Completely botched my alignment. Had to bring the car back to have it redone since it was pulling so badly. Furthermore, they told me I needed $3,000 in suspension work and motor mounts. Went to another shop for a second opinion and was told my suspension and motor mounts were in perfect shape. They are crooked. Beware.

Really awesome staff. Bryce was kind, informative, and very helpful to me today when I blew my tire out on my way to work. On a not so great day, I am happy to have chosen a business like Wheel Works.

Really easy experience. Made appointment online for a tire repair and they got me in right away as well as fit in an oil change. Customer service over the phone was communicative and straight forward.

I brought my car in to check the brakes because they were squeeking, Zach and Randy were able to get my car in quickly and replace my brake pads. Thank you all at the petaluma location! Will be coming back!

I hate to give bad review I really do. Just came in today. My name is not Jackson by the way I think they know who I am. I don't know maybe they don't have technician or something? Front guy seemed to be in a bad mood. I said Thank You many time he doesn't want to say nothing it's okay maybe they're busy. What I find very scared is when I did an oil change. All of a sudden after they finish the red triangle came in.. Nothing happened like that before.. at least he came over and he pulled tstick to check my car once again and know what I see?? I see so much oil splashing off the dipstick when he check! It's either they overfill or something that's why the triangle came in. I never had this experience with them before.. I hate giving bad review.. they left at 4:30.. supposed to be at 6:00..

They are really nice and actually bear Costco on the tire price. Can't believe they stocked the Bridgestone RS980AS W rated tires! Now I can go up to 168mph! They are really busy so leave your car and pick up later for the best experience.

I would give this place negative stars if I could, they damaged the powder coat on all four of my brand new wheels in four places. On top of taking 2 and a half hours to do the job after I even had an appointment. I also gave them the wheels and tires 5 hours early!!!! In total they had my wheels and tires for 7 hours and weren t done until 10 minutes before closing, on top of damaging them. Disgraceful.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

It needs to be cleaned up.. Floors mopped,old posters taken off the walls and fresh ones put up. The bathroom is better but still needs attention. SEAT COVERS ARE NEEDE ASAP AND PAPER TOWELS NOW PLEASE...THE WORKERS ARE GREAT. ITS THE PLACE THAT NEEDS SOME LOVING CARE.

Jonathan (sp?) and Zachary are so helpful and efficient. At the Petaluma E. Washington Wheelworks, they actually answer the phone even when busy. Jonathan was able to work in a flat repair even on a busy Sunday, and task was completed within the projected timeframe. Thanks so much!

Went in today after having a flat tire on the freeway. the guy who was at the desk was on loan from the Coddington location. He helped me pick out tires that would work better than the last set (now I've got the correct size for my car) and got me set up with an alignment. I think there were four people ahead of me in line, and I still got out before my ride showed up. Couldn't be happier. Great price on 4 tires and the alignment, too; I've paid $300 - $400 more at other places.

For brake work, go somewhere else. I have a 'full diagnostic' done, and they told me that my rear brakes were fine...and they didn't recommend replacement. After 10 days of driving....my rear brakes are grinding metal to metal. Brought is back to them, they had no explanation...and did nothing to make it right. I've been bringing my cars there for years...and they lost a customer today.Service: Brakes

Front desk guy had the worst attitude I ve ever come across at a mechanic. I m an Instacart shopper part time and decided to book through a third party service called Car Advise because we get a discount. When I showed up to shop, and told the front desk guy I had a appointment at 1 and it s through Car Advise he acted like he didn t know what I was talking about. I show him my member card from Car Advise, per the instructions, and he gave me attitude telling me that wouldn t help him all while avoiding eye contact with me. When my boyfriend asks an estimated time, the guy says I don t know could be 4 hours depending on how long it takes for Car Advise to approve the service (I later learned after calling Car Advise that it would ve been quick since I had an apt). I decided to cancel my appointment after dealing with his attitude. He seemed angry, maybe because it s through Car Advise? No idea. I m still a paying customer. Never going back.

Make sure you have all day with an appointment. Ex. Appt at noon, didn't get car on rack until 3pm and then realized warranteed tire was out of stock but in another location. Appt at noon left at 524pm. Manager and front desk laugh at you when upset and don't explain your actual warranty when you buy tires from them so you understand. Watched two customers walk out while I waited due to appts not being on time and rudeness of desk staff. Btw they are hiring with a 3k sign on bonus for managers, hopefully new management is coming.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Would definitely not recommend this to any one. I have been a customer for years. After finally moving back to Sonoma county the car needed to go in. Did not answer my question on if a full service check was complete and then said the tires were shot. Fine what is the price? 310 for two small tires when I said without a discount americas tire is 100 cheaper we will just get the alignment. After that I am called again saying the tires are really bad and will need to be changed as the will go next time you are on the road. Still have not been told about the safety lights and engine check, which is the reason I brought the car in for in the first place. Fine I will take the tires for safety, but not matching the price of any competition and up selling no way is this place ever getting my business again. In fact there are so many better options here in Sonoma county. Go with big o, americas tire, pep boys, AAA, Firestone. All are more acceptable for customer service and quality above Petaluma wheel works.Service: Tires

I made an appointment online for a front end alignment (I purchased a lifetime alignment package a couple of years ago) and the website sent a confirmation email saying I would be notified if there was a problem with my scheduled appointment. So I called this morning to confirm my appointment and was told they were booked and had no alignment appointments until next week. The person I spoke with said the website is flawed and this happens continuously and that he has brought it up with corporate many times but nothing changes. The last 3 times I have taken my car in, I have made appointments, waited 2 hours or more for my car to even be looked at and then waited all day for it to be completed. Each time I go in there is a new manager and nothing gets any better.

On my way to work for a 3 PM shift in the Emergency Department my tire went flat. It needed to be replaced but I needed to be on shift right now and wouldn t be off until midnight. The Wheelworks staff saved me. The tire had to be picked from the Santa Rosa location and trekked back to Petaluma. The staff member drove over herself to pick it up as I headed to shift. Wheelworks replaced the tire and, out of the kindness of her heart, the staff member dropped my key off at the hospital after her long busy day. I was amazed by the kind, calm, compassionate staff. Bad service, I brought my car around 8:40 they said it would take one hour to one hour and a half, I came around 10:40 because it passed already two hours and they said it would take another 15 more minutes so I decided to wait. Is already 11:10 and my car is still not ready yet. If you are a busy person who has things to do I won t recommend you to come here because they are not honest and will have you waiting as your time I not value

Got the work done, I guess, but if you have plans, take the day off,or go somewhere else. Made an appt for 11am for 2 tires and a front end alignment. Being generous, this should take no longer than 2 hours. I didn't get my car back for 4 and a half hours. I get being backed up, but why even have appointments if you're not going to even start working for hours.

Got a flat tire on the way home from work. Called 30 minutes before closing hoping for a hail mary. Wheel works in Petaluma answered the call. Had both tires I needed in stock, and promptly replaced them and got me back on the road and home in time for dinner. The manager on site and my service technician were fantastic. Explained everything to me in detail, were courteous and timely. This is the only place I will go to for small repairs. Excellent work guys!!!

The manager was very rude to me on a particular visit, I just wrote it off and was expecting a better experience when I came back a few months later. He was just as rude and in fact he didn't want to do the work I needed him to do so he gave me a hard time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Zachary and the WW team offered me the best customer service and support to help me out of a really desperate situation. Work was done really well and they went above and beyond to get me on my way. Could not recommend them highly enough.

I just had the worst experience having my car service in my entire life! I was warned by longterm Petaluma residences not go to Wheel Works, but I had limited choices since I got a flat tire on Labor Day and needed my car working tomorrow. They are upcharged over charge old school operation . I thought that type of service went out in the 80's. I walked out of there and needed a shower for how dirty and unethical they are. Than they told me I needed all this enigine work, when I just had a full high end tune-up a weekago with my trusted mechanic. Try to avoid this business.

Had an afternoon appointment for four new tires. Set it all up on the phone and paid when I showed up. I mentioned I walk around while I waited and asked when it would be done. I was told about an hour. One hour turned into two, then two turned into more. Saw a few technicians walking around smoking cigarettes but not paying much attention to the vehicles on the lifts. This place is not well run. They seem to be about as efficient as a sail without wind.

Takes way too long! We had an appointment at 10:30 and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half to do an alignment. We came in after an hour and still waiting almost 2 hours later. We even asked after about 2 hours if it's almost ready and the man in the front said, he is finishing up... still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. We won't be coming back again. I could understand if we dropped our car off but having an appointment and still waiting this long is ridiculous.

I walked in to this shop to buy a new set of tires for our van. We confirmed with store manager all the work that needed to be done.Staff in the shop clearly didn t have a clear understanding of what needed to be done even though all the work was clearly stated in the papers. I witnessed a tension (argument) between manager and staff in the shop. I told them that l can come in another day to finish rotation and changing spare tire etc. We agreed that l would come in another day at 2:30pm for the work so that l dont have to wait. I dropped the van off at 1pm and told them they can start sooner if they are able to. I came back and waited and waited. It is 3pm and still van is in parking lot. This is not entirely managers fault either. The guys at the back also work hard. I think this is the fault of upper management, understaffed shop which severely affects customer service. A lot of people walk in and have urgent needs, which is the nature of business and really hard to manage since it is never a quick-fix type of work. Manager has all the good intentions and doing his best too. I dont know why this is happening.

So today, 6/19/2020 I had an appointment at 12 pm at 361 E Washington St, Petaluma, CA 94952 location to do my alignment (I have the lifetime alignment), wheel balance and tire replacement. I arrived 20 minutes early to see if maybe they could take me in early. The associate BRIAN who helped me during my whole process said that they would not be able to get to it until 2 maybe even 3pm. I understand they're probably behind for who knows that reason but the problem I encountered was my tire replacement. My front 2 rims have an et offset of 13 and the rear have an et offset of 20. My front tires are balding, so I simply wanted to swap my rear tires onto my front rims, and put new tires on the rear rims. I had mentioned this on the comment section when I made the appointment a week and a half in advanced. The associate BRIAN decided to educate me that they cannot do this because of a breaking a bead policy with Bridgestone? I've never heard of such a thing. They're a tire shop, how hard would it be to take tires off and back on if I'm paying for the service and don't have a problem with how much it would be. He insisted I had the wrong size tire for my rim and I currently do, but the new ones I had brought are the correct size and was hoping this would've been a much better experience. I've came to wheel works plenty of times for tire replacement and never had an issue until now. I know have to go out of my way to see who can do this for me with my wheels bald.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On our way camping we had a valve stem start to leak. My husband went in to see if they could help is and replace it. He waited a long time for anyone to even ask how they could help, then they told us no they couldn't change it and walked off. They didn't even try to assist us in trying to find a place that would. They just walked off. Very rude and poor customer service! I would stay clear away from them!!!
