These guys get it right the first time. They diagnosed my lingering issue in my vehicle by just looking at it 100 yards away in the parking lot. Sure enough their guess was on point. They had me back on the road in 30 minutes and fixed my shaky steering. It s refreshing to see businesses that are on their game and know what they re doing. Will definitely be back.

I had many questions from tires to lift kits and he answered all of them professionally and informed me of all my options. Definitely recommend for the BEST customer service and prompt installation. Will be back for tires and helping to support my local shop.

Finding exceptional customer service can be a challenge, which is why Jay & Bill's are the Best at what they do! Exceptional profession, customer-centric service. My Audi's 4-Continental Tires are from Jay & Bills. After a drive up to Canada and back, one tire picked up a nail. No problem: The Jay & Bill Team were on it. They helped me--efficiently and inexpensively--so I was back on the road in now time. Thank you Jay & Bills!

I was referred to Jay & Bill s by a few friends and from a local diesel shop. Billy went above and beyond finding and fixing some issues on my lifted diesel and installing a new set of tires. The customer service is great, their price is honest and fair, the team is knowledgeable and experienced with lifted trucks. I don t need to question the work that s been done unlike the other shops I ve tried. These guys will have me as a customer for a long time, and I drive down from Cloverdale to bring my vehicles here. Thank you Jay & Bill s!

Came highly recommended by a trusted friend. They delivered. Received my 300k mile Tundra back handling better than when it was new. Price was spot on and no up sell. Needed one minor correction after 500 miles and I was expedited under warranty no questions asked. Customer for life.

My wife got a low tire warning this morning. Swapped out cars with me at work. I googled the closet and best rated tire service here in Petaluma. This business came up! I was ready to drop off and I er back to work due to not having an appointment. They told me to hang out and they would patch it right there. Went way and beyond the level of service I expected. There is a reason why they are celebrating their 50th anniversary being a local business. I will be bringing all my vehicles to this location from now on. Outstanding work team! I look forward to another 50yrs! Thank you.

Super solid family run business.My son had a tire that was not keeping air. I drove up from Novato to help but couldn't figure out why the tire was not keeping air from station. We were recommended to try this shop to assist by the closest tire shop that could not see us. It was late in the day. Jay & Bill's shop was also super busy but they squeezed us in and got us on our way even though they were down a man that day! What service. Glad to see there are still family run businesses like this around. Will definitely try to support them in the future even though they are not our local shop and would highly recommend the shop to anyone. Thanks everyone at JB's

Best tire and alignment shop in Northern California. Johnathan and the others where all super friendly and knowledgeable. They got the alignment on my car set up quickly. Highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be a return customer.

These guys are always personal in their service. It s a pleasure to bring them my business and receive the personal warm local human service they give, all of them. It doesn t matter what kind of car I bring them, and they re willing to find a reasonable deal for me if that s what I need. I may pay a few dollars more than I would with some of the high volume low price competitors, I don t know, but the service at Jay and Bills is totally worth every dollar I ve paid them. And many times they don t charge me for something that only takes 20 minutes with the tire that I bought from them originally. No complicated need for receipts, I think they just remember me. Much appreciation here.

Best ever. Called in about a tire's slow leak and was able to get in the same day. We're able to repair the tire, saving on the purchase of a new tire. Super fair price to repair. Friendly and courtesy staff.Would give more stars if we could.Kristeen and Kat Adams

Terrific service all around. I needed a tire replaced after a blowout. When Billy put the car up on the rack, he recognized at once that my brakes were very worn. He helped me get a rental car so I could get to work. The car was perfect when I picked it up the next morning. Not only did the team display superb technical skill, they were informative, attentive to a customer's immediate needs and made me feel like I was a member of the family. Jay & Bill have another customer for life!

I've been a loyal customer of Jay, and Bill s Tire Service for the better part of 35 years. In my opinion, their service is second to none, and family friendly atmosphere is refreshing. For decades, Bill, Bill Jr., and Larry have provided the best advice for our tire, and vehicle safety needs, plus the friends I have referred over the years are equally satisfied. Considering any other tire shop never enters my mind.

These guys rock! I showed up at 2 pm today to get my pads and rotors replaced, they instantly ordered the pieces, and by 4:15 pm the car was ready!... with a surprise: they gave me a free used tire to replace one that was worn out. All for a decent price in a welcoming atmosphere.

This is now 1 of only 2 auto related support places I've been to that went above and beyond my expectations both in customer service and price. Im in the military so I move a lot and it's always hard to find the best service in new areas. I was in a bind and needed new tires the same day I came in. they ordered my tires on the spot and had them in by 1330. Best of all, they put a loaner tire on my car so I could get stuff done in the day and not have to drive on a donut all day or huff it on foot free of charge. To top it all off he even through in a small discount for reasons I'm not sure but I suspect it may be common courtesy for new customers. All and all, they now have my business any time I need tire work and will be sure to recommend them to anyone else if asked. Very friendly, very prompt, no bs, and affordable. Thanks!

These guys will take care of you. They recommend you the best tires for what you want, or just tell them what you want. They even made sure to inflate my spare. And I didn't even have to wait long, took them under an hour to change, rotate and inflate my tires!

Terrific local shop. Fast, friendly service, honest advice and fair prices. I could safely send my Mom here on her own without any worries. You can trust them, and what more do you really need than that.

We had a serious tire blow out while travelling back to Canada and it looked like it was going to be impossible to get snow tires in California for our 4 wheel vehicle. Bill was able to get the tires and had us on our way in a few hours. They open @ 7 am
