Overall, it wasn't a bad experience with Glass Shop of the Northbay. They weren't the best about responding, or being available when trying to call. However, once they were able to come onsite, the window was repaired fairly quickly. I was sent an invoice, which I paid.Unfortunately, Chad emailed me with the same invoice months later, asking me to pay. That was disappointing. I feel that they can be a bit better organized and not asking payment twice from their customers.I'll prob look at other companies next time I need assistance.

Great glass company. We replaced over 20 fogged windows (old, broken seals) with Chad's company. This, after contacting three different companies for bids. The Glass Shop was by far the most helpful and professional. They came out promptly and gave us an accurate estimate and reasonable time lines. Installation was a breeze; the installation team was terrific--efficient, neat, polite and quick. Communication with Chad was great--calls returned, questions answered, follow up on all promises. We are very pleased with their work and service!

Chad and his team are the best! Our new windows are super well-insulated, keep noise out and look great. The handles and screens even exceeded my expectations. This company doesn t cut any corners. They even redid the wood trim based on a style preference- something far above and beyond the agreed to scope of work. Hard to find this level of service anymore! Their team was proactive in communication and hardworking. They even were able to get the panes custom painted to meet our HOA requirements. Highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful experience with Chad and his team. One of our kids broke a window shooting hoops in our driveway. I called several shops asking for estimates to replace the double-paned glass with tempered glass. Out of 3 estimates, Chad's was the best. However, the best part was response time and outstanding customer service. Chad picked up the phone on first call and scheduled his team to come out the next morning for measurements. Chad sent me his estimate that same evening at 11pm. I sent him an email that night with a question, and he responded around 11:30pm. Wow! We of course felt very comfortable going with Chad and his team in replacing our window. Everything went extremely smoothly, and our new window looks exactly the way it did before except we now have tempered glass. Highly, highly recommend the Glass Shop of the North Bay!!!

Great job! My windows was installed quickly. The Glass Shop of The North Bay in Petaluma replaced all widows in my house. Chad (the owner of this business) was very knowledgeable, patiently listen to my concerns and requests. He came up with a great plan of work, great price and a really great timing. It was really easy and pleasant to have this company to work in my house for several days. They did outstanding, clean and quick job. Project wasn't small, but they did it very good. Highly recommend The Glass Shop in Petaluma. Prices Chad gave me were less than from the other companies that was trying to sell and install much worth quality widows for the higher price. Thank you Chad!

Chad & crew were responsive, fair priced, and even came back to fix a minor issue (not their fault) the next day. I would absolutely recommend them for windows & mirror work, and plan to hire them again for a new shower glass install. On top of a high standard of workmanship, Chad is a pleasure to chat with which makes a difference!

Chad thank you for the glass bathroom sink. The packaging was over the top for shipping. Best of all was the artwork. The sink is an enjoyment to see each time I spit toothpaste. The fish make a great target.

I showed up at noon I had a small mobile home window. I was given an estimate of $46 for the job and to pick up in an hour. I came back at 2pm it wasn t done,I was told it would be another 30 mins. I came back at 3:45pm it still wasn t ready. I was told it would be another 10mins it still isn t ready. And I was charged $69.80 the estimate was way off I kept driving back and forth to see if it d be ready and now at almost 5pm I m still waiting after I ve already Paid....

Great windows and awesome customer service. Truly a great guy that cares about his customers and will go out of his way to help people and sit around and answer questions even though he is so so busy. Awesome dude.
