This was my first time at this particular store and definitely my last. The employees with the red shirt ls were ok just doing their jobs however the ones with the grey shirts had an attitude the hole time. They literally had a frown on their face. The vibe was so negative. I went twice on this particular day and both times it was a bad experience. If you hate you job then go work somewhere else but don't take it out on your customers.

Horrible service we purchased a part at a different store as pickup there, and because the store in which we paid made an error and placed it as delivered to their store. They refused to give us the part and wanted us to pay for it again in order for us to take it. We, the customer, would need to return to the store of purchase to get reimbursed. They said they didn't make the error, but the customer paid for their mistake.Had to wait 2 days for them to ship the part to the store we had done the purchase

I stopped by to purchase an item for my vehicle and the guy who helped me didn t fully ask for my vehicles information. When I told him that my vehicle was a ES instead of a SE as he had entered that on the system (he showed me the options of the item I needed on the screen) He commented it didn t matter. Well it did matter cus the next day as I was going to install the new part into my vehicle. The part he sold me wasn t the correct one and I had to go back to return it. The woman who helped me the next day did fully asked for my vehicles information and was sold the correct part. I feel I was stereotyped by this particular employee and it seemed he didn t want to help me out at all. He just assumed a detail of my vehicles information and for that assumption he wasted my time by going back again to store the next day. I stopped by on Wednesday 11/08/23 at around 8 PM. The guy was maybe mid 30s bald hispanic man.

They are open until midnight at this azone!! Sweet! Sometimes things go well into the night and it's nice to know this azone can be there till super late! Very friendly staff there as well.

The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly, I had a lot of help with charging my car s battery and was explains about what could be wrong and where I could go to get further assistance just in case Thank you Gustavo you go above and beyond!

Went to return a part that wasn't use he kept saying part used basically saying I was lying Miguel was rude and disrespectful he shouldn't be working with people if don't know how talk to them when I got the part plastic was open so they sold us used part

So today after work, my car wasn t starting until I used a jumper. I was afraid I would only be able to purchase battery but not get it changed until morning. Thankfully Alfred was a huge help !!! He treated me as one of his own family members in my time of need. Excellent customer service! I didn t get a chance to get the name of the lady who initially rang me up and assisted me once I came in. Huge thanks to both employees, great first experience at this location!

I needed a k&n air filter replacement walked and Gustavo helped me out tremendously. After trying several different sizes we found the correct one! After he signed me up for rewards sent my receipt to email. Great customer service. Now im ready for my smog check tomorrow!:) thanks gustavo & autozone

Now this is regarding a return. I purchase something online and I went to return it back to location. When I did the return they said it would go back to my card. The manager said that it typically goes back right away but it would be 2-3days for it to reflect on my account. It's now the 4th day and still nothing. Times are still tough so every penny is important especially a single dad like i am. When I called the AutoZone customer service number all they said was that I needed to ask my bank to expedite the process. I remember paying AutoZone so why would my bank be responsible for the return. You guys got your part back. Now where is my money back?

Horrible customer service and waste of time with this place. They wouldn't honor the warranty even after their battery tester said the battery was bad. The manager insisted it was not the battery and may be an alternator issue, even after they charged the battery for 7 hours and the car would still not start..he said i needed to return again so that he could test it for himself because he didn't trust his team apparently. It wasn't until the FOURTH trip and proof from an auto electric shop that the battery was indeed bad. Finally got a replacement on this "top of the line" $350 battery that they recommended. Horrible team looking for every way to not honor the warranty.

Called and asked for a battery jumper/charger and told me they had one. I drove 15 minutes to go get it before closing time and when I got there they wanted to look at my battery. Told them if I turn it off it won't turn on it dies completely. Manager insisted. I told him I don't care about the price of the machine to restart my battery I really needed it. He told me turn off the car which he kept insisting so I I. Then told me how am I going to charge my battery if I have nowhere to connect it. Told him wow. Really. That's something you could of told me earlier. I still want to purchase it. I asked if he can give me a jump because I'm stranded already and I'm cold. Dude went inside I waited 20 mi uses and no response. They wouldn't let me make the purchase even after I mentioned I would buy it. Someone else gave me a jump and the staff just ignored me. Bad service. The guy that helped jump my battery told me they wouldn't sell him.a certain part because it was 7 minutes before closing time. Sounds about right since they did it to me technically the store was still open and I knew what I wanted but I guess 12 minutes before it closes you're not allowed to purchase anything.

Staff working Sunday night around 7-8pm was completely unprofessional. My husband called to ask if they could change my battery while I was in the store (I had gone to purchase the battery and have them install it) because I get anxious going to auto parts stores and he couldn t go with me. I can hear the girl on the phone and I knew it was my husband because he had just text me that he was calling. He asked if they could change out my battery and she said they could. I was standing in front of the assistant manager wearing a gray shirt with salt and pepper hair and he told me no. He said it was dark and that was the store policy and that they couldn t anymore. He was extremely rude, the girl then switched up her story and lied saying she did not tell my husband that they could even though I was listening to the conversation on the phone. Today, my husband called the store in the morning and spoke to the store manager and he confirmed that that rule/policy did not exist. The store had ample staff while I was there, it was not busy and my car was parked right in the front. I will sadly never be coming back and I gladly took my business to oreilly down the street where they were happy to help me and didn t lie or make up stupid policies because they were too lazy to help a customer.

Bought a battery that kept dying one me atleast 2 times a month keped taking it and they said it had no issue they would charge it then give it back to me I was upset thinking it was my truck after the last charge now that the warranty is over they tell me it's a bad battery and I need to buy one to me that seems real dishonest and not a fair way to do business

It s like HQ for SGV. Closes 2 hours later than other Autozones which comes in clutch when you re in need of that last min repair items. Staff is pretty helpful when ever I need something,

Service was "okay".. right now stakes are high and several employees were not properly wearing their face masks. thankfully, the one that helped me was.. and it was rather quickly. But i would've liked my situation resolved, rather than just wait to see what happens.

Bought some AC freon there. When I called to explain it didn't work. The lady said she's not an AC professional. Just very rude. Then she put me on hold. I called back and the guy Named Lethal he said. That there's nothing they can do. To take it to the mechanic. But just all aound very rude. Wrost customer service ever..!

Ralph was a huge help. His patience was impeccable. Can't say the same about the old man running the show though, a man with a position like his should watch the context in how he says things, communication is.key when building relationships with customers, that is only if you value your customers though.

Super nice and helpful. Ty so much for putting the p/s fluid in my car... some of the other staff, the ones in grey.. they had way to many on shift in my opinion as most of them were standing around not even acknowledging the line. Until another customer said something. Then the guy told me he could help me. It was kinda comical. I was helped. The guy was nice, very courteous. He unfortunately didn't have the answers to my auto related questions. It ok. It's Nothing I couldn't look up or figure out.. but thank you kindly for the help.
