Best experience I've had at any "Oil Changer Place", to include other Oil Stops. Everyone was very professional, the service was quick, but detailed. The Manager was very patient and helpful in explaining my receipt when I had questions about the changes. Overall, I felt comfortable enough to make this location my GoTo whenever I need a quick Oil change.

This is the friendliest cleanest and fastest oil change business is the north bay!! The mechanics are always so prompt and pleasant always offering me a cool drink and the wifi password. I really appreciate that they show me the condition of my engine fluids so I can decide if it s time for that service as well. They check wiper blades and tire pressure as well. Nothing is left out! The icing on the cake?? $20 coupon x 2!

I love Oil Stop! The staff is very efficient, friendly and personable. They are very thorough and get the job done amazingly quickly. I really like stopping there as they are not pushy, but they do advise regarding needed services. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I have been having my oil changed by these fine folks since 2015 and I have not had one bad experience. They work fast and efficiently, are professional and polite throughout the entire process while also keeping me updated on unrelated fluid levels and recommendations. I cannot recommend them enough.

I take all my cars to this location. I don t live in Petaluma but I still think it s worth the 20 minute drive to get to this location. The guys there are always friendly. Plus, you get a free car wash (down the street) for every oil change.

This guys are awesome Dakota Chris and Byron were my team and they were awesome!!! At first they weren't sure if they had my filter and if they don't have your filter corporate won't let them do the oil change. But these young men still offered to top off my fluids free of charge. To ensure I was satisfied . Although they did end up having the right filter and we're able to complete my oil change the fact that they were willing to go above and beyond to ensure a smile on my face meant a great deal to me. It's rare these days to run across that kind of dedication to customer satisfaction. To their boss I hope you appreciate the level of pride and dedication they bring to your business they all deserve a raise or some form of recognition for their attention to detail and I really hope they get itThanks guys!

Went in for oil change and transmission service no more than 45 minutes. Happy and friendly workers also kept checking in on my while I waited and offered water while the service happened they notified me of any thing they looked at and topped off wiper fluid and tires with air great service.
