We are back in our hometown Pico Rivera! Needed an oil change for my car, get her running smooth. No one better than John. Him and his team were on it!!! I haven t seen John for a years, but he s still the same honest man. My parents had their cars cared for by John for a decades! And here I am going to him and his mechanics. Thank you John!

I read the good reviews and decided to give this place a try. It s hard to find honest and real mechanics. My engine light kept turning on so I took my 2008 Honda to get a diagnostic test. Jon said he would have to keep my car for inspection. About 30-40 minutes later he called back to say he found the issue and what needed to be fixed. He even had my car done the same day but since I couldn t pick it up, he was kind enough to let me pick it up the next day with no extra fees. Prices seem pretty reasonable, friendly service, and he really cares about his job and the services he provides. I will definitely be going back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I recently took my car in and I am more than happy with the work/price. Normally when you are woman people tell you "be careful you'll get ripped off" John is an honest man with highly qualified staff. He has a passion for what he does and makes his clients feel safe. I am happy to say I have found my new mechanic shop I've already scheduled my next visit to the auto clinic. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!!

This is absolutely the best mechanic car shop I have ever been to. John, the manager is 100% honest and transparent. He got my car diagnosed perfectly and fixed my suspension perfectly at an a terrific price. I recommed this shop to anyone that needs work on their vehicle. You can't beat this: honesty, transparency, very knowledgeable, and outstanding work at a very reasonable price. They Worked on my 2009 528i BMW, now if you know about cars you know BMW is not only expensive but you also have to know what you are doing. I don t trust any one with my car. I always go to The dealer for services or do them my self, but given the fact that my starter gave out on me and I had to work the following days I needed some one else to do the job. The AAA towing Service driver recommend this place, JOHN the owner, was very Professional, straight forward not only gave me reasonable pricing but also went above and beyond by checking the rest of the components in my car as he made his way to the starter. Stayed in constant contact with me via phone and, provided me a list of things that would need my attention sooner than later and asked if I wanted him to work on them, to which I agreed and granted permission, I am please with the service, presentation and quality of their Shop, service, and work. Take it from a Former Infiniti Service Manager/supervisor I know what I m looking for when it comes to it.

I ve been going to Johnny for all of my and my wife s cars maintenance and repairs for over 7 years now, and his business is a top-notch, trustworthy, quality place. I found Pico Rivera Auto Clinic on AAA electrical mechanic recommendation list and I m so happy I chose to go there. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was able to see me and fix my car promptly for a very honest price. I went in because the scanner was unable to communicate with my cars engine control module, and I needed them to fix the no communication problem. Which they did. John was very informative and went above and beyond for me. A very good honest mechanic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Absolutely the best experience I have had getting my car fixed or serviced. John was extremely helpful, friendly, and competent. He actually diagnosed my car issues over the phone! Once I got there, he was quick and efficient. Got in and out of there in under 45 minutes. He was well stocked and very attentive to not only my car, but me as well. He told me he has been in business for over 20 years and it's easy to see why. John is definitely the guy you want to see if your car is down. This place is now my ONLY go to place for services and repairs. Thanks John!

For those looking for a true and honest mechanic, I highly recommend this place. They are not expensive they tell you the truth they cut the BS and help you save money. I have told my friends about this place in Pico Rivera and they're going to go get their vehicle repaired as well. I had my vehicle fixed and he saved me thousands and I mean thousands of dollars. I was going to go to the dealer but I went to this place because triple A recommended and I did my research and reviews were outstanding. There is so much I can say about this place. I just wish I would have known about this place a long time ago. Thank you thank you thank you and God bless you for fixing my car. John was awesome to work with. I came in with what i believed to be a miss fire on a 09 Accord. He gave me possibilities on what the issues could be, called back about an hour or so later, gave me a couple of options and his work was done before end of day. I m never one to leave reviews and hate leaving bad reviews since I myself work in customer service but I definitely felt scammed at this place. I went in for a smog check and my car has not had any check engine lights come on, it s maintenance is kept up on time, and off the bat they tell me the intake hose is cracked and they needed to fail me or they could fix it for me, that the parts alone were $700, not including labor. I decided to take it elsewhere since I knew the air intake hose was not cracked. I proceeded to wait another 20min or so when I went back outside to see what was taking so long they stated their smog machine wasn t even working and they had never even connected my car to the smog machine to start! I took my car elsewhere and passed my smog check with flying colors. I may be a girl but I know plenty about cars to know when someone wants to scam me.

03/08/2023A Very Thankful Customer!!!I was a very happy customer of the previous owner, Bill s Garage, for many years. They were referred to me by a colleague after I had multiple, very expensive, and bad experiences with dealership repairs. When, they sold their business to John, I was really concerned about how the service would be. They assured me that John would give me the same great service I received from them. I was extremely pleased to find out that they told me the truth! I am a lifelong customer of John s for as long as I have a car! My experience with John and his team has been great, friendly and honest. Explains everything and fair to $$$, guess depends on the car. I haven't had to go back to get something corrected. He has told me if any thing come back. Thank the car gods I have not had to do that. Been going there for about 7 years. Different services from oil changes to engine repair. I don't think I would trust anyone else with my car.

My sister recommended this spot and super glad I listened to her. First time at this auto shop with NO appointment made, I just showed up, and was taken care of right away. John the owner is an awesome guy. He s super nice and approachable. Very honest when he broke it down for me; my car had issues that I wasn t even aware of! Luckily got everything taken care of that same day! Oh and I also got a discount because I was referred by my sis! John said he lives in Glendora but drives all the way to his shop in Pico because he s been in Pico for 22 years and has built relationships with his customers. That is the kind of guy I want taking care of my car. Definitely will be bringing in my car exclusively to this auto shop. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family too!

John sirob took care of my car. I could not find a mechanic on a Saturday morning. I had an vapor leak and old battery. I also needed oil change and right front bulb out. He got everything done. I will definitely go back in a few weeks to get my smog cert.

John is the uncommon find in many parts: a solidly capable mechanic who is honest and works hard to earn your trust. He's kept my family's cars (23, 18, & 5 years old) running well, so much so that even the oldest one has no issues passing a smog check. Solid recommendation to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

Excellent experience, he opened up the hood and lifted the car to thoroughly explain the issues and relative urgency of each part so I could make an informed decision on the repair work he was advising. After I chose which repairs i wanted done he even knocked off an extra $50. There's a shopping center next door with a movie theater and lots of restaurants to chill at you while you wait but he got all the parts delivered and repairs done in just a couple hours so I didn't even need to be occupied all that long. If i lived in CA i would come back here every time.

Little pricey, but always good work. Been coming here for � few years now, and thus far they haven't try to sell me work that I didn't need. Usually gives part options for affordable pricing and let's you know possible malfunctions that can occur if things aren't fixed or fixed right. So far John seems solid.
