Purchased a Bolt on exhaust system for our 2020 Explorer and Kelly got us in on a last-minute basis. His pricing was very reasonable and did a great job. I would definitely go back.

You can always depend on Kelly and his employees at muffler works.Even though they are an exhaust shop Kelly s knowledge on cars trucks is extremely vast. He has helped me with Honda/acura ricers, all the way up to 4x4 trucks, and the service is always top notch.

Such a great shop. I had a faulty cat converter and they replaced it asap within an hour, and made sure it was under warranty for me. I called to have it looked at and they made sure they had the parts ready just in case it needed to be replaced, which it did. I ve always heard great things about this spot and I can say it holds true. Fast, honest, professional and accommodating to drop off/pick ups. Highly recommended.Service: Exhaust

WONDERFUL PLACE. VERY HONEST. THEY COULD HAVE EASILY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I AM OLD AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MUFFLERS, ETC AND THEY DIDNT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ONLY COME HERE!

I had been shopping around to 3+ muffler shops for a diagnostic on a P0420(?) code and estimates for a catalytic converter replacement.And this place was by far the nicest, most thorough, and actively tried to find any other underlying issues before giving me the hefty estimate a catalytic converter replacement is anywhere you go. And they were still the most reasonably priced! Would recommend.

Kelly and his crew are awesome! Made me feel at home and replaced the catalytic converter and repaired the hole in the muffler super fast! My car runs like a dream :) thank you Marc and Kelly for being so kind and efficient! You guys rock!

If I can leave no stars I would, I had to go in a total of 4 times. Only wanted a resonator delete and a new muffler put on. The 3rd time I went they said I needed to make an appointment and that they would call me to come in, so I scheduled one and the day of my "appointment" they never called I had to call them and ask if I can still bring it in. They said they'd fit me in. Dropped off my car at noon exactly waited all day and never got a call that it was ready. So I went by to check on it and they never once touched my car in the 8 hours that it was there, it was parked in the same place where I had left it. The manager said that he could fit me in on Saturday morning that he'd give me a call but never did. Heard many positive things about this place but my experience was horrible.

These guys are great! Always willing to help with any of my various projects and takes the time to talk with you and explain the work being done; something not often found in shops these days. Can't say good enough things about the guys at muffler works!

These guys are rock stars. Got me in the same day I called, to check the issue. Was able to fix.the same day and was completed an hour earlier than they said. Work was complete efficient and they are friendly.

The owner looked at my muffler leak, suggested I come back at 8am if I didn't want to wait in line. I showed up at 8 (months later), and they got me out in 45 minutes. I love this place.

Always does a great job! He's done every vehicle I've ever owned with perfection and if I didn't like the sound he would swap out the muffler no questions asked! Best muffler shop in Sonoma county by far!!

Stopped in without an appointment. Recommended a Flowmaster muffler for my new Ram and installed while I waited. Got out of there in about an hour. Top notch super professional and friendly

I was out of my hometown doing a Demolition project across the street. The grapple bucket we were using broke and spilt apart i came in with no appointment and they took the time to fix it up with some welding best part is that they took the little extra time to make sure the old welds were ground down and gave it a clean fresh start pricing was great and the service was even better i highly recommend this muffler shop for any of thier services
