I really want to give a better review but after our fifth trip in, for multiple issues, we have noticed a pattern. We understand there are supply chain issues for ordering parts but the communication in service is terrible. It took over two weeks and multiple calls to get our first warranty work scheduled. Then, on a routine oil change they did catch that the rear axle bolts on my truck had sheared off but despite them supposedly expediting parts/repair we still won t have a vehicle a week later. They no longer offer courtesy vehicles nor do they tell you upfront that they can offer a discount on a rental.Unless you speak with your service advisor personally no one else seems to have any information on the vehicle or be able to help you. Nor will they call you back.Service issues are already stressful and while we do appreciate the efforts that this dealership makes we will be changing to another location in hopes of better communication, less hassle, and expense.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Adrian Diaz, and Vernon Hunter and Doug were amazing to deal with. I went in to look for a truck and they got me into one. It's a beautiful truck and I love it. I definitely recommend working with them. Great place to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a used 2016 jeep from henry curtis ford.on june 26th had no a/c and a small clunk noise. I told the saleman about it him snd sales manger said no problem we will get it fixed.i took the car back 2 days later. They still have car getting the run aroundcthey want me to pay for it i said i was told it would be taken car of. Finally today i might get it back? Not holding my breath. I have to call them they never call. me terrible service never going to do business with them again.

I'm not very happy because after spending over $1000.00, my truck has 3 new problems and will be a "come back" first thing Monday morning.

They canceled our appointment after we were already there. Also, they charged money only for us to find out it was unfixed on the road.
