Needed body work and Shotwell was amazing! They were fast and efficient compared to my insurance. They had a deal with a rental company and even returned the rental for me. They also finished 2 days before the assumed date and washed and detailed my car! Lisa and Charlene were so great. Eveyone at Shotwells is wonderful!!! Very helpful and caring. They got everything from the insurance company to the rental agency worked out. They took excellent care of my car and I. My car looks brand new!!! They did a fabulous job of cleaning /the inside and outside of my car!!!

Shotwells auto body is the absolute best. If I could give them a thousand stars I would. They went above and beyond. My truck looks new again. And their service and ability to take the stress away is top notch. It s been along time since I ve received this type of service. I will be recommending them to anyone I know. Best repairs possible, quick experience service, and the best staff in Sonoma or Marin county combined. If you need your car worked on this is the place you want to go no corners cut top end replacement parts and friendly customer service shotwells can't be beat

Great customer service, I'm from Los Angeles and moving out of the bay area...needed a hitch installed,when no one else wanted to help me, Shotwell's body shop rose to the occasion. They were honest and fair. Please give this company more of your business.

Debbie and Charlene are amazing. Kurt is a wizard, I'm fairly convinced. I have seen a vehicle go from t-boned to perfect after coming here. I really can't say enough good things. Best body shop, hands down.

Thank youCharlene WestShop Manager at shotwell auto body you made us feel comfortable and wanted even though we only needed a used headlight for our aging car on our way from canada to baja mexico . You found one for us promptly and where not ticked off cause we installed it ourselves.I went to 3 other shops before i found you and none would give us the time of day once they realized it was a small item even though it was a safety issue .Thanks again .
