Igor was very kind to fit us in on short notice. He worked during his lunch hour to repair the leaks in our plumbing system. Prices were fair work was excellent service was outstanding. Thank you so much Igor.

These folks are real stars in the RV world. Please meet Igor and Fung.Six years and 70,000 miles in my Itasca Navion have taught me that it is very hard to get work done on the RV house - plumbing, electrical,, fittings, etc. Getting good work, well done, on time, is almost impossible. Two months waiting for an appointment and then two more months waiting to get my RV back, with a sloppy repair or none at all, were my typical experiences before.So I am thrilled to have met Igor and Fung. I called on Monday about an obscure fresh water leak. Fung booked me for Tuesday - the very next day! When I arrived Igor was ready to get to work immediately; no long chats with a service manager about making a guess-timate". Wow, how refreshing and different from every other repair in my thick maintenance file.Igor launched a thorough inspection of very awkward and inaccessible plumbing around my water pump. Winnebago seemed to have designed this model with no maintenance in mind, but Igor quickly found ingenious ways to pinpoint the leak - one connection jigged loose. He also confirmed that there had been other leaks, no longer of concern, in the distant past.All of this Igor performed systematically, efficiently, neatly, with articulate running commentary which gave me complete confidence in my repaired plumbing and even more confidence in Igor as a resource of rare value.If you need work done on your RV and you want it to be done promptly, thoroughly, correctly, at a very fair price, then go see Igor and Fung. You will end up with a better RV and new friends for life.

Great service! Igor installed a new tankless hot water system, and gave us very good suggestions for product selection. He also repaired the black and gray water system, (and it was quite the task). Water pressure issues in coach. Made appointment with Igor and was in and out the same day. Excellent service.Explained the problem and what to in the future. He explained everything simply enough to understand as well to show the areas in question. He also replaced CO and LP detectors.His promptness, professionalism and congenially was greatly appreciated as well as the fair pricing.

FIN Coachworks is the most professional, thorough, and reliable RV / trailer repair shop that I have ever encountered. Igor has impeccable attention to detail and knows RVs inside and out. The furnace on our 2021 travel trailer stopped working and Igor was able to correct the problem and address a series of smaller issues we had encountered. He explained exactly what was going on every step of the way and was a proactive and diligent communicator. I am actually writing this review from our trailer - we made it out for a beach weekend with the kids thanks to FIN Coachworks.

It is a shame we are moving now that we have met Igor.Getting ready to relocate to Oregon our slider awnings were damaged and needed to be replaced. (a long story about how!)With only two months before the move Igor found the parts and gave me an estimate. Unfortunately the lead time for the materials was too long.It was not enough for Igor to gracefully say he understood our situation, but he shared pictures so I could work with another company near where I was headed. Then he proceeded to take make the MH safe to drive by taking off the 100" plus awning. Still not good enough, he put silicon in the holes in the MH to keep moisture out.He did all this because he is who he is!!! Would not even let me pay him (insurance was available)While I hope you never need to service your RV,; be sure that Igor will exceed any expectations you may have.

Igor is the best. The first day of a recent trip in my Winnebago I had a damaged shore power cord and was 60 miles away. I called Igor, he said bring it right in, and in one hour he repaired it and we were able to resume our trip. The charge was very reasonable. Service and cost so much better than other RV shops where you rarely can have same day work done and costs are often exorbitant.I later brought my RV in with an extensive list of small repairs I had been compiling for months. Igor did an excellent job on all the repairs - and even found some other items I had neglected which he also repaired. My experience working with Igor was top notch and I found his approach to service remarkable. I had trouble with my propane water heater and called. He had me in the same day to look at it!After inspecting the heater and asking thorough diagnostic question he proceeded to carefully and patiently explain possible problems and offered and discussed several approached to work a remedy.The next day I was back for diagnostic testing and inspection. Upon review Igor proposed several solutions and discussed possible advantages of each. His primary concern was making sure I understood my options and that I was getting the service I wanted.As soon as the parts arrived my coach was repaired. Excellent work and professional caring service. No dropping it off and getting a call when its done. I was included in all time lines and decisions.Prompt excellent service. I'll be back and will definitely refer friends to this shop.Service: Transmission

I m so happy I found these guys for my 2002 RV! Egor repaired my hot water heater and figured out a few other electrical issues. He s amazing at trouble shooting. Very informative and gave me a few incredibly helpful tutorials on how my RV works. This Great family run business!! Very trustworthy. There s also RV storage onsite, which is incredibly convenient.

I have taken my RV to FIN Coachworks for repair several times in the last few months. Igor is an outstanding craftsman, his work is impeccable. When my cabinet worked loose in and was in danger of falling on the stove in my Chinook he had me come in the same day and fixed it right up. He's worked on my refrigerator and replaced the cooling unit. He works on whatever is in the 'house' of your RV. I couldn't be happier. And his wife Fung is wonderful too!

I was referred to Fin Coachworks for repair of our RV cabinets that were failing (bottoms falling out). By the time we were done, Igor had cleaned our furnace pipes and replaced our expired propane alarm. Additionally he replaced our OTA TV antenna in time for us to pick up the RV when previously expected. He also told us of our slide out not working properly and encouraged us to find a video online to solve it, which we acquired from Winnebago and the simple method solved our slide out issue that may have led to expensive repairs. We appreciated Igor's thorough work and happy demeanor.Service: Electrical

Igor and Fung are lovely people and I m super grateful they are able to help me with my work vans. So far, Igor has replaced a water heater on one grooming van and replaced my vent fan on another. He also looked at my ac, noticed I was missing a filter, opened it up and cleaned out my whole ac unit which was caked with dander and fur. He went above and beyond in helping me, and gave me several tidbits on how to fix little things myself. Thank you Igor and Fung!!!! We are so happy we found FIN Coachworks! Igor tightened up our loose water pump, sealed our roof, and improved our kitchen drawers using magnetic catches to secure them and replaced the LP/CO alarm. Igor and Fung are so friendly and accommodating. Their shop is located behind Aled Auto and Truck repair. The two businesses work together and can address all your RV repair needs! Highly recommend FIN Coachworks!!!!

Igor was exceptionally personable and helpful from our first call to him through the completion of the work on our Leisure Travel Van. Although they were scheduled out, he offered to fit our warranty recalls and door issues in on a weekend morning. He did fantastic work, knowledgeable, efficient and fairly priced. My experience was wonderful. The estimate was clear and the work was done exactly in the time frame I was told. I would recommend this establishment highly. The physical space and yard is a little bit chaotic but everything was done in a very professional manner. Replaced a water heater on a 2017 Lance trailer.

After driving our 2020 Newmar Class A motorhome across the United States twice, we learned a lot about many things, including how rare and vitally important a good RV mechanic is. Understanding that new RVs often come with mechanical troubles, we thought that buying from a dealer would give us needed protection. Instead we learned that dealers are unreliable. We also learned that big RV repair facilities were usually less reliable than a good mechanic with a torque wrench.Igor has been exceptionally helpful to us. He made easy work of problems that stymied dealers. Before finding Igor, several times we had to leave our coach with shops for months at a time, waiting for repairs, only to get it back in the same (or even worse) state. Igor is as fast as he is good. He is friendly, honest and reassuring.Owning and driving a motorhome requires an electrician, plumber, mechanic, skilled driver and creative problem solver. If it is a newer high tech coach, you also need to be a computer adapt. Having someone like Igor, who you can rely on to back you up when you need help, makes the difference between battling a massive beast and enjoying life on the road.Services: Electrical, Battery

Igor installed a motorized awning on our rig and it is working beautifully! COVID affected the delivery of the awning and damage occurred (more than once) during shipment but he patiently held onto our motorhome and waited for the undamaged awning to arrive and then installed it right away. What a gem of a family business. Igor went through my propane system and I feel much safer running my fridge now. The outside vent had a metal plate that was covering the air intake and there was a lot of carbon buildup. He fixed the vent and checked for leaks. I was hoping he had a long narrow vacuum to suck out the intake and outtake hoses, but no go. After I buy new propane and carbon monoxide monitors to replace the 28-year-old factory installs, I ll be at ease hitting the road again.Igor is one of those types of people that sees what needs to be done and just does it. He looked up at all my dome lights, half of which were missing covers, and said those bulbs are inefficient. Let me get you some LEDs and the next thing I know he s swapping out all the lights and putting covers on the four that were missing.I spotted a Coleman Mach rooftop AC cover in the yard.(!!!) I pointed to it and asked if it was for sale. He said it was garbage and that I could have it. I ve literally been looking for months for a used cover to replace my damaged one that flew off on a South Dakota highway. He even hopped up onto the roof and was going to install it for me but it s slightly too tall. I can cut it down to fit.His last gift of generosity was to point out all the things on the roof that need to be sealed and gave me technique tips. I was overwhelmed by his kindness and thoughtfulness. Go to Igor for all your RV needs. He s fair, honest, knowledgeable and extremely capable. His wife and little boy are gems, too. We all exchanged bear hugs before saying goodbye. Safety assured Missing pieces found New friends from around the globeA day well spent.

If the word honesty means anything to you, then this rv service place is for you. The owner, Igor greeted me and listened to my water connector issue. He explained the problem with the old plastic piece that broke, but said we may be able to still use it. It is the connector to the fresh water supply from the outside that goes onto the the hose. He totally reconnected the old part and tried to locate a replacement. All was good and he said no charge! Does this happen in this greedy world? I couldn t recommend this place more highly. It s my go to rv repair from now on. Thank you to Igor and his beautiful wife. Claire T

I had so many things need to be repaired and replace, leak from the roof,outside camera, propane s door cover and many things for inside curtain rod, shower problem and more. Igor have patience and thought to fixed them all and Fung did a big part too.I am happy to recommend Fin Coachworks.for the good work, low price and friendliness.
