I had a good experience with this business. They worked with my insurance they got me in checked out the car. Then I came back a few days later and they got everything done within a week. I busted something under my car so they had to repair the whole guard underneath my car around the wheel areas and the front bumper. It was pretty extensive. They got it all done within one week, even though they had to order extra parts. They picked me up at my house and everyone was friendly yet professional. Great experience and I d use them again. If you live in the area and they re trying to stay close to home to get your car fixed don t worry they are very well equipped to get the job done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went here for an estimate for my pickup truck. When I drove up the estimator was outside, as I approached the door he greeted me very rudely. Asked me what I needed told him an estimate for my truck. I waited, while he worked with another customer. Then finally came outside and started to write up my estimate or so he made it seem that way. Asked what I did for a living and if it was an insurance claim to which I said no I m paying cash. We went back inside then he said he couldn t finish the estimate as he had to leave and he would email me the estimate which he never did. He was very annoyed I was there. This is the 2nd time I go there for an estimate which I never end up getting. Hopefully I never need another estimate again but if I don t I won t wast me time with this business again. My truck is currently getting fixed at another shop to which I m am paying cash. Trying to support our local businesses.

Personally wouldn t recommend. Brought my car here for a dent a cm big and a gap in between headlight and bumper, it was there for a week and a half, got it back and dent was fixed but gap by headlight still there after I paid $1000, I brought it back and they had it for another week, got it back and they charged me another 50 and it still had a bent plastic piece clear as day in the front bumper and a few other pieces of plastic/ rubber that needed to be put into place. We have brought vehicles here years ago and they did a decent job but maybe they hired new workers or something. Unfortunate and wasted a lot of my time and money.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a very good experience with the new owners of what is now named SIGNATURE AUTO COLLISION. They put my 2016 Honda back together again after I damaged the front end in a collision. The interaction with everyone from the owner, shop manager and the technician was professional, courteous and pleasant. I shared with them at time of appraisal that I wanted to be able to inspect and approve my repairs at completion without any negative or defensive push back from them if the job was not to my satisfaction and workmanship like quality. They assured me that they would do a professional job and be open to my inspection upon completion. Luckily the finished product looked fine and I was happy with my repair. They kept their word and made for a pleasant experience. I would recommend that if you find yourself needing collision repair that you at least give them a opportunity to compete for your business. I try to support local businesses, but at the same time I expect a good product or service to be delivered. SIGNATURE delivered for me in this instance. Hopefully you will have the same experience I have had. As of this date I would use them again and would feel comfortable to recommend them to my friends and family.

Good service, friendly staff and quality work.They were supposed to replace the trunk, bumper and other parts on my Subaru after it got rear-ended.It looks clean except the body lines don't match up exactly. Also they were supposed to replace the trunk but repaired the trunk instead, so it still has a few dings and dents even though I paid for the new trunk lid. That's why they aren't getting a higher rating.I'd recommend going to a specialist outside the high desert or just go straight to the dealer. It was quite expensive as well.

Our car was rear-ended and our insurance accepted Signature Auto to fix the damage. They had it back to us looking brand new a week or so sooner than initially specified. Highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The Phelan facility was very friendly and professional, they were in constant contact with me and they made the process of having my car fixed very easy. The quality of their workmanship is also very good. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, communicated very well with time line. My car looked better that it did when I bought it, paint matches perfectly and the workmanship is to factory quality spec.

Do not use this company. Went to receive an estimate and they said they could not quote it due to dirt on my vehicle. Are you kidding me. Them as well as me love on a dirt road. Rude people. Just shows that you need to go to somebody reputable.
