Nick, the service manager, was great. I called in advance. Explained the work I wanted done. Dropped the car off. They did the worked I asked to do. I had them do a once-over on the car as it's 10yrs old and north of 110,000 miles. They found (and I expected) some other issues. Nick called when he said he was going to. We went over the additional work and they charged a fair price for the amount of work they did, and did it all in the same day. Very pleased. Great experience.

Bought my car here and continue to come back for service on my vehicle. The service department is always friendly and explains to me what is going on with my vehicle.

After the morning oil change, Friday before the 4th of July Holiday and 4 days before major surgery procedure, Husband got to work at 3:30, discovered front passenger light was out. My Quick call to NB-Nissan dealership service dept, NBN Staff secured the part hold for us, I spoke with Eric in Service dept. W/ an already booked Saturday schedule, Eric fit us in early am and we were safe for drive out of County for Hospital stay. Great Customer Service and calm quick action! TY NBN Petaluma

WARNING!!! On top of the cutthroat sales tatics (see first Review) they brake slapped my vehicle. What that means is they put new pads on, but did not resurface the rotors. My brakes were squeaking so loud it was embarrassing to drive TWO WEEKS after I bought the vehicle.

No quer�a comentar nada de esto pero esta compa��a son rateros y venden venden garant�as costosos y t dicen que tienes servicios gratis por un a�o sobre el cambio de aseite eso es una mentira lo puedo comprobar que es una mentira todos muy amables al final te tratan de lo peor ya termine de pagar mi carro y decid� ir a cobrar la garant�a que no utilice y que creen no las kieren regresar pague el carro desde octubre estoy iyendo a pedir ase un mes que todav�a no saben de ti y te siguen regresando sin respuesta despu�s que espere 45 minutos por favor no caigan en este l�o ni compren carro de ah� mal servicio por si no saben de mi mi nombre es Bersain perez Lopez ellos saben de que estoy ablando gracias (don t buy a car from there)
