The gal that runs this place knows her stuff. She's got decent pricing for both services and products. She's a straight shooter, no nonsense business person who cuts to the chase and doesn't waste your time. The facility does other services besides just tires.

Friendly, honest business with skilled technicians. I took my vehicle in for alignment and wheel grinding/rubbing noise. The technician took car for test-drive with me and found and repaired the issue and aligned the car to specs. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I called in a panic. Needing to leave in 45 min to take a truck full of kids to summer camp. They fixed the flat and got me back on the road in 30 min! So blessed to live in a town with good people and honest businesses!

They've been great in the past but this last time I was there The lady in the front quoted me a price and then complained to me a good 5 or 6 times while I was there waiting that I was responsible for taking her employees away from other jobs to work on mine. Needless to say there are other tire shops in town that I will go to first before ever going back to them

I needed a couple tires, called them, she said she wasn't sure if she had any in stock, took my number and said she would call back. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back, they had the tires i needed and could get them on, mounted and balanced and out the door for a great price! Service was fast and friendly. There is a place to wait that is neat and clean, with great selection of magazines. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

So a week before graduation my son decides he wants to drive his been off-the-road-for-15--years car to his graduation. I worked on it as much as I could but definitely needed new tread. With half an hour to close, I got all 4 wheels off and rushed then to the tire source. Thinking maybe late morning of the next day I could pick them up. Nope!! It was probably a 20 minute wait and we were on our way. Decent prices, excellent service, and a happy graduate!!!

Blew a tire on our trailer on our way to camping, they took us in right away, had all 4 tires, friendly service and very quickly ch aged out our tires. Plenty of room for trailers in the parking lot also. Thank you!!

Diane and her crew always give me great service and advice. She has been keeping my cars running and safe on the road for years. Straight forward talk, good prices, no surprise bills or charges. I have always been treated courteously and given honest service. I highly reccomend them to everyone!

Diane and her team do amazing work. They have a great personality and willing to help you with all your tire needs. I ran over some screws and had two flat tires the helped me get back on the road in minutes. Super friendly and great prices!! WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE AFTER SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

We are from out of town and were having trouble with air pressure. We brought our car here to have it checked out, and the service was quick while we waited, and the people were very kind and generous. They went above and beyond to make sure the tires were road ready. Would definitely recommend!

Diane and her crew are convenient and trustworthy. My girlfriend and I have an RV that was having air-conditioning problems. Right before we left on our trip we caught that problem and Diane took us the same day. They are experienced old school mechanics with a great streak of customer service. Thanks tire source you rock

Excellent service couldn t ask for better customer service, price, or efficiency. Owner has the shop running like a fine tuned machine , and COVID aware. Have used them many times , but really needed a fast repair and found my tires were in bad shape had a new set on in 45 minutes and a great price . Owner threw in a free spare , that s just good business.

I got a flat tire on my way home from work. I called them in a panic because it was near closing time on a Friday. They told me to come in and they would fix it. The tire was ruined plus another tire was bald. They gave me options to buy new or used and were upfront about the pricing. 60 per tire used, 110 per tire new, prices included balancing. I chose 2 used tires (they said I'd get about 15,000 miles out of them). From the time i called until the time i was back home was about 40 minutes. They were so fast and cheap!The lady at the counter was fair and honest and knowledgeable.This will definitely be my go to for tires. I reccomend this place to everyone.

The woman working was friendly, the waiting room was clean and comfortable, and my tire was repaired quickly and inexpensively. I absolutely recommend them.

I went in just to get 2 new tires put on, which they got me in right away. After I left, i noticed they had fixed my passenger side mirror! They didn't have to do that, but that's how much they actually care. This is the reason why I keep coming back to them, and have been for over 10 years! They are truly the best!!

I have been a customer of tire source on and off for 20 years and even as recently as last year I felt like was treated with respect and know that I always get a fair price. And they take the time to explain repairs, not just Diane, but the mechanics really work with you to get your car on the road and running like it should. as far as Tires they do offer used and i have never had problems with price or quality of those when I have needed them and they do a great job of finding the right tire for your care when you are buying new.All in All these guys are great.

The owner went considerably out of her way to research an unusual antique tire interchange for me . I was only buying used tires, so she didn't make much on the deal, but was very efficient and gracious.I will be driving 45 minutes to use Petaluma Tire Source on occasion, as I think it is important to support good small businesses that under under a complete onslaught from giant online shop competitors.Hang in there, Diane. And Thanks. As Jack once said, "I'll be back!"

Always helpful and so quick. My tires were changed before I knew it. I feel like they always charge a fair price for the service. Been going to them for years will continue to go to them and to recommend them as well.

EDIT: 6/5/2020 I went to have some new tires put on today, and two studs on one wheel would not thread back into the hole in the hub after removal. Once I explained what happened to the tire shop they confirmed that it was likely due to them being HIGHLY over torqued. They had to replace both lugs and chase the threads in the hub with a tap to get the wheel back on. Very disappointed in this place.Original review I ll start by saying they were a big help, in that I came in last minute, and was asking for a lot and they accommodated me for sure.I got a flat yesterday, and had no choice but to drive to a gas station to fill up my tire which ruined it. Not their fault. I brought 4 tires with me to replace the ones on the car if needed. They turned out to be bad. Again not their fault. Don t blame them for any of that, at all. They gave me a good deal on some used mismatched tires and got them mounted in short order.Awesome. No complaints there either. Their staff was helpful and polite. No complaints there.All of that being said, I m severely disappointed to have had my wheels torqued down by WELL over 40% more than factory specifications (140ftlbs plus vs 100ftlbs per oem spec). They didn t even use a torque wrench. Just the good ol snap-on air gun 3-4 uga-uga s. THIS IS HOW YOU BREAK WHEEL STUDS, strip hubs, seize lug nuts ect.When I questioned the lady behind the counter I was told that hand torquing is by request only. She seemed very focused on doing things by the book, so it s extremely surprising that such a common standard SAFETY practice is so egregiously overlooked. Even Walmart does this as standard practice.If you go to this tire shop MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST HAND TORQUING.

Tire pressure light came on today. Within five minutes Petaluma Tire source had checked my tires, filled them up, and I was on my way @ no charge. Yay! Wish I could find an honest tire shop like this back home. Thanks you guys for awesome service

Of all the businesses in Petaluma I have dealt with, NONE HAS A BETTER RECORD THAN TIRE SOURCE!! I "shouted" that because it is the truth. I met Tom & Diane in 1980 when we moved here, and have had every vehicle we have owned worked on by them. I miss Tom, but I'm so glad that Dianne is still doing what they have always done: keeping our cars, trucks, tractors and trailers safe for tires, brakes and front end work.
