Smog, mechanical repairs, all pro work at good prices. Chad is a good guy, a great mechanic. My fam takes all of our vehicles here.

The mechanic Mike is very courteous, & helpful ..On my trip my honda 08 accord cvl axle & jack shaft broke. It has been quite frustrating due to no one having the part I need to fix it. My car has been at Anderson for 4days now. Its not their fault. Apparently this specific part isn't sold at O'Reilys, so we tried a pick & pull and our part got lost! Idk may have to pay 500$ from Honda to get part. Regardless tho Andersons have let me know every step they have taken to get my car going ..I appreciate that! COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING! If u need ur car fixed in Phelan Ca I highly recommend Andersons

I noticed a noise on my trip south for the winter and I had scheduled an overnight stop in Anderson, CA. The next day I took my van in to have them check it out. They fixed it as soon as they could which took a few days as they were very busy. The fix was due to a part not being installed in the first place. I now have a warranty for their work which is terrific! Love these guys!

I went there for a smog and they were fast very professional. My car didn't pass and Chad was very helpful in giving ideas of what i needed to do to get my vehicle to pass. I never felt like he was trying to take my money on the other hand he helped me to try to figure it out myself. I found the issue and brought it back to them and it passed.It is a 94 Cherokee and failed on Evaporative system found a bad fuel hose. I do want to add that at first I felt like Mr. Chad was not friendly but I was wrong he is just quiet. He is very helpful and i appreciate doing business with Anderson's Auto I will be back.

I went in for a smog check.The young guy in the office/waitingroom was very polite as he started the paperwork.The owner who is smoking comes up to the doorway next to the counter I am at, I back away because my lungs don't tolerate cigarette smoke. As I back away he actually steps into the room. I politely ask him if he could step outside. He did.I let the young guy know that I couldn't have a smoker in my car. He said okay.I parked my car where the younger guy requested. After I got out the owner opens my door. I ask him to please not enter my car. He claims he needs to scan the code inside my door but he wasn't holding anything. He then walked over, got my paperwork and handed it back. Then claimed he didn't enter inside while smoking. I told him that was my first and last visit to his shop.I believe in ones right to run a business how they want but there are laws even when it comes to a small business and exposing customers to second hand smoke.Thanks to him I've had to do a breathing treatment and 4 hours of oxygen. Not normal for me.

Unable to give ZERO stars. When I came in at 8:30am (30 mins after opening) and asked how long for a smog test, guy at the desk said the smog guy wasn t even in. He said it could be until after 9 am or 10am or it could be 2 seconds from now he didn t know. Very unprofessional! Don t waste your time and go to Phelan express. They will take good care of your smog.

Do not go here. I took my car here for a squeaking noise. They immediately diagnosed a bad water pump. I gave the go ahead to fix it. Next day they said they changed the water pump and they said after installation of the water pump the noise was still there. When I asked about the charge for putting in a water pump I didn't need their response was that they expected to pay for a repair I didn't even need. When I protested they said fine that they would put my old water pump back on. They said they would need another day to do it. At this point I didn't want them to have my truck anymore and I said I would pay 200 of the 400 the quoted me to just leave it be. Bottom line is I thought I took it to a professional to have it diagnosed. They weren't able to diagnose it correctly or fix it. I walked out of there with $200 Less in my bank account no better off then I was when I walked in.Update. Bad lifter.

I have had Craig work on several vehicles. He is competent, understanding and fair. His work is complete and accurate and I have never had to go back because something wasn't done or done right. I highly recommend.

I give Andersons auto a 5 star for always being able to fix the jobs other shops can't manage. Great service, nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service, rude employees and the mechanic said my timing was way off. I checked the timing myself and it was perfect. Took it to 2 mechanics and they both agreed that it was good. I failed my smog check due to incompetence

Place is worthless to go to for smogs, won t ever pass any vehicle I take unless I take it another place don t bother going here takes too long and won t even pass your smog ever!
