Well it's been hit and miss with AutoZone the one on 395 and 18 is a bunch of upsellers and usually have only the most expensive one stock that's the same I go to p h e l a n and they have what you want but you need to make sure in order first. I haven't use my rewards card too much is everything but expect a couple of trips to get it right

My car started overheating on my way out of the city, and this AutoZone location was nearby. The store had a long line of customers, so my parents and I went out to look at my car once again. A super helpful employee, Tom, came outside since he had noticed us inside the store earlier and saw us poking at my car.Tom helped us diagnose the problem, locate and purchase the part needed, and very thoroughly explained how to fix this particular part on my car. He set us up with the tools needed and my dad was able to fix it! Tom checked in on us afterward to make sure things went smoothly. We could not have fixed it without his help and expertise; he did a great job with his explanations and was friendly and professional throughout our interactions with him.We had one other car issue which employee Brian was able to assist us with. Also very friendly and professional, and we were on our way after his help with our coolant!I am very grateful that these two gentlemen were able to quickly help with my car problems. I made it back home without any issue. Very happy with my experience at this AutoZone, and I look forward to going to AutoZone in the future for my car supplies. Tom and Brian are both great and deserve recognition. Thanks guys!

Extremely helpful staff! After coming in to purchase some wipes blades, one of the employees helped install them. Totally recommend this location!

This place is always busy as it is the first one between Palmdale and Hesperia. Great service just takes a little time to get to the counter. If you're in a hurry not the spot.

Store manager is not customer friendly. I ordered on line for curbside but sent someone else to pick up. Instead of just holding for the customer he supposedly refunded my purchase because I did not come in person. Should have just waited for customer to come in instead of refund the purchase. He discouraged curbside and told me just come in store. They won't give the product to anyone but cardholder but the refunded my purchase without my permission.

Autozone is always awesome. No complaints what so ever. Autozone is my place for all my auto parts needs. I sound like the commercial. The staff are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff... for example: I went in the other day, and got an oil filter, and the clerk, knew exactly which one, by part#.. before she retrieved the part, she verified that it was correct... and sure went, it was... great staff..

They don't always have the part I need in stock but they order it and it comes pretty quick, often times; same day friendly staff. And they haven't tried to rip me off bc I'm a woman. So far so good and I've been going there for years now.

I'm a regular at this location and usually have good experiences when I shop there. Today was slightly irritating however, because I own a vehicle that has an OBD2 data link connection but is an OBD1 system (95 Chevy Camero, Yes. You read that correctly. OBD1 with OBD2 port) and was shopping for a reader that did both OBD 1 and 2. The manager was actually a bit rude in speaking to me because he seemed to have a great deal of cognitive dissonance being told something he didn't believe. However, one of the other employees was very helpful and friendly in discussing options to my inquiry and enjoyed learning something new about a select group of vehicles in that technology transition phase of that year. Hopefully the manager will take today as a bit of a wake up call and educate himself a bit before telling customers to hush what they are trying to explain so he can be of much higher quality service to customers in the future.

I should own stock in this store. LOL I am such the tomboy and I like to think I can do al lot of things by myself and I can. Its those time when I need a part but dont know what its called. And I love to see women behind the counter knowing. what the their talking about. I was helped by ..I wish I had asked her name.. She has long hair and was very knowledgeable . She ended up saving me a trip to the store in victorville saved me money. I was calling the part the wrong name. Awesome patient still enjoy inaction with people. Always been helpful. Prices are the same as always. Not to pricey but not cheap. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Well the person that helped me find the stuff I needed was very helpful but when I went to pay at the register I paid for my stuff and no one asked me if I needed any help to the car and I am handicapped and I know they could see how hard it was for me to carry this stuff and try and open the door and no one even asked if I could use any help I would think more highly of AutoZone if they helped the handicapped people

Don't expect any type of service if you call to check on part's, I waited 30 min on hold and finally someone picked up, I asked about the part I was looking for and then they disconnected me. I live fairly far from them and wanted to know if it was in stock before driving there. Bummer...

Store is clean and organized. Parts specialist are knowledgeable in vehicle parts. Great deals on oil change supplies for just about any vehicle on the road. My experience was positive at this AutoZone.

Got some transmission fluid for my hot rod. Most of the people are knowledgeable, except hot rods are different, engine and running gear may be different year, make and model. So Alan or Ellie are my favorite s.

If i could give negative stars i would. They thought i was stealing so decided to follow me around. They didnt have the lart i ordered at the time i was told. Turned around andsaid i was wrong on about the delivery time i was told. Had i known what time it was going to be delivered i wouldve not bought it. When picking up i inspected the product. It was no good and they knew it.

The DUMBEST!!! And i mean the DUMBEST!!! Employees here went for a U-Joint for my truck and they gave me the wrong one after i had clearly told them the year make and model. They're also very impolite and very very very racist!!!! Very unprofessional and super LAZY!!!! I went in once and there were 5 guys on one computer and about 7 customers waiting and when a customer said something all they said was "we'll be with you in a moment". They should get rid of every single employee there and hire ones who actually want to work and not give people hard times. By far the worst autozone and i've seen lots of autozone all thru south los angeles. Worst Customer service by far. Shop at your own risk.

Awesome staff! My alternator went bad and they helped me get what I needed to get back on the road. They even let me borrow their tools!
