Great experience with Paul & crew. They took great care of me and my bike. Asked them to fix my fork oil seal and they went above and beyond and diagnosed other issues with my bike after fixing the seal. They got my bike ready to go for my dmv skills test and helped me pass. Best repair shop I ve been to yet, I will be back!

This place is a joke beware seriously! I took my 86 250 in to get it up and running again was quoted 750 to clean the carbs and replace a front tire. The bike is probably worth $1,100 at best so I told him I couldn't do it, but thank you for taking the time. I went to pick the bike up expecting 80 possibly $100 for a diagnostic. Then was told I needed to pay $160 for a disassembled carb and my bike back. This is literally the epitome of what give mechanics a shotty name. Taking full advantage of a situation. The real bugger of this entire situation is I can't stand the "i'm going to leave a bad review" type, but this is really that bad. So thanks for that Paul.

P&M Motorcycles is hands down the best in the North Bay. Paul and Steve are great. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lived in Petaluma for almost 5years and any work I cant do myself, I will only let them touch. Always accommodating! I was on a road trip from Indiana and my CBR900RR developed charging problems that left me stranded. All the shops I called refused to even look at my bike because it was over 10 years old. I happened to call P&M and they were booked up with work but I explained my situation and they told me to get it to them and they would try and get me in. I got the bike towed there and an hour and a half and a cup of coffee later I was on the road again with the problem fixed. I wish these guys were closer to me as trying to find a good, honest, helpful bike repair shop is harder than finding a good family doctor.

Great shop! They helped me get out of a jam to get some tires mounted before a race day. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Went with these guys for a tune up. They were so kind, helpful, and fair. Definitely went above and beyond. Even helped me with a few questions over the phone about another mechanical issue I was dealing with months later.

Every time I need my bike serviced, I stop in, and Paul recounts not only the things *I ve* had done, but tells stories about the previous owner as well. From memory. I wouldn t be surprised if he remembers every bike that comes through his shop. This is the level of attention you can expect. The shop? You could eat off the floor it s so clean and tidy. Need I say more?

I can t praise them enough!!! I had a family reunion coming up and the mechanic I had dropped the 3 bikes to had health issues and never repaired them.I knew how disappointed my 20 grandkids would be without the bikes to ride at the reunion. Paul in one week saved me by fixing the bikes better and safer then they had been in years. He is a hero to my family!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Fast, friendly, competent service. My very first contact was excellent and it got better from there. I called, but the phone rang 7 or 8 times and no one answered. I hung up thinking, "Odd. I think they're open. Oh well." 10 seconds later, Paul called me, using my caller ID. He identified himself, apologized for missing my call and asked how he could help me.I brought my motorcycle wheels, and tires I bought online to him at 3:30 on a Friday and they were all mounted and balanced by 9:30 Saturday morning.The labor charge was surprisingly low. I tried to tip him, but he refused and asked that next time I buy tires, I give him a chance to offer a competitive quote. I will do that. Based on the overall experience, I have confidence that it will be a low price and that he can order whatever I need without any hassles.P&M does other repairs and maintenance too, in a spotlessly clean and efficient workshop.Highly recommended!

Great service here! These guys are super knowledgeable, and very honest I originally thought I had a very expensive problem, which turned out to be some thing completely different. I will definitely be coming back for everything I need.

They fully restored a 92 gsx1100f for me. Told me and showed me what they found diagnosed and did. They do quality work and are consistent at it.

I have been having my bike serviced at P&M for the last 4 years. I have found that Paul and Steve go the extra mile to make sure my bike is in working order. The relationship stated with a rear flat tire. I called, he ordered the tire and I was on the road the next day. Since then, I have returned for all my major services, repairs and tires. I have recommended him to all my riding friends and acquaintances.

Hands down, best shop in the North Bay. This is the quintessential local motorcycle shop. Paul and Steve are quality "gentlemen" and they offer the most knowledge and friendly experience I've ever seen at a bike shop. This shop is ran by true aficionados. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work from master mechanics. I've been bringing my motorcycles here for 3+ years and the only complaint I have is that I can't give these guys enough Ale to bring my hourly rates down. Oh well, maybe you'll have better luck than me!

Absolutely awesome experience here. Got my bike there first thing in the morning, and had new tires mounted and balanced, chain tension adjusted, and he even found a missing bolt and replaced it in only an hour and a half. Great guys here and really fair priced - he actually ended up charging me less than initially quoted.

Had to replace my front tire and able to get the tire and do the service within 24 hrs. Then added an oil change with no worries. A few days later, the back tire got some glass in it and went flat. Again tire and service within 24 hrs. No joke the best repair and service shop in North Bay or San Francisco. Highly recommend. Will be my repair and service shop.

I found p&m out of necessity. After seeing a few other mechanics I came here. I've always gotten my bike back in a timely matter with great quality work. On top of that Paul is a top notch guy. I will always bring my bike here.

From simple tire changes, to purchasing and installing new rotors, both Paul and Steve are a class act! Recently moved to Petaluma and they have been the best find out here next to all the beautiful twisties! Thanks for being great honest motorcycle mechanics!

Bought a motorcycle as a lien sale from Paul. Very thorough, very helpful, easy to get in touch with, seems to have good integrity. He has said it was always his dream to own a motorcycle shop. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. Good experience buying from him.

These guys are the best. My son has a used Honda 650 XR and they looked it over and made sure everything works and is safe for his first bike. They spent time with him on how to treat his bike

Throughout this pandemic, one of the only things fun to look forward to when I was off work was my Honda 450 Paul and his crew got my bike dialed, and back to being ride ready from valves, to fork seals, and most recently, transmission seals. We re lucky to have them here in Sonoma county, straight shooters, and great prices for anything moto.

About two weeks ago I was looking for a respectable and reasonable local Petaluma motorcycle repair shop and I was used to traveling to Vallejo to have all my service and repair work done. My 7 year old son's Yama TTR50 dirtbike was having fuel system issues and I needed a diagnosis and solution but did not want to keep driving so far to get it done this time. After reading the reviews online for P&M I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Paul and after 5 minutes of speaking to him I knew I made the right phone call. Paul told me to bring the bike right over. It was late Friday morning so I expected the bike back sometime late the next week. I arrived at P&M with my son and saw that there was already a large number of motorcycles in the service line. Paul was professional and extremely cordial. We shook hands and he greeted my son. About the bike, Paul said confidently "I know exactly what to do." At about 4pm the same day Paul called me and said that the bike was ready to he picked up. He told me that after he saw the look on my son's face when we were leaving his beloved TTR with him, he had to get it back to me as soon as possible to get my son back out and riding. I was blown away by this. When I got the service bill I was even more blown away by the reasonableness of the price. P&M had just made a customer for life. I also have a Yamaha dirtbike and P&M is my new go to shop for both my and my son's dirtbikes. Thank you P&M and especially thank you Paul!Clay B.Petaluma, CA
