Fist timer. Brought the car for a smog check and ended up renewing the registration and getting my new sticker! I had the best wait time with their pup and the staff was welcoming and amicable. Felt like home. Thank you!

Above and beyond doesn t even begin to describe it. Bernadette at the front is an absolute gem and made my whole experience so easy. I felt so taken care of and kept in the loop about what the plan was and what the pricing would look like. I am blown away. They even sent my toddler son home with some goodies! Everyone in there is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I couldn t be more pleased with the service here at Local Heroes Auto Service. I brought my car in for a smog check. It was completed in no time. Everyone here is very friendly, nice, and professional. I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

Everybody knows that it can be difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic, and dealers are notorious..so I have been taking my truck to LH for repairs. I find them reasonable as far as $ and they deliver.I've recommended them to both of my boys who have also been satisfied

We've brought our cars to LH numerous times over the past 9 years that we've lived in Petaluma, and found them to be efficient, reliable, but, most of all, HONEST. I just brought both vehicles to them for a once over for the last time as we are moving out of state. Please do not hesitate to consider LH as your go-to for service. We will miss them greatly. Thanks Fred and the rest of the crew, for servicing our vehicles.

Another job well done by these Heroes. One of our trucks had an issue with the heater core and Local Heroes quoted us a fair price, completed the service in record time and we ended up paying a little less than quoted because there were items that didn't need to be done after all. Where else can you take your care to such honest people. Hydrex Pest Control takes all of our trucks to Local Heroes. You should too.

I had broke down in Petaluma one afternoon, had my car towed to local heros mechanics there, They replaced my alternator,and out the door I went. Later realizing from piner I'd thought the year prior,I'd replaced the alternator then. Called Melissa from other store, and she was awesome, they had replaced for free, and reimbursed me for new one.Soooo that was very nice.Thanks all...

I can always trust Local Hero s to be highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy with my vehicles. There s never been a time where they haven t been able to maintain and/or repair my cars and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing affordable & highly reliable automotive services.EDIT: Just had another service on 7/19/23 (front end complete brake job, annual service and safety maintenance) and Local Hero s is still the same no nonsense, highly professional business they ve always been. And they are just straight up nice folks.EDIT: My vehicle broke down on the freeway over Labor Day weekend. AAA towed it to Local Hero s and by Tuesday the manager (Sandy) called, set up a plan to diagnose the problem and by Friday morning it was repaired and ready to go. This is why Local Hero s is my go-to for all my auto repair needs. They even had the courtesy to slightly open both windows as it was a hot day so when I got in the car it wasn t uncomfortable. It s the little things that mean the most to me.Thanks to the entire staff of Local Hero s for all the professional, competent and courteous service you provide to keep my car in top condition!!!Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Awesome outcome of the repairs. Joe and his mechanics found some serious problems with my cars brakes and front end steering systems. The repairs they did have given my car new life! I had a unique service code on my car. The team at Local Heroes were honest and straightforward telling me they were unable to assess the issue in a way to be 100% sure how to fix it. They spent several hours trying different things but to no avail. They released it back to me at no charge for their time; the one thing that is most valuable to all of us. That speaks volumes of their honesty and integrity as people and a business.

I really recommend Local Heroes. They took the time and effort to get my old classic car up and running again. This included calls to the manufacturer and multiple runs to another Local Heroes with different equipment. Outstanding! I brought my car in because the air conditioner fan had stopped working. Of course it worked the day I brought it in! But they were so kind and they really tried to find what was wrong with it. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was time to get my car. It s working now but if anything ever goes wrong, I am definitely going back there, they stayed in contact with me and explained everything that they were doing. I would trust them again with my car.Update, I did go back recently when my car was making a scary noise. They were still kind checked everything took very good care of me, alerted me to some safety issues and fixed my car so it doesn t make the scary noise any longer!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

Great place. First time was to check my tires because the tire light turned on while on my way to work. Joe was great. Had the guys check it (done in ten minutes). Loved the service so much that I made an appointment for my smog check for the next day. Again, great service. Explained everything and was very professional. Stellar customer service!! Above and beyond, kind and caring. Bernadett was patient and kind and extra helpful as I tried to deal with an insurance problem. She had me cancel my Uber so that she could take me home, and later she picked me up too. Joe was patient and kind as he explained mechanical issues, and he worked to save me some money on repairs. I highly recommend Local Heroes.
