I wanted a particular car if possible color. I called them and Ace answered. Also had a possible trade in. The car I wanted was not there, but Ace made sure it was by the time we got there. He has me send pix and info on the trade in so they could start looking it up. Did a test drive and continued with the purchase They gave a fair price for the trade in, and Ace made sure the contract was correct as I wanted it per options. When I wanted to check out other cars, "just in case..." he was "on it" and walked all over with me. NO pushing. NO attempts to switch or otherwise influence. He explained all aspects of the purchase and made sure I went over the car and could safely drive it and all was in working order.When he said he was going to call back he did. On time. Every time. The finance guy was friendly as well, positive and had all the papers laid out, described each one and we got it done. I didn't want an extended warranty and they did NOT argue or pressure at all. Accepted my decision and moved on pleasantly.

Went in looking at the Nissan Kicks. The sales liaison Leroy Green approached and was very helpful. Told him I seen a Scarlett Red one online. He went and grabbed it saying "Let's take her for a spin." I was in the still looking mood but did take out a Grey one (had better interior and more welcoming dealer tags.) However just didn't feel right. Been driving a 2008 Nissan Sentra so took a look at the 2024 Electric blue one and fell in love. The SR trim is beautiful and this vehicle was just to comfortable and my style. I took my time this day and Leroy was right there for me he's an awesome guy to just sit and chat with and I hope to see him around sometime.

I showed up for a tire rotation and also knew I had a recall notice from a few weeks ago. They thought they might have to order the recall part, but it turns out that they had it and were able to complete the recall and tire rotation all with in about an hour of my arriving. I was very pleasantly surprised that it all was completed. The car seems to have quicker acceleration and I am very pleased. Thanks to everyone! Great Job!

I had the most relaxed & no hassle experience!!! Erika C was top notch! She knew from the get go what I needed,handled all my paperwork & questions with ease! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience & felt that this team of wonderful people really did have my best interests at heart. I did not feel anxious at all! about understanding my contract & all the technicalities that come with buying a brand new car!! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is ready to trade in or make a buy! Also shout out to Jose as well for making the paper work bearable! Thank you so so much!!! YOU GUYS ALL ROCK!!!

Such a great team. I had the opportunity to work with Corey the Manager down there. He was super helpful on helping me get a truck. I also got the privilege to work with Juan the salesperson and Jose in Finance! All three of these guys were amazing! If you need some new wheels this should be your first stop!

Adrian went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience a positive one. We went back and forth for several days about a Mazda CX-5 that was on their partner dealership s lot, and Adrian was extremely responsive, honest, friendly, and professional throughout. He went out of his way to keep the car within my budget and was patient with my many questions, concerns, and requests. He even picked up the car from South SF himself, free of charge. I never felt pressured into anything and appreciated how open and transparent he was. After a few bad dealership experiences, North Bay Nissan made the buying process feel far less overwhelming and I couldn t be happier with my car! Finance Manager Jos� was awesome as well. Made the paperwork process fast and easy. Highly recommend North Bay Nissan. Ask for Adrian!

Customer service was excellent. I was early on my appointment. But they still fit me in and got me out within the hour. Extremely fast. I will not go anywhere else but Northbay Nissan. This company is really bad they sell you a used car have you sign a form that it was never used as a rental car but I find paperwork in the glove box after buying it that was rental car paperwork. Also they charged me $660 to reg the truck but when i go my reg in the mail they only paid DMV $50 to just change the name of the owners. That to me is shadey exspeailly when they no that if Reg renewal is not less than 60 days you only pay for the name change of $50 not $660.

My recent experience at North Bay Nissan was only the second time that I have brought my Nissan Murano in for the 5,000 mile servicing. The man in the service department whom I dealt with was Eric, and he was very professional, very friendly, and very willing to answer all of my questions. Even though I live in San Rafael, I would have no problem driving up to North Bay Nissan not only for the 5,000 mile servicing but for any problems that I might have with the car in the future.

I dropped my car off for maintenance at my scheduled time. My service advisor, Salvador greeted me nearly immediately, which was refreshing. We discussed service needs which he clearly repeated. I received a text and phone call when my car was ready. Great communication. He let me know the team was going to wash the car & it would be ready in 20 minutes. This gave me time to finish my dog walk and make my way back.The actual service completed was explained thoroughly, as well as description of what the future needs for service should be, i.e. tires and engine filter. He went through the inspection form which I appreciated. Some other places might not have taken that extra step & just sent you on your way after collecting payment. I will continue to make the effort to have my Rogue serviced at North Bay Nissan, which is a bit out of my way, This kind of attention to customer needs and professionalism, as well as consistent excellent service with maintenance and repair by the mechanics is appreciated and will bring me back.

I bought my 2016 340xi from Christy Cook....all remotely from Las Vegas! I didnt even see the car in person. it arrived on transport perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and very efficient. Would rate her 5 out of 5 stars from start to finish. Ask for her when you call in : )

Needed a recall done. Was also having an issue w/tire pressure warning system. All taken care of in time allotted - while I got a ride to a nearby meeting. Plus car got washed and vacuumed. Very happy. Service representative - Juan Padilla - is a great source of information about best way to care for/take advantage of my 2023 Leaf (which I am really enjoying)

I would like to thank Thomas, Tommy & Chris for working with me to replace my 2010 F150. At first I looked at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, I wasn t sure if it was big enough for us compared to the F150, so Thomas suggested we take it home overnight and see if it fits our lifestyle. He said you should see if it will work out for you and your wife.After the overnight test drive we realized it was a bit too small for our needs so I took the Gladiator back and asked him to look for a RAM Crew Cab (similar to F150). He was able to locate one at another of their dealerships in Vacaville. Chris went to Vacaville and grabbed it the same day. Tommy, Thomas and I quickly came to a screaming deal and I had my new RAM REBEL Crew Cab.This is my third time working with Thomas and NB Nissan in the last 5 years and they have always made it painless.Thanks guys!

This review is for a purchase/trade-in earlier this summer that Adrian did for me. He was extremely accommodating, understanding and as speedy as possible for me as we all dread the time it takes to purchase a car at the dealership. I initially was not looking to get a new truck, I was following up on an offering to buy my vehicle which I was skeptical about but Adrian and his team essentially made me an offer I couldn't refuse..I was able to trade in my diesel Pro-4X for an F150 which better suits my truck/work needs at this time. He was extremely kind and really worked with me to provide a trade in that felt like a trade UP! Thank you to Adrian and the team for the hard work finding my new truck and having the turnaround time be as quick as it was!

Service Advisor Juan Padilla advised me that my brakes would need another visit in order to get them to perform better than the way they worked since I owned the vehicle. Although a recent brake fluid change was done properly, Juan went out of his way to improve the performance of my brakes beyond my expectations following a second visit. My experience with most Service Advisors would have ended with the brake fluid change. Juan's accountability and genuine concern for a job well done shows that professionalism still exists in the car industry. You just need to know where to find it.

Had several issues on an older car. I explained that I wasn't going to spend a lot of money for repairs. Angel was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing those issues. I still spent a little more than I wanted to, but if all the issues (especially the leak) are fixed then it might have been worth the cost.

I was impressed by the level of care and service that I received with my experience at North Bay Nissan. Andrew in sales was very helpful and friendly and was able to help me get the exact vehicle I was looking for the same day. Jose was also very resourceful and pleasant to deal with in the financing department. I appreciate how much consideration and respect was shown and that my business felt appreciated. The staff seems to really understand and demonstrate the importance of valuing people and not just trying to make a sale. Overall it was a very positive and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations for purchasing a vehicle. I would not hesitate to return or refer my friends and family.

I heard a squealing noise in the rear end area of my 2019 Rogue. It has 20k miles on it. I brought it new from North Bay just prior to Covid. Thus, the lack of mileage. I live in Santa Rosa now but when I had car analyzed at my repair shop in Santa Rosa, they suggested I take it back to dealer. I have a long history with North Bay as I purchased a 2007 Murano from them and utilized their service department until I bought this 2019 Rogue. I talked with Juan Padilla and he arranged a rental and I delivered the car. After 3 days the repairs were complete. They replaced the transmission, and they replaced a coupler assembly in the rear. All of this work was done on my warranty without any issues/costs for me. Absolutely the BEST Customer Service that anyone could ask for. 5 Star Excellence to North Bay Nissan, Juan Padilla and Nick.
