, I found that her 2012 Tucson was overdue for routine maintenance. As this is probably going to remain her daily driver for a while, we decided it would be a good idea to establish a relationship with a reputable shop in the area who could take care of mom even when we were not in town. A friend of the family had recommended AccuTech in Pinole. Even though it was a little bit of a drive, it proved to be worth it. David, the service manager, took the car in and was able to quickly identify the necessary maintenance from the service schedule. Further, he did not recommend anything unnecessary and I felt we received excellent value for the price we paid. Additionally, I also like the fact that Kevin, the owner, and his family have all worked in the automotive industry their whole lives. It is nice to be able to support this family run business. I would not hesitate to recommend AccuTech to anyone!

Always kind and courteous! Very knowledgeable, concerning auto repairs and maintenance! The Accu Tech staff has the keen ability to explain in detail exactly what your service needs are, even to a novice like myself.

Made engine oil and filter change (I supplied both), rotated tires, checked break pads thickness. Done in reasonable time, price is acceptable. Will try a break pads replacement with them when have a chance.

Wanted to see about a diagnosis of possibly my u joints being bad. Didn't want any work done besides the diagnosis which I was prepared to pay cash . Young black guy was cool and ready to do his job but his unprofessional boss couldn't do anything but shake his head and say no.not even a recommendation to a better equipped shop. These guys are sub par wouldn't trust em for nothing but an oil change and even then it's iffy.

Accu Tech Auto Care is Awesome!!!Everyone there is Polite, Caring & Very Knowledgeable!!! Friendly & they will give u a Ride Home & Back while working on ur vehicle if you need it.I ve going there many years for Oil Changes & Smog. ( I had a Friend who is a mechanic so he would do other Stuff)Well the last time I took to Tech Auto they explained other things I needed done. I knew about them I said Go Ahead Price was Right On.Well to My Surprise!!! I Now have the Temp for Inside Temperature Out of the 12 yrs I owned this Car never Knew I had that Feature!!! I m So Very satisfied and amazed that I am telling everyone about it!!!Now I will Only Take My Car There!!!!Can t say Enough About How Great & Wonderful the Are!!!See for ur Self!!! U ll Agree That There the Best!!! Totally Awesome shop!!!

I have had several repairs performed by Accutech. New air struts, a new power steering pump, and a rear hatch lock for my Mercedes, plus several smog checks over the years: all good and reasonable. Thanks Accutech !

They were great. I had to go back for retest when first one failed. Prices for both tests VERY reasonable. Friendly and fast.

I had a situation with the tow company where they damage wheels on my car. Kevin and his team help me resolve my vehicle problems worked with the insurance company , could not have done it without him!!!

$330 to diagnose a misfire I had already told the about. Only got worse after that. Plenty of other local options, avoid this place.
