I purchased a battery in Aug and had to unfortunately have it replaced in Nov The staff at the Pico Rivera store made this an easy transaction. Plus, once my battery was switched, they even offered to check and make sure the battery, alternator and starter we all working smoothly. So thankful for them taking their time.

I went there to buy windshield wipers for my car before the storms approached. The employee named Angel helped me, and honestly, I've never seen someone do their work so enthusiastically. You can tell he knows what he's doing and enjoys it. I applaud people like this because it makes the shopping experience so much better for customers. Please hire more people like him and not "just doing it for my paycheck" employees!

I went to orally Pico Rivera because my check engine light came on, I had never used a scanner, a boy who was going to help me but a girl named Evelin give him a instructions, don t give her the scanner ask for the driver license, in the first place, you can see that she doesn't like working there, she has an annoying attitude, and she told me that they did not scan that I had to do it, I went and did it , and she told me that my car has nothing, , take it to the mechanic, I felt that she does not want to be bothered! So I drive to autozone , and I can see the good teem up there, we have 3 vans and we are always dealing with an auto parts store, but for us the best experience is in autozone, we don't think of going there anymore, even though it's closer to my house! I hope they hire better staff! and I say it for this girl, Evelin!

Just called for a part and someone named Evelyn answered and was super unhelpful, rude, and even asked why I was calling their store when I was calling because it was the nearest one to me. I'll just continue going to the one in Whittier where a different Evelyn works there and is really cool.

Ordered online and they tried to rob me by marking the part I ordered as picked up. I had to get ahold of corporate to get the issue resolved. Not only were the employees rude to me, but they were also rude to corporate. Sad to say I will never come to this branch again I would rather order a part and wait. If it weren't for the awesome customer service I received from corporate I would likely never shop at an O'Reilly's again.Update: Finally got the refund but the manager was also rude, makes more sense now why the employees would have the same attitude.

I have to say that I keep coming back for the positive attitude the workers have and because they really help you. I like coming here often because you go in get what you need, then out you go. If you can't find something you don't necessarily have to lose time, just ask and they'll let you know if they have what you're looking for. The store is well organized so you'll find things with ease and for the most part they have bundle up specials. Best part would have to be that they store is clean and there's no mess on the floor like other places.

Have to give this place 5 stars. But they all go to Rudolph. He is always so very helpful, goes the extra mile, friendly and very respectful all of the time. Can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Rudolph is the only reason I keep going back. Awesome job Rudolph. From Rob.

I'll honestly take my 15-year-old business somewhere else, and I'll tell my mechanic friends to take it too, while this girl named Danica is working there, she has a terrible attitude with customers, she throws the parts on the counter in front of the clients, She does not have any professionalism in her work as if she does not want to work there. She is working in the wrong place maybe, many people would already like that job and would develop it much better and without an attitude, I will not return to this store while she is working there, the other boys had a better attitude and determined to serve customers.

Staff members Ethan and Ricardo were very helpful with my Honda Pilot ! They were knowledgeable and provided the right part and help with my headlight issue with a informative and friendly attitude. Thanks guys !

Was looking for a few bolts for a BMW, they ordered me a few different ones in. Unfortunately they didn t have the ones I needed, but a driver I think he was told me about a shop that specializes in hardware. Went above and beyond. Smith Fastener Company was the place he recommended and sure enough they had what I needed. Dealer didn t have in stock neither and couldn t wait a week or two for bolts from Germany. Thank you driver from that O Reillys!

Everyone is amazing help but Sally. She makes it seem like it s a hassle for her to help customers and doesn t give the time or effort for any customers. This location would be great if she didn t work there

Thanks to Gonzalo and Dolpho (assistant manager) my car was taken care of. Gonzalo was knowledgeable with accurate information. He installed my windshield wipers and a light my breaks required. After some lady associate told me my light couldn t be changed, gave me this whole speech about COVID, and how they can t open car trunks, Dolpho stepped in. He checked it out, and gave me the okay. He searched for my light and Gonzalo installed that too. Thanks to them, I am a highly satisfied customer (expect for that lady though. She kind of upset me, acting like there s no hope). It s such a wonderful thing when people do their job in a genuine caring way.

Let me tell you the assistant manager I believe his name is Rudolph is totally the only reason I keep going back to that store His work manner , ethic and over the top awesome customer service.... Thank you for all you do my boy! It's greatly appreciated

April 28th came in for some products. Getting ready to pay and the employee was on the phone chatting away about store issues. I have done 17 years of Automotive industry so I'm no rookie. Please hang up the phone and take care of me.We spent over 2Gees when we rebuilt my son 87 toyota xtra cab p/u. The service has always been good. Warranties have not been an issue. They will always get my business.

If you get Sally, you're going to have a baaaaaaaad time. She's a short, gnome looking lady, with a young womans attitude. Always snickering or complaining about working alone, or answering phones, and it doesn't help she doesn't know much about cars. Try asking for Rudolph. Probably the best sales rep with knowledgeable experience. Anybody but Sally, if no. Sally, I'll give 5 Stars.

I gave them 2 star because they would not warranty their products this store said I did not purchase it there so they could not do anything but another location replaced it for me parts are good quality but service needs to improve I still recommend them

Prices a bit high but cheaper then pep boys. huge parking shared with Target and food 4 less. Staff is very friendly and take the time to answer your questions.
