My car did not want to turn on and luckily it happened near this AutoZone where i received help from Antonio! I am very grateful for his expertise and assistance. He went out of his way to help me install a new battery and i was back on the road in no time! I commend his help and service together with Sam. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate good people like you!

I have been buying parts for my cars at this auto zone store for years. And they have always taken excellent care of me. But today, 02/12/2024, a very rude and unprofessional girl attended to me. because of her despotic manner. I better went to buy my parts from Oreilly Auto Parts. The attention was very different. I'm going to let my friends and family know what happened. so they can buy their parts in another store. where they know how to serve customers.

Thanks to Sienna I got confirmation that my car battery is low and needs to be charged. Since Tuesday, my car didn t turn on. I kept trying and it turned on after 15 minutes. Once I got it to turn on, it was struggling after that. Yesterday, I took it to the Autozone off Passons and Whittier. The associate that helped me out there said that my battery passed the test. I now wonder if she didn t know what she was doing or didn t want to bother helping me out :/. She just told me to clean the battery corrosion. I did that once I got home. After that, the car continued to struggle to turn on, so, l needed a second opinion. I went to this Autozone where I got the confirmation that I needed. I knew something was up. Thank you Sienna !! She also informed me about other important stuff like my battery warranty. What a supportive and helpful associate.

I bought some freon because my air conditioner went out in my truck but I had to take it back cuz I ended up taking it to the shop and it was a hole in my hose that needed to be repaired but I also bought a light for my turning signal cuz it was out and I kept that and replaced the bulb. They are very helpful at auto zone. You just need the make and model and year of your car and they could look parts up for you. Definitely will go back if I need too.

Organized like if I did it yes it s a compliment. Husband was looking for polish and we were directed to the isle #3, before paying I noticed people weren t up front. We are patient though ! Also do you get points with your number ? If so do they not always ask ?

Typical hit and miss at any AutoZone... They either make it easy for you or try and have no idea what parts you need... I like it when you can find what you're looking for

Kinda weird they make you buy a mask for a $1 when i doubt there employees even bring a mask to work and get them for free. And the lady at the front with curly hair always has an attitude.

As far as pricing there are many places that you can find your parts for cheaper, none the less they know their stuff for the most part and are always helpful even it you don't make a purchase. They also lend you equipment of needed.

The worse place to buy auto parts, I do not recommed this place, they had an special sale for the oil change we ask for 3 specials for 2 different cars, we asked the lady with big eyes to change one of the specials from w30 to w40 and she got upset because she wanted to give us the w30 so she left, other guy came he didnt know what to do, i asked him to call her she said no, so i had to asked another store associate wich was charging us extra for things were suppost to be included, he told to go pick up the filter in other store and that we had to pay separate for the filter. OMG they made us loose time!! So i returned everything and asked for my money back, that lady need anger management and learn how deal with customers, she can't force us to get whatever she wants, she is crazy, is my money i can go anywhere i want to, never going back to that auto zone again none of my family either.

These guys never have the device for the check engine light. 3 times in a row over half a year. Can they not afford a new one for the store or do they just dont want to help?

The guys working here are smart and friendly. I've been here a few times and have received excellent recommendations and assistance. I definitely recommend this AutoZone. Overall, AutoZone also has the best prices compared to the other popular Auto Parts sores out there. Don't go anywhere else.

I'm not one to give bad reviews, but my experience was horrible. They couldn't find my warranty, and I even had the receipt. They said they couldnt help me because they couldn't scan the receipt and they couldn't find it in their system. Why did i pay extra then? Their customer service was severely lacking . And I was talking to the Manager!

Was here at 7:45 Am and store is close but in google map says they are open! Opening time in morning is 8:00 Am - Some people is waiting here until they open. At this point it s 1 star.

Called for a part person go answers the phone was nice ..then a women answers the phone and she was so disrespectful don't know why ..maybe she didn't want to work that day .May be changing stores. 1 star because of that person .didn't even get a price
