I ordered 3 duplicate keys at the kiosk on a Saturday. The sizing was really off & none of them fit my lock. I emailed customer service with photos & they not only replied within 10 minutes (on a weekend!), but also refunded me in full. I genuinely appreciate the professional & swift response, but I will probably not try the kiosk again.

I had a key made that did not work. So I sent an email stating my problem. I got a response within about 10 minutes. I answered one question And within minutes got another response telling me my refund would be coming. By the next day I got my refund. This is absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you so much

Very convenient and quick. I love having my key stored in the cloud so that I can always make a copy. Being able to share a cloud key is also great.

It was quick and easy and efficient I just wish the prices were a little bit lower you can get a key for less than half the price if you go to a locksmith

I used your kiosk at Safeway for my specialty key. It had to be made off site. I received it in the mail one week later. .

THE KEYS I HAD MADE E DID'T WORK. KEYME REFUNDED MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY - AND GAVE ME A CREDIT TOWARDS FUTURE PURCHASE i WILL TRY THEM AGAIN AT SOME POINT
