I called asking for an estimate, gave them the year make and model. And told them it's just the water pump that needs to be replaced. They would not give me an estimate and said it needs to be brought in to what's wrong with it... Which doesn't makes any sense because I just told them what is exactly wrong with it. And how am I supposed to take in a vehicle that is broken down? I was in the process of calling different shops to see who has the better price. They refused to give me an estimate. Guess their business is doing excellent to be able to turn down a pricy job. Words of advice if you want a good review and more customers, don't be rude when all the information needed to give an estimate is given to you .

I came to Victor's auto for a second opinion, after having visited one other local mechanic first. Victor and Sophia were so attentive, thorough, and straightforward. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and I left breathing a sigh a relief.When you need automotive care, go to Victor's.Need another reason why...I am a single mother of two children. I work two jobs. The first local mechanic I went to told me I needed a couple big repairs. The parts and labor would have cost me well over $1,000. The hardest part about this mechanic is he did a job for me before, so he had my trust.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I went to Victor s shop because of the reviews online. Victor was very professional give me a few tips I can try before I start spending money on something the car might not need. He found the exhaust leak and scheduled a day to bring it back to get it fixed. Victor is a honest guy and he s not just trying to take people money, I highly recommend his shop.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Great fast and friendly service. Victor is very knowledgeable and professional. Went to have victor check out a problem with my A/C, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a few hours. A/C works like new and the work even came with full warranty!
