Excellent service today. Helped test me, got me my battery, and had me on the road in no time. I asked about buying an alternator and the gentleman behind the counter asked if he could test it out first. Very informative and helpful

Had to purchase a new battery for the car that seemed pricey, however the customer service has and always is GREAT! Very helpful and kind gentlemen that assisted us. That's why we go back to Napa for our automobile needs that don't require our mechanic.

This store has great service. the counterman are extremely helpful I normally speak with Mark and Dakota. they are very knowledgeable and friendly always help me figuring out what parts I need and give me reasonable prices. There's also a girl that works there that I see every once in awhile always extremely polite and helpful as well if she doesn't know the answer to something she always gets me to the person that does. This is a great store, I'm very pleased with the employees and management

Hand to bring back battery twice didn't fit first time, wrong one,still had problems with the 2nd one 3 Rd one wasent right either, but my husband made it fit by taking out tray

Excellent service, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional! Treat you courteously every time you walk in! If they don't know an answer to your question or problem they happily take the time to investigate for you. What a great team! These guys know what they are doing and enjoy it! Therefore I enjoy bringing my business to them!

The people are friendly and knowledgeable about what you're working on. Most of the time they have your parts or can order them. Pricing is moderately priced for your parts. Handicap parking is right at the front door. No public restroom though.

Great local auto parts store. If they don't have it in stock, dont worry, they get it for you quick. Go next door and have some breakfast or lunch while you wait. Awesome!

I go to Napa because they take the time to look something up for you even if don't have the year make and model. I really appreciate their knowledge. They are always friendly polite and care about helping you get what you need. Thank you

Needed a battery for my suv they had one gave me a GREAT price much lower than other auto parts chain. And at 1 min before closing they took the time to take my core and issue me a refund on it. Coulda told me come back tomorrow but they didn't.

I always shopped at the Phelan Napa store because the counterman, Dylan, was quick to help me, was the most knowledgeable out of anyone in the store, and never sold me parts that I did not need. I found out this weekend that Dylan no longer works there. I left the store without making a purchase as no one even cared to help me. I have told my family and friends to shop elsewhere. There are many auto parts stores to choose from and the Phelan Napa store is no longer worth our time. I am hoping we find out where Dylan went so that we can shop there. Huge loss for the Phelan Napa store.

Had to get a new battery and I had no tools they're awesome they had the battery on the counter before I walked in, came out and help me change it out and yes a decent price thank you Napa!!!

Great place to go for auto parts.If they don't have the part you need in stock they can usually have it brought to them from one of their other Stores within 1-2 days.

Workers always talk to you like you're stupid. Way overpriced. Got spark plugs from AutoZone for $8, Napa wanted $16 for the same thing. Yeah, no.

Buy a lot of parts at the phelan store but after Dylan gone it went down hill it s hard to get the right part anymore Shawn worthless everytime he works the counter I always get the wrong part or have to look it up on your website for him I m now having to go to others places
