I didn't make a purchase at this location due to being out of state, sales tax difference, and a feature the vehicle didn't have. Despite that, Evelio had good customer service. He answered many questions I had about the model and trim. Fast response and very helpful in making a decision on the vehicle purchase I prefer. I appreciate you Evelio.

Started off with an email/general inquiry and sales staff promptly engaged us in discussions. We were offered a fair trade in deal and financing on a 2023 model. No salesman in the car during the test drive; that was nice. Since we were intent on buying, there was no pressure. Professional and courteous. Would do business with Henry Curtis Ford again.

Wouldn't buy a car from anybody but Keith! Management is often difficult, but Keith always makes you feel like a teammate rather than a salesman. Genuinely happy to see his clients drive off in their dream cars. After Keith helped close the deal on my new car, Doug assisted with all of my financing questions and ensured that I was in a great warranty.

I don t recommend buying used cars from this place. I bought a used car recently and was rushed by the sales team to come in at night to see the car. When I was driving home The next day I discovered several issues that were difficult to see at night, including a crack in the windshield and gouges in the tires. There was also a faulty sensor that hadn t been replaced that turned on when I was driving home from the dealership.They attempted to remedy the situation but did not meet my needs. I had to go back to the dealership multiple times, spoke with several people and got the impression that they are disorganized and terrible at communicating.I would not trust this sales team or service department and regret buying a car from them.

awful. just awful. They just sit around with my paper chatting.Juan Correa-Montes was my service advisor. Completely refuses to do his job.States it will take '2 hours'. After 2 hours, I had to break up his little 'chit chat' to see if my service was done and then was told that they could not do tire rotation because of lugnuts are swollen. couldn't come up and ask me about it? I had to bring it up?told them to replace it. then took another hour. Just awful. Absolutely nobody else waiting.They even mentioned 'wow its quiet today'.3 hours just to do oil change and tire rotation.why have 'waiting' option if it takes that long?absolutely worst ford dealership I have ever visited.

Our experience was wonderful. We came in looking to purchase two cars, and Adrian was fantastic in helping us along in our search. We left very happy and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process, including by Christian Hiner during the finance aspect of our transactions. Ordered a Maverick in 2022 that was changed to 2024 version and received last week. They kept me informed all the way, help with ordering process and got me the vehicle at MSRP without any demands on their behalf. Friendly, responsive and prompt responding to all my questions. Everything I could expect from a reputable dealer.

Best dealership around. I have to give a huge thanks to the entire team. Adrienne, Eddie, Ac, Blu, and Keith are only a part of the amazing staff, but played a huge role in getting my dream car. They make miracles happen! 100% would go with another Ford from them if I didn t already have my Mach E.

Service advisor, Tabatha up front where you check in is lacking in communication skills and professionalism. She lied and withheld information from me. I had to go to the service manager to get the correct paperwork and information. Her rudeness and incompetence had me go elsewhere. Service manager assured me he would talk with her and apologized profusely. I will not return.

My 2010 Ford Fusion had a brake problem which this shop fixed temporarily, then when it occurred again, charged me to diagnose it but claimed they couldn t fix it. I looked online and discovered the problem and the fix described in an ABS recall. However, there s also hundreds of complaints that people had the same problem but their car, like mine, was not included in the recall. When I brought this to the attention of this shop, they refused to consider the ABS fix described, though my vehicle had the identical problem as in the recall, and said they would stick to their technician s faulty diagnosis and were unable to help.Ford is stonewalling customers with this ABS problem, and either this shop is as well, or they are just stubborn and their technicians unskilled. For sure their service department can t even seem to do a cursory internet search. I will not be spending any more money in this shop. Terrible!

They took my truck three times each time saying they would fix it, only to get it back and have the same issue occur. The last time they actually backed my truck into another vehicle resulting in body damage down the left side of my brand new truck. Ended up a body shop for another 10 days. They never offered a loaner, and when I finally got the truck back it was dirty and had a bunch of old papers from the techs all over the floor. Definitely going to find another place to get my work done.

Super friendly sales team! Walked in and they all greeted and welcomed me. I was looking around their selection which was pretty amazing, both new and used. I was greeted by all the staff. Great energy btw!! One team member I believe their name was Keith, helped guide me with some insight on what model and vehicle was best for me! So happy I purchased my first car from them. I would definitely be recommending the dealership to my friends & family! 10/10

Wow what a positive experience my buying a vehicle from "Hansel Ford of Petaluma", Ca.The dealership was cutting edge, showroom inside & out with numerous available new automobiles displayed, quite comfortable to hang in and very clean!I must compliment my superior Salesman Mr. Evelio Pineda, he bent over backwards to help me including picking me up at my rental car drop off in town.Also the finance department meaning thanks to Christian & Doug who both display professional business acumen. And a big thanks to the detail department for their excellence. Last but not least, a shout out to the Manager John.I have bought new vehicles off the floor in other dealerships but this one stood above those three.Good job fellas and so appreciated.ARTHUR LANGE

I came in here trying to see if it was worth trying to get some maintenance/repair work done on my 2014 Fiesta. I wanted to see if I could possibly upgrade. Anton and the team really hooked me up and were super helpful in getting me upgraded me to a 2017 Focus. I am pleased with the professionalism and service they offered. Come here for your next Ford vehicle.

Keith and Christian were both helpful and looked out for our best interests. Been to dealerships where they were pushy and almost forcing me into buying a car. Not with Keith or Christian. They totally were patient and allowed us the time we needed to chew over things and get the best possible deal which we did. Highly recommend and would be buying from here in the future.

My last visit was June 28, 2022. I took my Ford for a heated seat problem that was missed diagnosed and wasted two weeks of my time at Henry Ford dealer s Parking lot .I spoke to the service manager in person and was reassured that my concerns were going to get addressed and solved. I have not heard back from the service department or service manager sense. They Supposedly performed oil change service during this visit. But when I received my truck two weeks later the service light was not reset and DEF fluid was not topped off.I was disappointed and felt lied to by the worse Service i had received. heading back home I called the service manager and left a voicemail to informed him of the conditions I picked up my truck in right after discussing in person the wasted time and lack of communication from the service department at this dealership.I will not recommend or continue to use Henry Ford dealer in Petaluma due to the lack of responsibility and structure from the entire service department .

We recently bought a 2018 Explorer from Keith Jones. Kieth was very professional and knowledgeable. Our experience was five star. We have had an older Explorer for many years. Kieth made everything easy and has been very helpful with questions as we learn all the new features on our newer model. Thank you Henry Curtis for your great customer service.

Thank you to Keith Jones for making the car buying process a pleasure. He was patient , knowledgeable, and most of all extremely attentive to what we wanted and not pushy at all! There was no pressure to make decisions that we were not comfortable with and he answered any and all questions we had thoroughly. The service writer who I dealt with at the dealership was extremely rude. Essentially made it seem like my appointment and pointless and really not their problem.The service writer claimed it to be an app problem and when I tried to talk she would talk over me. Extremely rude and not how someone should speak to anyone especially a customer.The solution did end up being an update the truck was due for and the app now works as it should.Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Denise.UPDATE: I received a phone call from the service manager. He was very professional and allowed me to speak and hear my concerns.He stated he understood and would take this as a training opportunity for his staff. He was very receptive to what I had to say. It was nice being able to speak with someone at Henry Curtis who did not try to speak over me.

Henry Curtis Ford did an excellent job for a major repair on my F250. My fuel pump went out on my powerstroke but I luckily purchased an extended warranty. The warranty company fought my service advisor every step of the way to pay for the costly repairs but she fought them back. When all was said and done it cost me a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. I m very satisfied with the team at Henry Curtis Ford in the service department. I was kept informed throughout the process and my service advisor was very polite despite me calling her multiple times a week. I will continue to use Henry Curtis Ford for all my vehicle services.

The services department is one of best I have ever experienced. Professional. Transparent. Quality work with feedback and recommendations to keep my truck operating like its new. Phil has been my primary contact and can't say enough positive things about him. That is one great service team and why I will buy my next Ford from Henry Curtis. Thank you!

Terrible place, I d sue if I had a better case, brought my truck in for power steering issues, I was charged several thousand dollars for work that was under warranty, I had to fight for months to get a refund calling ford motor company, the dealership and my warranty company daily. The only reason I found out I wasn t supposed to be charged is because they performed faulty work and I had to take my truck back when my power steering went out while driving the week after I picked my truck up. At that point they had my truck for month and a half. So I bring it back and another month and a half goes by I m told it would be finished 3 different weeks just a lie. I received my truck for the second time after another month and a half and guess what my power steering went out 2 days after getting it back. Before I was to receive my truck back I was told my 4wd would be diagnosed as well because I was having issues after I got it back from them it was not. So now I ve taken it back for the third time and I was told I d be charged for having the 4wd looked at!!! On top of that I m being Told there is no problem with my powering steering! I Literally can t turn sometimes while actively driving! My safety is no concern. Im so deeply disappointed in this dealership. My father had new ford trucks my whole life growing up several were purchased from this dealership, I had a 2013 before my current 2017 f150, I would have continued to buy from ford the rest of my life and this has changed my decision, I will not ever buy another ford truck because of this. Informed my father and he s going to GMC as well. There is no ford family I m just a 28 year old carpenter and they ve taken my truck for 3 months, told me there s nothing they will do to help me and there is no problem and to basically deal with it!! I m still under warranty! Don t go ford and if you do stay away from this dealership there is no care for the working class man. They took out a generation.
