I brought in our vehicle that was badly damaged on the front driver side. Naturally, we were feeling overwhelmed by the accident. And to top it off, we didn t have any collision coverage on our vehicle, so we had to pay it all out of pocket. But then I met Andy, who was an absolute angel. He was kind, bright, warm and welcoming. Although I m sure he was very busy, he took the time to work with me to get me the best possible price and service he could provide. He was transparent and straight forward from the very beginning, answering all my questions. And then, while the car was at his shop, he would send text messages and updates to me. Lastly, when the car was done, wow. It was as good as new. We were so happy!! We highly recommend this place to everyone. I took my car to get the roof and spoiler painted. I used to live nearby to this small mom/pop shop and saw that it was always busy, so I decided to give it a try instead of trusting my instincts and going to a reputable body shop. They took 5 days to finish my work which was not bad, but was hoping it would be done sooner. When I went to pick up my car and I still had to wait 15 mins, then I noticed it had a lot of orange peel in the spoiler and some runs. Waited another 30 mins to allow them to fix their oversight. I drive my car in the freeway only to hear loud wind noise coming thru my sunroof. Opened my moonroof only to see it butchered like a cow. Took it back the next day and was told that it was normal wear and tear due to old car. I keep my car garaged and with extremely low mileage. They sent me to their glass Vendor Cal Star Auto Glass in City of Industry. Waited about 30 mins, only to call and find out they were closed but still accepting calls. I explained what happened and why I was there. They told me to bring back the car next week in 5 days as they were closed for the rest of the week and close during the weekday at 12pm. I let them know if they can order the seal or glass and I can send them pictures. They told me they have to see it in person. I called back Absolute Collision only to be told by Andy that they would not cover it due to being not their fault if they cut the seal. I asked for an itemized invoice to see if they were supposed to R&I the moonroof or mask it. I let him know why did they not just opened the moonroof as it slides into the roof and would not obstruct while painting the roof. Andy had no answer and stated they do not have to do that if not needed.It is obvious this shop does not know how to properly mask and remove tape from seals. I just had my back glass replaced with a seal and they also damaged my back glass seal when they roped back the molding. Either they do not know how to work properly or the materials they are using are of the worst quality.

Andy and his staff did a FANTASTIC JOB I had front fender repaired and painted, rear fender repainted and engine protector replaced. Andy was very easy to work with very honest and knowledgeable. My car was done on the date promised. I am a totally happy camper. I was enough lucky to find this place close to my house. I had some alignment and internal damage that I couldn't see until they removed my bumper. They walked me through all the damges and how each area or part could be fixed. This naturally made me feel comfortable, knowing exactly what needed to be fixed, instead of just being told and expecting to believe what is being said. They showed me! They really restored my car like brand new. The process was easy and I absolutely had to recommend this place to others. Great people.

Got into an accident a few months ago and had to look around for a body shop which is something I never had to do. It there is always a first time for everything. I found Absolute Collision Center through Yelp and I got to say, they are very professional. Andy was intouch throughout the whole process sending me pictures of all repairs done to my vehicle. After receiving an underwhelming list of auto body shops from my insurer, I found Absolute on Yelp and Google with excellent reviews. Andy and his crew are PHENOMENAL! Even with supply chain issues he was able to complete my car in a timely fashion. He is communicative and kind. My car looks like it just rolled out of the dealership and I am so happy! 2/11/21Very reasonable pricing and quick repair time. I had some scratches and minor dents that I needed repaired on my Mercedes, and when I got the car back, it looked as good as new. Andy was friendly, a clear communicator, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!!Service: Painting

Absolute Collision Center is the real deal. I took my KIA Forte because my front liner had fallen off. Andy treated me like he knew me since birth, he is very friendly and professional. Growing up with a dad who was a mechanic made it very difficult to trust other mechanics because you get to learn all the tips and tricks. Although Andy and his team showed nothing but excellence as well as generosity which you do not come by often especially at a mechanic shop. They give great customer service and address every concern you have and didn't have. They showed me pictures of everything they worked on and even let me watch the last procedure. My car was a mess and they made sure it was running properly by the end!

Brought in our late model RAV4 for damage to driver side.Andy walked us thru the process and promised to complete job in 7-8 days. He took time to text photos with updates. He completed job in timely manner & nicely matched paint plus provided affordable loaner vehicle.Would definitely recommend!

I just had some repair work done on my 2016 chevy colorado , the body work they did was very professional, they did a great job on matching the paint as well. The price was right and they finished my truck 2 days early,They sent me updates as the work progressed too, I'm one happy camper

The Best body shop in Pico Rivera. The employees are very nice and friendly and they listen to your needs and make your car look NEW again. The prices are very nice too. They take ALL insurance claims.

I was a bit worried about bringing in my car after being in my first car accendent. Luckily I was recommended to absolute collision center where I met Andy. He saved me the trouble of dealing with complications between insurances and finding a rental car. Two weeks later my car was completar and looked brand new. Thank you so much Andy! The damaged back end of my car is complealty unnoticeable.

2 visits to Absolute Collision Ctr in a month! 1st time I was quite impressed by the color-match although car is 6-years old, 2nd time car looked almost-new, amazing! Service is Very Professional, 100% satisfied.

Had bad peeling on the roof, trunk, hood and bumper. Among other things. Andy knew what I wanted, and didnt try to up sell me on things I didn't care for.Honestly, very pleased with the work and service. Andy, thank you so much.
