First off, my experience here was amazing. I contacted the dealership by email. They answered all my questions before I had to go out to them. When the time came my car was acting up and I had no ride, they sent someone for me. The process was easy and fast. Everything was explained clearly. I left there with my new gas saving vehicle. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The guys there cleaned my car and filled the tank before I left on their own accord, which I was grateful for. Josh was the last person I spoke with there and he made the buying process a wonderful experience. No pressure and clear information. I love my car. Thank you Hyundai of Petaluma.

Always great service here! I brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata here today for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisors Nick and Bryan got me in and out in less than an hour and a half (with a wash and vacuum). I got a chance to chat with Benjamin Marshall, the sales manager, great guy, he helped me lease my car 2 years ago. And Maria and Kim at the front desk, were great too, helping me with the coffee as well as the exit paperwork! Thank you!

While looking for a replacement for our high mileage hybrid, we visited several dealerships in Marin and Sonoma. When we arrived at Hyundai of Petaluma we instantly liked our salesman, Nathan. He is fun, friendly, with a good sense of humor overall and really helped us with deciding. We were loaned a car for the night and after checking out some reviews we came back the following day and upgraded because we fell in love with the quality and options (for the money) that we were offered at this dealership. The process was pretty painless, the financing person was great and really understood our needs and it was an overall amazing experience. We will definitely go back again.

This was my second visit for service on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring, and it was as pleasant as the first. The staff seem very professional and focused on doing a good job. Work was performed quickly, and all of my questions were answered, while I waited in their comfortable, quiet and clean waiting area.I don't think anyone looks forward to spending time and money, having factory required service done on their car, but the folks at Petaluma Hyundai make the experience as good as is possible.

Best dealership experience I've ever had. We have bought a plethora of cars over the years, but nothing has compared to the friendly and small- dealership / family feel that we received from Reggie Jackson and Josh Switzer of Hyundai Petaluma. It was incredibly apparent the main interest of both these employees was getting us the best deal and ensuring we leave the lot completely satisfied. Would recommend to any friends or family to work with them. Love my new SUV!

The guys at Hyundai Petaluma are super sweet and extremely helpful! I brought my car in for a standard maintenance check last Friday (6/29/18) and they were so accommodating to me when I needed to find a place to do work while waiting. They had me sit at a large vacant desk for the hour and a half, and offered coffee and tea. I then met their dealership puppy!! My car was not only serviced properly, they also washed and cleaned the inside! Overall, great experience at Hyundai Petaluma.

Our process started with Nick a couple of weeks ago when he helped us to look at cars and encouraged us to test drive, but really did not push us into buying that day because he knew that we were not ready and did not have the time. Josh (general manager) was extremely helpful when I called the night before we came in to purchase with answering questions about pricing, and even sending over a quote even though it was very close to closing time. Steven was excellent to work with when we actually purchased the car and walked us through each step in great detail. Overall a great experience with everyone we worked with.

I highly recommend this dealership! I had a great experience with everyone who helped me. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took great care to make me feel comfortable. I never felt any pressure to go above my budget or purchase a car I didn't absolutely love.Hopefully their service center is as customer oriented as their sales department. If so, they've earned a life-long customer. Thanks again!

Just bought my first car here! The car salesmen who helped us were knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, NOT pushy at all. Stephen helped us out on our first day of car shopping and he was so understanding when we said we were JUST starting and not buying that day. He answered all of our questions and did the test drive with us and then sent us on our way without trying to get us inside which, funny enough, is why we went back! Michael helped us get started with the financial process and again, was extremely knowledgeable and put in extra effort when we hit a snag. All in all a great experience!

I had an amazing experience buying at Hyundai of Petaluma! The salesperson, Joey, made shopping an enjoyable experience. I was shocked at how they were willing to go the extra mile (literally) to make the sale by agreeing to deliver my old car to my father over 700 miles away! I have no complaints about my experience

Good service at a fair price. Mike, the service manager, got me the part I needed at a price I could afford.November 11th 2018I upgraded my 2011 Hyundai to a 2018. Veterans Day is a great day to buy a new car! I saved over 6K on a 2018 Hyundai Sonata 2.0Turbo. The process was very smooth. No high pressured sales tactics since there is a group of good and knowable sales representatives working there.

I knew exactly what car I wanted, so much of the transaction was done over the phone. Josh, the Sales Manager, located the car at another dealership. He said he would have the paperwork all ready for me to sign the next morning.Josh was there when I arrived, and as promised it took less than 30 minutes to complete. It was all as we agreed to over the phone. It could not have been easier!The sales associate Ben, walked me through all the "amazing features" of the car during our test drive and helped me sync up both my work and personal cell phones!The total experience from start to finish was easy and enjoyable! This is my 3rd Hyundai, and by far, the best experience I've had with the whole process!I highly recommend the Hyundai Sonata, as well as, the Hyundai of Petaluma Dealership, Josh and his staff!!

I had an excellent experience with Mike White with the car I purchased. The process was quick and painless, and I am a happy customer. Once in the financing office, although I do not feel I was being mislead, the extended warranty pricing could have been stated clearer. In regards to that, the questions I had were answered clearly. Thank you.

They were amazing! This was my first experience buying a new car and Ben and his manager (I think his name was josh) made me feel comfortable and really had my best interest at heart. They did not make me feel pressured or intimidated. Truly an amazing experience and can not recommend this dealership enough!

Just would like to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Hyundai of Petaluma! I am confident is submitting a 5 Star review for my recent purchase experience. I am a first time car buyer and they made the experience very easy and smooth. I had been to other dealership prior and wasn t treated seriously. The first time I contacted them I spoke with Benjamin Marshall. He was a very professional and genuine in assisting me with the inquiry. I had very specific requirement and he made it happen. That day the team was very friendly and patient through the whole process. Not only was I able to go home with a new Hyundai Sonota Hybrid but also that the process is not as scary as preconceived.

Daniella, Josh, Ben and the Finance Gentleman were stellar in their performance. From the moment I spoke to Daniella then Nick it was like a I was a family member they couldn t wait to see. Greeted at the door by Daniella then the General Manager, Josh, I was informed immediately that I was approved for a car before I got there!I had the Best experience ever at this car dealership. I give a standing ovation for their professionalism, their empathy to my cancer and the need to get into a reliable vehicle that would get me to my upcoming chemo treatments, and the family atmosphere their at the dealership. I enjoyed kona the dealership dog who shared a beverage with me and then graciously picked up my cup when I was done and took it away! I would highly recommend this dealership because they go far above and beyond the requirements to get you what you want and to be sure it s a car and terms that fit for you and you walk out feeling like you have won the lottery here. Excellent service and a down home family type place. Thank you all. I ll definitely be back and will make this my one and only dealership in the future!

Wow! I Was totally impressed and, happily surprised by my visit with the evening sales crew at Hyundai of Petaluma. For being a first time car buyer, with far from perfect credit, I am totally still in awe at the experience I had with these folks! With the good old fashioned, light hearted manner in which I was treated, and the cheerful, laid back, no pressue attitudes I received by this group, I was nothing less than comfortable, and almost a family-like cozy type feeling. From start to finish. Between Daniella, Mike, and Ken, they made sure I was to leave there as a happy, and confident 1st time buyer, that would be driving away in my new car that same evening. They did everything possible to make my dream a reality. They worked with me, and they made what could have been a very intimidating, confusing, and unpleasant experience, into one of the most welcome and enjoyable experiences I have had. The professionalism, determination, and the teamwork was nothing short of excellent! A big, huge Thank You to, Daniella, Mike, and Ken! If your first choice of dealership isn t Hyundai of Petaluma, guarantee you won t be taken care of the way you deserve! Josh took care of me from start to finish and advocated for me the entire time. He was honest about my needs and about the differences in vehicles I was considering. He made sure I got the best deal and best rate possible. Having just bought our first Hyundai, we used the Petaluma service shop for the first time. Everyone was super nice and made the experience very easy -- shipping the needed part over-night, and repairing it by the next day at noon. I was given a rental free of charge, and getting and returning the car was a breeze.

First off, I d like to say thank you to Mr. Reggie Jackson for welcoming my family and I to the Hyundai family! Mr. Jackson was the most helpful and honest associate. We were able to work together on my purchase and I left very happy and satisfied. The rest of the staff/crew were open to answering my questions and assisting me during my time there. I recommend contacting Mr. Reggie Jackson if you are looking into purchasing a car. Him and the staff were all amazing!

I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Steven, and I cannot express how knowledgable and helpful he was. He made the buying experience fun and stress-free. He knew the answer to every question I asked regarding the car while we were test driving. And his demeanor was friendly and positive. In fact, everyone I encountered at this dealership treated me with utmost respect and they were genuinely engaging and made me feel very valued. Never once did a question of mine go answered. If they didn't know it, they immediately went and got the answer and came back to me to discuss.This was my first time purchasing a new car and the experience I've had with the staff here made me excited to own a Hyundai. I look forward to servicing my car here for years to come. If I ever need to purchase another new vehicle, I know where I'm going first!

I bought my first car here a couple years ago and the sales team was so transparent and helpful, explaining the process every step of the way! Since then, they finally opened their own service department on site which is phenomenal! Nick is without a doubt the best service manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I always know my car is in good hands and it is always kept in tip-top shape by the team there.

I actually had an enjoyable experience purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata.Michael White was personable and patient with my questions and time to decide - no pressure that one seems to expect. I felt confident driving away with instructions/overview of the vehicle.Joss Switzer sat down with me regarding the financing and was also patient with explanations so that I could understand all of the pages I had to sign and it was all done in a timely manner. Also personable.Both followed up with any additional information I needed.I would certainly recommend Hyundai Petaluma for excellent service.

I bought a car here and it was not a very good experience. The salesman was rude and impatient with us when we were trying to get a better interest rate, he was visibly annoyed with us and honestly it just was not very good customer service.The service department is pretty good though, they have always been nice and they fix your car in a timely manner, sometimes they might take a long time to pick you up in the shuttle if your car is being worked on, but at least they pick you up.

I recently purchased my 2016 Chrysler 300C and was assisted by Josh and Nick! They were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process! They had the I was looking for and I totally satisfied that I purchased my new car from Hyundai of Petaluma!!! If you are looking to purchase do not hesitate! Ask for Nick or Josh! You won't be disappointed!!

This is a partial review until we pick up our car next week. They were very nice and helpful. Generally a very good experience. Sales person was great, very casual and personable. It took longer than expected and we were there over 4 hours to complete the purchase, so a heads up at the outset to let us know there was only one person to complete the transaction would have been helpful. Bought a Kona EV, which is hard for them to get. Upside is they were great about explaining the process when I called and when I got there. Downside is they had a dealer upcharge of $3000 that they didn't tell us about until we asked why the price was higher than Hyundai advertises. However, this is common with this vehicle, which is in high demand, and they charged less than the other dealers in the area. The transaction is not complete until we pick it up next week, so I'll try to update the review when we get the car.

So far excellent customer service with respect to purchasing the vehicle. They worked with me via telephone, and actually deliver the car to my job the very next day. I live quite a distance from the dealership so this was immensely helpful. The financing couldn't have been easier and so far the car has been working in excellent condition.

This dealership made the whole process of buying a car effortless and pleasant. Benjamin helped me select and line up the right car. The negotiation was fast and easy, I was able to trade in my older vehicle (also a Huyndai) and got a very decent amount for it. Ken, the financial manager, was full of charm and took me through the paperwork process fast and thoroughly. He even had a futuristic table top touch screen so that I could sign my contract with a stylus! All in all, a top notch dealership with a friendly and transparent approach to customer service.
