Bought a Ktm 790 Adventure R. The sales lady who did my paperwork was on it! I mean, on it! She was the most organized, well explained, Professional but at the same time was super cool and friendly. They made the buying experience painless and fast. The service guy is just as awesome. He went over everything in great detail and put emphasis on the necessary things I needed to know about. Great selection!!!

I got my tires replaced there for my Honda Africa Twin. Great service, good work, reasonable pricing and nice people.I will be back whenever I need work done on my bike.Cheers to the crew at K&B Motorsports.

Just purchased a 2021 Kawasaki Z900 ABS from here and had a great experience. Smaller dealership, mainly focused on off road machines, but also has some street machines. Very straight forward guys that are just there to help you with your purchase. Mike and Chad got my deal together and I got my bike. Good atmosphere and worth the ride to get out there. I may consider coming out and helping out on weekends...lol.

I just bought a new 2023 ninja 650 from K&B, Christian was really helpful walking me through the process/options of financing and he went the extra mile to make it quick and easy. They have a ton of inventory to pick from, fair pricing, and friendly staff... AND 15% discount on gear when you purchase a bike! If you like dirt bikes you'll appreciate their knowledgeable veteran rider that is in the show room to help customers. I plan to return for the bikes break-in maintenance, the service technician that prepped my bike was nice and made sure i understood the nuances of operating the model i got.

Great buying experience with the GM, Chad. Had a small misunderstanding about the trade and financing, but Chad was quick to find a solution and put me on a new KTM 890 Adventure R.Really pleased with the shop. They help people get on motorcycles, which is a good mission in life.

I purchased Yamaha YZ 250fx recently and it was a good experience. They gave me best price, financing and extra accessories were smooth. Extra bonus points for the technician at the end who gave me some tips on how to maintain the bike!

Super helpful sales staff. They did a lot to get me set up. I really cant say enough. Great sales people, great techs, great parts people they hooked me up on my trade in and worked with me on the financing of my new 2022 R1. Now i own a rocketship! Thanks Mike, Chad, Nick, Kramer and everyone else who helped me out. They re busy dudes but they will get you squared away.

I purchased the last 2022 ktm 690 smcr. This day and age of the covid BS gouging KB does not do that. Very fair price and bullseye OTD cash quote . They even stayed a few minutes past closing for my purchase. I also had my first service done once again very fair and reasonable price and quality of work . I finally found a NO BS honest dealership for my ktm. When money permits I have my eye on that 890 Duke GP they have.So if your in the market for a new motorcycle give them a shot you won't be disappointed .Update: I bought that Duke 890 but the R model

Bought two bikes from K&B. Chad made both purchases fast and efficient. As far as I can tell the prices are right and they don't overcharge you unlike other dealerships in the city. Good customer service, nobody is pushing you towards a purchase.

Signs at the door says "Masks required" You go inside and no one working there was wearing one. Loved this company when it was G&B, bought a few bikes from them. Now as K&B, it went downhill. I don't write many reviews, but I was very compelled to write this. I will no longer be a customer and will definitely not recommend this place.-Tried to make oil change appointments for a Saturday since it the only free time I have. Been told numerous times they can't do it because they have new sale bikes to prep.-Impossible to get help on the showroom floor. They know I'm there but still ignore me.-The amount they valued my bike was ridiculous. Sales guy sarcastically laughed out loud in my face for what I wanted for it, which was totally reasonable. Not very professional at all.

One of the most professional, hard working, family orientated places I've been in a while. My wife and I bought our first bikes here together, and will continue to shop here for everything motorcycle. Chad and Michael have been working with us since the beginning. We will be going back when its time for an upgrade.!!!! Thank you K&B.

Hel of a place. Scoot city. New, �lean and expensive. They didn't know what to do with me. Some guy started up a �onversation about what kind of bike I rode. Told him. "Ah kawasaki". No "I meant Yamaha" No. "Harley?" No Honda. "Oh, we don't sell those" You work here man? "Yes". You a salesman. "Oh yes. part time" which part? "Huh?" Huh? "Actually I was heading for the restroom. That gentleman over there can answer any questions you may have". Ok. Never heard from anybody else. Walked around looking for 30 minutes and left.

Outstanding customer service. Brandon was very open and forthright. He gave me an out the door quote on the new bike and a trade in estimate by email (both values were the best out of several dealerships). We managed to get most of the deal squared away before I even walked into the dealership.Low pressure and very friendly. I cannot recommend K&B Motorsports highly enough.

Purchased a 2019 Kawasaki Z650 from the dealership about 10 days ago. Pleased with the purchase so far. Chad was friendly, fun and honest with us. Would give 4.5 stars since we had to wait quite a bit to see the bikes and were given misleading information before Chad took over (we were told the bike has ABS multiple times although we checked and contested). Once Chad got into the picture, we got all the information we needed and we closed the deal quickly at a great price.Chad, I am rounding up the 4.5 to 5 instead of rounding down to 4 because of our deal :D

Good inventory good sale person it was such a laid back experience . Secure your own financing through you re local credit union for a lower interest rate and an easier buying experience . 1.9 percent on a new bike hard to beat

Just wanted to say thank you to Brandon and the rest of the K&B Motorsports team for their amazing service. From my first phone call with them till the moment the bike went into the truck I had a great experience. Everyone on the floor was very attentive and courteous. It may be two hours from where I live but I will definitely be a return customer for my next ride!

I had a great experience at K&B this weekend. Brandon and the sales staff were helpful and not pushy. They got my new bike set up and all the paperwork taken care of in very little time. Even threw on the new slip on. I watched the service rep test the bike, scrub in the tires and seat the brakes a bit. Turns out there was also a $2k KTM factory incentive! They had the slip on I wanted in stock. I would highly recommend K&B if you want a low key friendly buying experience.

I recently made my first street motorcycle purchase and had the pleasure working with Brandon. I just so happened to catch him on one of his busiest days where he was the only sales person available. He didn't cut corners and explained all of the options available to me and helped me acquire most excellent terms for my purchase. Additionally, the parts desk was super friendly and helpful. All the staff at K&B was very knowledgeable and knew their products. I will definitely be back.

This is my third bike purchased at K & B. I came in knowing what I wanted and Brandon once again made the transaction painless and easy to understand. John in parts was very helpful in accessorizing my new ride. He is always friendly, genuine, and down to earth.

Customer service at its worse. Please think before going here as they would just be helpful when you are buying Stuff. Disappointed; Bought my first bike and some gear from them and the customer service was great. I went next day to exchange the helmet with one that has face shield and they straight up refused. They were not helpful at all and i will never go back. Good luck earning $80 and loosing 100s of dollar that you could have made over months from a customer.

Brandon was very easy to deal with, understood my needs and accommodated them - even allowing me to temporarily store the bike I rode to pick up my purchase. Parts and service were great as well. I will definitely purchase from K&B again.

From the start the prices were right (I purchased two bikes) and the communication between Brandon and I was clear and professional. Upon arrival for pickup, Brandon and the service team were prompt in answering any questions, filling out paperwork, and setting up/loading the bikes. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!
