This place is a scam. I called to book just oil change appointment and the lady gave me a quote of $90 for synthetic oil. I agree with the price. When I came for the appointment, the guy said my total would be $81. I ask is it synthetic oil and the guy said yes. I came back 2 hrs later, he said my total would be $115. His reason is the oil that they use is synthetic and no next to change for the next 10,000 miles. I always change my oil every 5,000 miles with synthetic oil as preventative. However the problem is everyone can give any range of price that they like. They have no standards price for any services.

Very bad dealership service station. Stay away.Wait times were more than 3 hrs for appointment service so I asked for a shuttle to Santa Rosa for an appointment due to this delay.I was denied and told to take an Uber or rent a car. Very bad customer service. Will try to never conduct business here again.

Just spent two hours and drove 25 miles round trip this morning to be told that I need a new tire. But this place doesn't carry tires in stock for Toyotas, so I'll have to make another appointment and come back another day and spend more time and gas to get that bad tire replaced when the tire is in stock. So disrespectful of their loyal customer's time.

Purchased a pre-owned 2016 Toyota Rav4 here in May 2019 and have had excellent experience with the car. Have received two email notifications about upcoming maintenance checkups since then and I scheduled appointments easily within two days of the notice and both visits were completed within 90 minutes of my arrival at their service department. Spacious waiting areas with coffee and selection of snacks available. Wherever you decide to wait they will find you when your car is ready. Quick & Easy.
