Terrible service, the sellers for the part they sell take an hour per customer. I recommend looking for other alternatives. Terrible store needs trained vendors.

Got my def sensor stolen here. I just went to pick up my 389 Pete after going in to fix some air leaks. I turn on the truck and the first thing I notice is my def gage is going up and down from empty to full. I never had this problem before . So I go to check the def tank and notice the def sensors have been tampered with. I m thinking someone must have switched out a sensor while it was parked in the yard for a week. Of course they denied everything and said it wasn t them and refused to help. Now I can t even drive the truck out the lot or it will go into derate mode. And that part is on back order. So I would suggest using a marker to mark the sensor just to be sure the same thing doesn t happen to anyone else. The first picture shows how I dropped it off untampered with. and the second picture shows how i picked it up. So why would the rubber be off in the first place and then the gauge also doesn t work. That s enough evidence for me to understand what s going on here.

Awful. I brought my truck here because I had a torque derate engine error message on the dashboard that was causing the truck to derate. They said it might be a few days, depending on how long it would take the parts to come in. Well, it took them two FULL weeks to finish my truck. This would not have been so bad if they would ve let us know in the beginning that it could take up to two FULL weeks. They made it sound like it would just be a few days, even with waiting for the parts. Finally on July 12 (Tuesday morning), they sent a text message saying that my truck was repaired and was in line to be road tested. I waited patiently. When you get a message like that after two weeks of waiting, you assume the truck is going to be road tested, and in a couple hours they ll be calling you to come get it. You never assume you ll still be waiting on that road test to be completed the following. Then after they completed their road test on Wednesday July 13th, I went to pick up the truck. I didn t get 3 miles down the road before the truck began to lose air pressure WHILE I was driving. I kept having to pull over and let her build up air pressure. I took the truck back to their shop. They checked it and said that it was a completely different issue than the one they fixed, and that it was going to be $800 to fix!!!! My truck had never done that before to me while I was driving. But I did not argue with them, because my company pays for the truck. But it really made me feel sorry for owner operators who are being taken advantage of by companies like this. There is no way that you had my truck for two FULL weeks, and as soon as I pick it up, I can t get 3 miles down the road without having to bring it back to you, and it s my fault??? What a joke! They said that it passed their road test with no problems. That s insane. Interestingly enough, before the truck was Road tested, I asked if I could skip the road test and just come get the truck, but they said they wouldn t advise it because if there were any damages to the truck once I picked it up, they wouldn t be liable if they didn t road test it. But after I picked up the truck, there were damages and I was still liable. That s not all. Yesterday (July 14th) I was loaded. This morning I made it to Nevada (heading to NY). I noticed when I started driving that my ELD was not tracking my driving time. My dispatcher said to check the nine pin connector in the dash to make sure it was connected. It wasn t. All the cords had been shoved back in incorrectly which caused my EDL not to work because the ELD cord had been unplugged. Even after trying to plug it back in, the ELD still won t work. Now, not only do I have to keep paper logs, but I ve got to head to Georgia to let my shop fix it, and then head up to New York to deliver this load. I stopped at a Love s, but they had never heard of a nine connector, and they said they don t go behind the dashboard. The picture shows the cords that were crammed back in incorrectly. I left them out because they were jammed in there so tightly, it looked as if they would be damaged. This is definitely something that this shop did to my truck. When the service advisor came out to run the diagnostic test, she was able to immediately connect her device to the truck on the dashboard area. But now, that part that is used to diagnose the truck is not even visible anymore from outside the dashboard.I wouldn t come back here even if my company told me to. This is just my opinion based on the experience I had with this repair shop. I am a coast-to-coast driver, and I have been driving for years. This is by far the worst experience I ve ever had at a repair shop.I m sure someone from the company will respond to this and try to make it look like all this is my fault, or like I don t really know what I m talking about. That s generally what they do. That too is very unfortunate.

Terrible, I hat coming here, but sometimes I just can t find the parts somewhere else. They don t have a will call window, but when you call they take your will call order. I ve been here for 45 minutes trying to get a $40 sensor. They are always short staffed with long lines. Avid at all cost.

Costumer services is too slow, too much waiting even if you call to place an oder. People are very polite and treat you with respect. It just that they take forever to help you. Cashiers are very lovely and respectful.

Was there on Friday around 2pm at the parts department after I was told by the person on the phone they closed at 5pm and was refused service even thou a different customer was walking out with parts he just purchased. There was 5 or 6 employees just standing around. Im currently sitting in the front seeing if they leave but looks like they just milking the time clock since its been 45 minutes and they still in there doing nothing. BTW there's a sign outside saying they open from 7am to 5pm and more customers pulling up currently 240pm.

The working time is not matched! According to the Google they are working until 9 pm on weekdays and until 3 pm on Saturday. It's hard to reach them! 20 minutes ago, someone finally picked up the phone. Lady told me to wait 1 minute, and I said ok. I was on the line and heart like she spoke with someone (I guess on the second line). I waited 10 minutes and she hang up the phone!! When I tried to reach them again they were closed! At 2 pm! According to Google they are working until 3 pm. Awful customer service!

This 5 star review is directed at zena the parts manager goes out of her way for your truck in service and to get the parts you need at a great price seems like she really cares about her customers especially with being an owner operator with one truck she seems to have a great understanding of you needing to get your truck back on the road and does everything in her power to get the ball rolling on completing the job seems like she doesn t only focus on her assigned job and is able to wear many different hats hard to come by now a days hope the company takes Recognition to this review because without the help from her I would of felt slightly different with my experience

As a customer with a national account I can understand the frustration others have with this location. However, the extra stars are due to your service coordinator Venice Luna and her commitment to excellent customer service

This dealership charge for service that was not provided. My Suggestion is to mark all your old filters before you scheduled any service at this location. I was charged for a service that was not performed and when I called Micha the service advisor he advised me that a new tech forgot to perform the service and to take the truck back so they can change the filter. When I arrived at the dealer the service advisor told me that the service was performed and that s it. I purchased new filters and installed them my self. To confirm that they failed to do their job on the DOT inspection they mark that everything was in working conditions but one of my steer tires needs to be replaced.

Took my truck there because it was stolen and recovered all destroyed inside and out. I thought that I was taking it to the best place possible and it ended up being a nightmare that lasted more than 2 months. The employees here, basically the "managers" and the ones "in charge" don't know what they are doing. They have an internal conflict that affects the way the work as a whole. Starting from Tyler D. from the Body shop to Mike from the Service Depart and Alex also from the service Department, are all a whole bunch of liars and rude employees. You can definitely tell that they get paid by the hour. Since December 03, 2014 that my truck arrives to the shop it took them 1 week to find out were inside their shop the truck was located. No one knew where it was at. It took them another week, once they found it, to argue about who should start the work, whether it was going to be the body shop or service dept. Then, later I found out that they began to change stuff without even getting the appraisal from the insurance. Every time I called to find out how the truck was doing it took me 1 hour to finally get someone to answer the phone, once they answer it took a ton of lies and run around to get some information from them. They will keep telling me that they were working on my truck and when I would show up unexpected the truck would be parked outside and no signs of being worked on for days. I keep going and pointing out details that needed to get fixed because they never bother to inspect the truck to make sure everything was working correct. At the end they wouldn't give me the truck until the insurances send them the payment even tho all I needed to pay was the deductible. Finally I picked up my truck on a Saturday and while driving I noticed a few more electric problems that weren't fixed. Called them Monday and they told me that if I take it they weren't able to even look at it until sometime next week because they were super busy and they didn't have time for me. ??? Seriously? my truck was there for over 2 months, this should had been taken care of while it was there and ones I wanted to take it back to get fixed they just totally ignored me and put me last in their priorities! I would never ever ever ever step a foot in that facility or any other Rush Truck Center because they are probably the same way. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE!

very very disappointed with these guys. Im a driver for an owner operator. Took the truck in 3 days before Columbus day. Did NOT get a diagnostic until a week later. They forget to order the parts after the work was approved and now waiting on parts and its been 3 weeks and saying the parts are on back order when PACCAR warehouse is in N. Las Vegas. They just fumbled the football and did NOT care. We are just another number to them.My rent is due and my kids are hungry. We are NOT a huge company. Just a 1 truck operation. We are pulling the truck from this dealership and found what we were fixing here is a common issue and contacted another mechanic who has the parts available and 2-4 hours of work at a 1/4 fraction of the labor cost and can immediately accommodate us.Other than getting a diagnostic, because they seem to be the only mechanics with the D.A.V.I.E. paccar program....I wouldn't get work done here if its its something that doesn't need the Paccar programJust to hook up the D.A.V.I.E. is 2 hours min shop time at over $100 plus a connection fee and taxes when the codes are immediately read.I just feel if they are gonna do the work hooking up a computer that takes a few seconds shouldn't cost $700I am so irritated with these guys and they BREAK PROMISES...and give new promise dates.....I dont believe their promises anymore. 4 promise datesThe one star is for the staff that is cool and helpful and I understand there are politics here the way things get done but this was UNACCEPTABLE!They shouldn't be called RUSH PETERBILT....they should be named "WE GET TO IT WHEN WE REMEMBER PETERBILT"

I try to avoid this place, it s frustrating to have to wait almost 30+ minutes if there s a line of 3+ people in front of you.The worst part is having to explain to the customer that it took a long time because half the time was spent waiting in line to get the parts.
