My dad goes here when he has to smog his cars. He is always boasting about how friendly and welcoming they are. It warms my heart to know that there are still kind hearted people. Will definitely be recommending this business to family and friend!

I posted about this business a couple of days ago and the owners asked me to take it down so I did but now consumers need to hear the truth about this unprofessional business.Two months ago I came to have my oil changed and during my service one of the owners asked me if I had ever done a transmission flush and I said no. He said he recommends one because my car is over 60,000 miles. He's the expert so I agreed and paid $240 for that service plus my oil change.A week ago I started to hear a winding noise coming from my transmission. I asked several mechanics what that noise could be and they said it was the transmission. They asked if I had recently had a flush and I said yes. They told me I should've never had a flush done because my car was over 100,000 miles.I took it back to Purrfect Auto and explained the situation and asked them to please take a look and the owner right away starting saying that the work they did was validated. Again, I asked if he could take a look and he just brushed me off and said yeah, he'll see what they could do and thar he would call me. This was around 2pm. The shop closes at 530 so I called him 10 minutes before 5 and the mexican manager told me that they didn't hear any noise and to come and pick up my car and I said what? I said no, there's an obvious noise and he said we'll come tomorrow and show me. At this point I was frustrated with the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability. I started to Google and look up some information and it clearly says that you should avoid doing a flush on a car over 100,000 miles. So they knew, they just wanted the money!I picked up my car the next day and took it to the Hyundai dealer which he said my transmission needs to be replaced and the flush could've possibly been the cause. He said my repair would be 4000 dollars. The advisor told me to contact Purrfect Auto and let them know what the findings were. I immediately tried to call the business on 3/27 and 3/28 and the person that answered told me the owners wrent their on 3/27 and on 3/28 someone told me that the owners would call me back in 15 minutes and never did. Why are you hiding? What won't you call me back, is it because you know you're responsible and you don't want the confrontation. You have no problem taking money but you can't return a customer's call? This place is very shady and has bad business practices/ resolutions. You don't treat paying customers like this! All I wanted was a resolution. I am not the person who is just going to accept this, I have already filed with BBB and I'm submitting myexperience to the local news.I know you're probably going to respond with some sweet response and try to lie about the situation. There's no lying, I have the paperwork from you and the dealers findings. How do you sleep at night, doing unnecessary work just to make a dollar. Reputation is everything and now everyone will know. Again, all I wanted was for the owner to call me back so we could resolve this but he refused.You are such a liar. You only called the dealer because I said I went there. After going back to the Hyundai dealer and speaking to the advisor... he said you never told him I never had a transmission flush. Your brother did say that he recommended a TRANSMISSION FLISH, where would I get that from? You just wrote it different on the invoice to avoid any liability. And I only took down my original post because you asked me to. You said that once I go to the dealer and come back with the findings that you would be willing to help me out. That's when I tried to call you and you never returned my call.. the only thing that's baseless is you and your business. Reputation is everything and Consumers will find out how shady you are. Look at your reviews and all the unhappy customers you serviced. Multiple called you a fraud... start taking some accountability!

I brought my vehicle to this location to address a check engine light issue. They claimed to have resolved the issue, suggesting we drive the vehicle for several miles before getting it smog-checked. However, the check engine light persisted. Despite multiple returns and expenditures exceeding $1000, the problem was never rectified. While there are additional issues I could detail, it is crucial to highlight that this business appears to be fraudulent. I intend to report them to the state. Only left 1 star because I had to, or I wouldn't be able to write this review.

This is my go-to auto mechanic for anything my car needs. They are affordable and the mechanics know what they are doing. But above all, this shop is honest which is very important since what i know about cars is less than what i know about how to find a girlfriend that doesn't cheat on me with the neighbor. Whoa! This turned into something else real quick didn't it? Anyway, best honest mechanic I know of. I've made him my regular mechanic, and I think you will too

horrible place !!! Do Not Take your Vehicle here !!!! Shade tree mechanics !!! all they do is take your money...they cant even fix the problem.to prove my point. always another( Automotive) issue with this Business..."you see "the distributor or was it the Alternator , "let's see here" was it the waterpump ? hat is the cause of the engine not getting fuel to the injectors" or was it the tire pressure ? BBB

The owners are extremely nice and helpful especially Ricky the son. Avoid the new older man cuz he kept trying to add more charges for servicing I couldn't afford.

I love coming to this place to get my car worked on better than the other places that I've been with they also do extra work for me and don't charge me and that is what I like about them they give me a break they also give breaks to people who are going through hard times.thank you again perfect Auto

I've been coming here for years, since I started driving. They are trustworthy and honest. There have been times, especially when I was a college student, that my "old beater" car needed a lot of care and they were willing to work with me and put me on a payment plan. Being a broke student, that helped me so much.Whenever my car needs work, they don't sugar coat it. They tell me what's wrong and the cost. They don't pressure me or try to sell me on extra work. I always feel comfortable and safe when I take my car to the shop.My second car had 40,000 miles when I got it. It's almost pushing 200,000 miles without any big issues. I take good care of my car but a big part is that Perfect Auto and the mechanics take good care of it. Since my first visit, I've moved to a different city but I still come here whenever my car needs a little love because I trust them.This is a popular shop and they do get busy so come in early if you can't wait. There have been times when I get lucky and only wait 30 minutes but there also have been times when I wait for hours. Not a big deal for me because I always have a book with me.Everyone here is nice and just want to help you with your car needs.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Rick and Team have yet to disappoint (knock on wood).I recently had my 2x vehicles go through a multi point inspection. I appreciated the fact that they were able to get me in on short notice. I highly recommend Purrfect to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.

Be very careful with this place I ve been coming here for years but unfortunately will be my last. I went in for an oil change whileI was there an elderly lady went in with her car stating that she had been there for an oil change and her car was leaking everywhere she was parking. I didn t think anything of it and thought nothing would happen to my car , well guess what after taking my car home and parking it in the drive way my car starts leaking everywhere decided not to take it back to the same place because I thought this was a way of having customers come back to spend more money in there business. I took my car to the place I work for and hadOne of there mechanics check out my car, well he ended up telling me the oil drain plug was not tighten up correctly!! As a woman I would have never known what would it be but was explained after. Please be careful with this place and check your car before you leave.Service: Oil change

Would not recommend to anyone! Spent over 1200$ to fix a overheating issue and a oil changeThey didn t change the oil(found out the 2days after my check oil light came on and the car had zero oilAnd 1 month later the car is overheating again Don t bring your vehicle here

Be careful if you get an oil change here. I did a few months ago and was sent on my merry way with no problems. Fast forward to last week when I take my car to get an oil change somewhere else and they refuse to do anything because the shield under my car protecting the oil pan is only being held on by zip ties and they can't guarantee to be able to attach it again. My car is a 2020 with less than 20k miles on it and now has zip ties holding the shield on underneath....unbelievable....businesses like you are why we can't havenice things....would have been nice to be told that Purrfect lost the bolts when putting my car back together.....SUPER PROFESSIONAL...lolService: Oil change

Been to them a couple of times. Always quality service and they got the job done pretty fast. First time I got my oil and transmission fluid changed, got a really great deal. Second time I had my car towed to them due to a serpentine belt breakage, a month ago, and they did an excellent job, they pretty much got the job done within the day. And no issues so far. I will go back for regular maintenance and would recommend....

I got problem on freeway, I got the shop in a google map sight. I call them. they want to check what's problem. So I towed the car to them. They estimate 3,700 to fit. They want to make new car condition. It 's old car 20003. It comes out 2 sensor roblem (crankshaft position sensor, camshaft sensor). So I complained but still $2,000 asking. So I call the tow truck to move to other shop.but they close the shop, I have to cancel. I want to tow again next day. So I called tow truck, But when tow truck drive comes to tow, They charge $65 without notice to release the key. I was not there. And tow truck left. So l paid with credit card on the phone. I call again the tow truck.

Knocking a star off for $150 labor an hour, typical mechanics are $89-99.Otherwise, quick greeting, reception was knowledgeable, waiting room was comfy. Oil change was 19.99, it's 12.99 if you go over into orange county and smog was $40 + $10 transmittal, $70 all said and done. Took less than an hour for both services.

These guys are straightforward and very honest, bought a new/used vehicle, brought it in for a oil change and transmission service. These guys told me that the fluid in the transmission was good so no trans service necessary. Just went with the oil change and it still only cost me $25.00. It cost me more money just to change the oil myself. These guys are very reasonably priced too.

I found out about this place years ago when they used to have coupons in the mail. Wish this was my first stop for all automotive repairs. Took me a long time to find a decent honest shop. Repairs are done right the first time and they show you the work and issues with your vehicle. Also the owners are a pleasure to do business with. Services are quick and efficient. What I really like is you don t need an appointment and they give an honest estimate of time required. Prices are also great. Lastly they don t have a large parking lot full of unrepaired cars to look busy like a lot of independent shops do. Finally got my Ma to start bringing her vehicles here. Thank you perfect auto!

I really like these guys they re very nice.the waiting room is very comfortable and nice. I usually wait for my car so that helps. my first visit was pretty good last year but this recent visit I waited from 9 AM to 4 PM. People that arrived after me were leaving before me and I didn t understand what was going on.I was only there for valve cover gasket s to be replaced.I later find out that after they replace the valve cover gasket s they couldn t get my car to start.I was so upset .I was having a bad day already, then they go back and keep trying to see why it doesn t stay running.This is at 4 PM he tells me this. so I ve been waiting because they couldn t work something out.They wanted me to leave the car there so they could find out what was going on and I was like, no I can t, I need to take my car with me.I ve been here all day.I can t do that.that s when they went and tried to work out what was going on and discovered ,the valve cover gaskets were not placed on properly which could affect the timing and everything ended up being OK .he knocked $50 off because of the wait but I was there for seven hours. when I got home I realized that another estimate I had from somewhere else was a whole 200$less(and their a higher end place)I was charged $330 in labor and 60 for parts I was there seven hours( it didn t take seven hours because they let it sit there.they couldn t figure why it wasn t starting for them,their fault.)they had put something back on incorrectly and I got charged for it,waiting 7hrs.so I don t think I ll be returning.the car is still leaking some oil,they wanted to start from the top see if that stop the leak and then look at the oil pan gasket later but since I was charge more than I should ve been I don t think I ll be going back for the second repairs. really friendly people,Really nice but after that 7 hr. Wait I don t think I ll be going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BE CARRFUL COMING HERE!!!! They told me they would diagnose my car for 63$ charged me 120$ after I would not get it fixed there claiming I needed a more extensive diagnosis. Said it was 1800 to fix one part of my car after I got approved for financing they made the price higher. I took my car some where more trust worthy and what they told me at Perrfect auto was a complete lie. Also if your a girl they most definitely will make you uncomfortable and try to rip you off more. ALWAYS GET A SECONED OPINION DO NOT TRUST THEM.Service: Vehicle Inspection
