I am very very happy with Jr.s tires they were literally closing the front gate to go home I needed tires on my loaned truck from Costa Mesa that had a blowout on the rear these guys stayed for me and got me back on the road with ease I would have been there all night but they made it happen , Any body any where if you need tire service absolutely choose Jrs they are good people

hours say 8am to 6pm.That is completely False.more like 8:45am to 5:15.wanted 40.00 to mount and balance 2 tires i brought in i wanted to pay by debit card they said pay in cash 30.00.so i did and the 2 working split it and straight into thier pockets. i asked for a receipt and they say no because of cash payment that they split so they are ripping off the company in plain sight!Pathetic !!

the best. They have a good reputation for a reason. They didn't have my size tire but was able to get them delivered the same day AND I was in-and-out in less then an hour. Super nice guys too. Shop local.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. This was the worst experience. I waited 1 hour under the sun along with 4 others, and I didn't even get the service. The workers were slow, and there was poor comunication. I decided to take my business somewhere else, thank goodness I found Frijo tire shop here in Phelan by Johnson and Goss. They not only helped me and my daughter, but were very fast attentive and comunicative. They also had very good prices and offers. But this place, no. I would not recommend.

Really went out of their way to not only the reason I originally went in for, but also for the necessities.The fact that they did me a favor and made it work, all within MY budget is very much appreciated!!! Above and beyond great customer service. Once again thank you, you guys are awesome!

This place is an absolute nightmare I've been here a couple of times always a problem Truck has literally been on Jacks the entire day they told me to come back at a specific time nothing was done not to mention a scratch on my door from their Jack!! jr

Great, friendly service! Needed a tire quick and Jr's came through. I recommend bringing cash as form of payment to make the visit fast and easy. Spanish and English speaking.

I have a 2022 ram2500 with 13k miles and slow leak in a tire. Americas tire wouldnt fix because to close to sidewall. It was actually 3/4 from the edge of the tread. I asked JRs to put on a patch. They did that and said the nail was actually directed away from the sidewall. Saves me a bunch and I believe it is still a safe tire. Of course time will tell. They said to come back in 90min but done in 20min.They have always been good for me.

I went in on a rainy day and it was quite some traffic. The staff here was very polite but had some request that were very time consuming. They had no problem allocating task while making sure everyone was satisfied. I definitely would suggest not only stopping here but making this a goto tire shop if in the area. Thank you all for your help. Not to mention I got 4 tires at a reasonable price.

This place is a joke, went to replace a tire, needed 4 so I paid for 4 up front on 7/7/23, they sold me trailer tires for my truck, refused to give me a refund until I told them I would contact a lawyer,, 6 days later and finally have tires. These people are a sorry excuse for tire repair, 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would come here for all my tire needs because I live in phelan but After today, I ll never return and neither will my household I was told take it or leave it On a overpriced used tire see ya!Pe�as tires off 395 worth the drive

Jr's tire is a cool place to go to for saving a few bucks. Fast service. Overall a good shop only downside is they don't speak English well at all, so be prepared to have Google translate out .

0 stars if I could. Went to Utah June 28 and bought what was suppose to be 4 new tires from them (JR TIRES PHELAN) barley made it to the 15 fwy and two of them popped went back to jr tires they gave us the other two and a rim luckily made it to Vegas and then the other two popped the entire time the guys were laughing when we went back and now we know why we went over to discount tires in Vegas and they said the tires were not new they just cleaned them up to make them look new and to check the DOT it was from 2/14 about 9 years old! Never again

Service is hit and miss at this place.The "boss" gets a bad attitude when things are busy. They also filled up the tire we needed repaired to 70 psi. That was careless on their part, thank goodness for TPMS on vehicles it alerted my wife that there was a problem. I asked her to check the pressure and that's what we found. Make sure that they fill your tires up properly.

Great tire service and fast my wife and I were on our way to Las Vegas for our daughters wedding we were already behind in getting to her wedding when we got a flat tire on our way we Google this tire shop so we decided to go since it was the closes tire shop well as soon as we arrived I was helped right away by a very helpful gentleman by the name of rigo and he helped me out with a tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes my wife and I really appreciated his help

I went in today with a low tire and was helped by Leo. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to check the tire to see if there might be something in it, he showed me the piece of metal that was in my tire and fixed it very quickly. Thank you Leo for your excellent customer service!

Mixed feelings about them. I think they may hate me or any newcomer because they charged me full price on used tires. But my buddy is white and they charge him 15 for used. Go figure

This is my go to tire shop in town, I have never had any issues and they're always quick to help, can get very busy at times so wait time may vary. I usually go early in the mornings and take about 15-20 min getting the service. Staff is super friendly

Asked for a patch but got a plug that only held for one day. Charged me 15.00 air pressure was 45 psi. Asked for 35psi.

Helped immediately. Checked to see if tire had a leak (put in water) and showed me it oupent be ficed with a patch. They offer used and new tires to purchase with reasonable good prices. . I ve been going to this location for years and thr customer service is excellent. They take thebtime to explain and answer all questions. Id definitely recommend you check this place out. No appointment necessary and walk-ins welcome. Thqnk you for showing me why patching my tire wasnt working so i know I paid for what i needed. Very trustworthy.

This tire shop is the best in miles around really nice people and the princess are the lowest that you will find but the most important is the honesty an pride This tire shop is the best that I ever been to everyone out there this is the place to go get your tires.

It's about 6 months since I bought all new tires. I bought them all here but they are not all the same brand and it would if been helpful to 1. Know that they are Not new tires and 2. That if you don t buy the same brand you can t get a balance. This is unprofessional to not communicate this to a client. I will never refer them or even go back
