Top notch service- was told from the Santa Rosa Manly Honda (after a horrible experience) to drive down to Petaluma and go to Hansel Honda and I sure am glad I did. The place was pretty busy but they had everything really well put together, service advisor Luis explained everything and did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back here.

Katie and the service staff are amazing. They are so patient, kind and understanding. Car repairs can be scary, but they really go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The repairs are always good and they navigate the extended warranty I got very well.Thank you Hansel Honda Service Team, you are so helpful!

The receptionist who took care of me was excellent. She explained everything. Then at the end explained everything done at service for my car. excellent

Every time I bring my car in they're always ready for the hard up sale. I actually called corporate Honda to ask about a maintenance schedule and they said to follow what is in the book there comes with the car. But every time I bring my car in for the recommend service to this place, they always "recommended" something above and beyond. When I asked why there's a different between whay corporate Honda recommends and what they recommend, I got this long winded explanation blah blah blah. I just get really sick of the hard upsell and them making everything so confusing.Service: Oil change

They were great customer service but they do not wash your car or vacuum anymore and that is a real disappointment

Update! I suppose you get what you pay for (sometimes). I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but also needed the skid plate at the front of my car reattached. No additional charge for labor and parts (fasteners) only cost about $14 so saved ~ $165 in labor. **Update<**: a month later I see the rubber gasket that is supposed to be fitted between the skid plate and car frame hanging down from the driver's side...upon inspection I can see the mechanic put the skid plate against the frame and then put the rubber gasket UNDER the skid plate...totally backwards from how it should be. I called Hansel Honda back and told them what happened and asked if they would warranty their work at another shop near me (hundreds of miles away from Petaluma)...the service advisor said no. Fortunately I was able to fix it myself once I jacked the car up at an auto hobby shop, but this was a very simple mistake that I wouldn't expect a certified Honda service center to make.

I ll start with the fact that I never leave bad reviews, I ve worked retail for 6 years and for the most part I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and I ve had all my car work done at Hansel Honda since I moved to the area 4 years ago.My service at Hansel Honda changed that.I left my car to have the battery replaced, with sweet friendly service. Came back right before close to pick up my car. I find that the IMA light is now on, the radio won t turn on, and the acceleration of my car HUGELY lowered. (To the point where getting onto the freeway was difficult)I call, and was told no problem, bring it in tomorrow morning.So this morning, I drop my car off to be fixed. I m warned that it ll be $165 to take a look. I was open that I was not pleased with this, as that part of my car was working fine on the way there (i listened to the radio and had no problem getting on the freeway before my car was serviced, so I am certain there was nothing wrong with the IMA battery.) she told me no problem, if it was their mistake it would be free, they ll just have to see. I left my car there for the day.I just picked it up again (for the second time) and was told that the IMA light was on when I dropped the car off originally, and that the mechanic noted it, so I m responsible for the $165 in labor to fix the broken fuse.Here s where I call bullshit.1. If the light was on when I came in, why wouldn t you tell me and fix it the first time? This makes no sense. Why would you replace one battery, NOTICE that there was another alert light and that none of the electronics work, and not say anything when I pick up the car?2. I listened to the radio and drove on the freeway to my initial visit. This means that they couldn t have been broken. I also would have noticed 2 large alert lights, and would have asked them to fix it the first time.I ve honestly never been more dissatisfied with service in my young life. It is completely unbelievable to me to charge a customer for a mistake that happened while the car was in their possession.I asked for some form of proof or anything that the issue had already occurred and their response shows that it s simply my word against the mechanics. I just cannot buy that if the mechanic noticed it upon initial inspection why in the world would they not call me and offer to fix that?I ve never been this customer, but I am certain that I will never be returning to Hansel Honda. I feel so scammed, and the whole reason I went to a dealership was to avoid being scammed. Lost a loyal Honda customer today.

Arrive on time at service center, made me wait more than 20 minutes for some to acknowledge me. It never happened so I left. Use OutWest Garage instead.

This service department is very courteous and efficient albeit super pricey like most dealers. But the friendliness of the employees is amazing.

This place is one of my favorite places to go because the hospitality is amazing there has cookies and lots of popcorn and they have a phone charger with every cord you can think of
