Do not go here !!!!!Owners have ZERO professionalismThe wife argues with customers and When was asked about my car? She responded like she was irritated and told me that's someone was working on my car. When they hadn't even touched it yet. And proceeded to give me attitude and repeat her same response over and over again.Zero professionalism horrible attitude do not spend your money here.

Excellent work been coming here for 5+yrs. Recommend this spot for Brakes & Rotors, tires, suspension, struts, coils. Have 2 cars I always bring. Excellent work by Rodolfo A++

I brought my vehicle for an alignment and it was ready within 40 minutes. Everything was going great until I noticed that my vehicle was taken for a test drive that took no more than 2 minutes, which is normal after an alignment. I was called over by someone who stated that I needed new struts because he heard it. I did some research and this is hard to comprehend how he came to this conclusion after a 2 minute drive and according to what I found, there s no such thing as hearing a need for new struts. I hardly drive my car and it definitely does not bounce to warrant such an expensive service. I will be back with a different vehicle to see if they try to push services that are not needed.

Second time here in 3 years. Honest and fast service. I had a bad valve on my tire. The sensor could ve been affected, which would ve costed me $100 more to fix. Any shady business could ve told me I needed a new sensor too. Because of their honesty here, I ll be returning for new set of tires when that time comes. Come here if you don t want to be taken advantage of!

Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and helpful. Took into account what type of tired I needed due to my truck use and ordered the perfect ones. Delivered next day and installed in an hour. Will definitely be returning for future needs.

First time and last time coming. Came at 10:30am to get my brake pads and rotors fixed for the front. The guy assisted me but kept working on other cars that were coming after me. This should not take more than an hour to do. It's been three hours and I'm still sitting waiting for my car. Honestly the worst place I've ever been to. Compton has better service than this place. Oh and i drive a Toyota yaris so if anyone knows Toyota's this does not take long!!!!

Michael and Miguel are great . They are honest and respectful on the other hand there is another worker who claims to be the owner reason I say claims is because he is soo rude coming at me like his gonna fight me. Service is great but we do need more Miguel s and michaels here.

This place is ok for normal tire problems but when it comes to have advanced problems not the greatest. I spoke with the young Lady that works there and she quote a standard price to replace my axle just one. I get there this morning and the gent there was like that price is wrong and quoted me 3X THE PRICE .....I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW...at the same time that another Mechanic is replacing my axle on my lexus and only needs a fraction of the time to do it with a great time.for real problem look else where trust me the way this Individual Conduct business They act like they're doing you a favor

*** Open Sunday! *** They fixed a leaky tire and replace one from stock that had a damaged sidewall. Their communication was above par, and the service was fast once my turn came around. The office was nice enough, too.The one problem was in diagnosing a noise in my rear suspension. They didn't seem to know what it was, and could not say whether it could be fixed before closing. That's not so bad. I took it to my regular mechanic the next day, and there are no hard feelings. Not everyone can listen to a rear-wheel drive and tell what's wrong, but my man Jesus at North Main service called it by ear and replaced the axle and both bearings.

Place is a rip off first time I went price were fair and second time I went charged me 160$ for two spare tires. Don t waste ur money! Had two flat tires and they took advantage.seen a full pair of 4 on offer up for180$ 85% I felt taken advantage of since I spoke to Miguel saying I just bought used tires from u two months ago and u charged me 45$ for 1 and came up with the bs excuse saying that are in high demand

Save your time and money! Had the worst service experience coming to this place. Came here to have a simple tire swap done and the their mechanic ended up damaging the lug nuts on my rear tires. I noticed he didn t even have the right tools to remove the lugs properly. After banging away and completely stripping the heads, he claimed the car came that way and he had no solution for me. He pretty much asked me to leave and find some other place to do the job. The shop owner, Diana, apparently tried to help by having her mechanic fix it; no way was I going to let that guy near my car again. Went to a different shop and those guys fixed the problem smoothly. Let Diana know I had it fixed and she claimed she would figure something out and call me back; never heard from her again. Ended up paying $250 for a real mechanic to fix the problem they caused.

Don't even know where to start. The owner Miguel is trash. Gave them a opportunity to do right by their paying customers but refused. Lied and gave me fake parts, the list goes on won't waste your time with a long review. I filed a dispute with snap finance to get my money back. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stopped at Capital Tires in Pico Rivera at the recommendation of a friend. The reason for my visit was because I needed an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment. When I arrived at the store, I saw several cars parked all over the lot but only one technician working in one of the bays. The store appeared to be understaffed as I made several attempts to flag down someone to get pricing information on the repair work for my car. I overheard some customers standing around talking to each other that they had been waiting quite a while for their cars and they weren't happy about the longer wait time than had been quoted to them. Apparently, Capital Tires wasn't interested in my business and/or value me as a customer. After waiting 15 minutes, I left. I would not recommend Capital Tires to service your car.

Update: Violations after violations. People check your invoice. They are doing some fraudulent activity. BAR representative contacted me and they will be paying a hefty fine. 04/15/19.To respond back to the owner on the previous post- I am not one of your previous employees, but one of your loyal customers. In fact this company was recommended by my cousin who owns a Auto Part store right next to your Sister company knowm as M & F tires (which was sold/closed). The reason for my bad experience is because I had to go four times just so they can try and repair the front brakes. I had to travel 10 miles each time just so they can try resolve my issue and this was such an inconvenience to me. Also, keep in mind one of your mechanics stated that I needed a new wheel hub bearing which was a complete lie because the wheel hub bearing currently in my car is new and he quote on quote stated the brakes are good and the noise is coming from that area . I laughed when he said that because he only looked at my car without test driving it to see where the noise was coming from. Well on the fourth day they the issue was resolved. They took my car for a test drive and they finally realized that the noise was coming from the brake area. The good news is I found the person who previously installed my brakes and he stated that the brake pads were faulty and he had to resurfaced my rotors again. He did apologize for the mistake but now that I lost my trust with this shop I will not longer be heading out to this location for any maintenance work or repairs. The owner Miguel puts up a different persona when doing business with them at first, but when it comes back to warranty work they will make it a hassle for you to get it repaired. Update : 02/11/19- 11:47 PM.Took my car to the dealer on Saturday 02/08/19 and upon inspecting my brake pads they noticed the lining of the brakes were at 6MM even though they were new at 12MM. I will now escalate this case even further. They tried to play me dirty again. Avoid this place like the plague. I already wasted my time, gas, and money going to this place. Contacted BAR for the second time. I will keep everyone updated with this case.Update Responding to the smart remark comment by the owner02/16/2019: First of all, don t put the blame on my relative for your incompetence. The brakes pads are not chinese parts and they are great quality set of brake pads which you Capital Tires warranty them for a whole entire year. Capital Tires is pathetic and always trying to put the blame on someone else but it is you who should be blamed for such thing. After taking my car five times you can t even fix the issue. I took my car for an inspection at a Toyota Dealership regarding to the brake pads and to find out the brake pads are actually the old ones. How do I know? Because I keep records of my files when my car gets any type of repairs. It is pathetic how Capital Tires run it s business. I took my car for the fifth time and yet you guys can t even fix something so simple. I will no longer take my car to your location even though you offer me warranty work because i don t trust you. In fact I feel like my engine might go missing or my transmission might be inside the trunk because you guys are trying to inspect exactly what s wrong with my car. I feel that even Stevie Wonder will see that you are full of it. Lastly, I want my money back. You will get served and by the way BAR will be going to your shop soon to pay you a visit. I will no longer speak to you in person so be prepared because I am not backing off till you pay for what you owe me(which is my refund for such bad work , gas, and my precious time). I will be posting pictures of all my invoice here so everyone can avoid doing business with Capital Tires. By the way stop asking your employees to write good reviews they are so generic and all the reviews are similar lol You Miguel are so pathetic.Best regards Sir.

2nd time I have been there to get flat tire fixed. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. $15 to plug the puncture, about 15 minutes from start to finish.

When ever I stop in they always service my car in less then 30 minutes for a tire patch or replacement. Service is good. Mechanics are friendly. Highly recommend.

Good service UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!I am a paying patron of this location. I never had an issue until this year when I bought 2 new tires.Since then I been constantly going back to let Junior (employee there) know my tire pressure light had been coming on. He was nice about taking a look and checking the tires, he assured me it shouldn't come back on. Well the light came back on by this point I took my car to the Nissan Dealer and was told my front right tire sensor was the problem. These sensors are electronic and are located inside the tire since this issue started the same day my tires were changed and this had been the only shop I went to I know it was damaged there. So the problem now is "the owner of the shop" doesn't speak to paying customers & this issue will not be resolved by them. hmm I wish I would have known before paying for brand new tires here.

All I know that is American Tire Depot in Montebello California is a hundred percent better their work is accurate and they also work with you on prices so they kind of customize their service as well as their tires

I stoped at this shop to buy 4 used tires to my carThe price was ok $40 each tire. But I just drove home less then a mile I parked my car and try to move it the next morning I found one flat tireI drove back to the shop to get a replacementI did not like that they only fixed the some tire
