Took forever for them to figure out was wrong with my bike. When I finally got it back, it had obviously been stored outside uncovered and basic safety checks were not performed. For example, my rear brakes were not set properly and the rear light did not activate when braking, clutch was loose and front brakes were loose. Maybe they are mostly for dirt bikes but I wouldn't trust them with a road bike ever. Unsafe. 1/10

Had an issue arise while I was passing through. Was directed over by K&B Power sports when they said they definitely wouldn't have what I needed in stock. Thankfully, Cycle West did have exactly what I needed and they even helped me double-check that it was right before I walked away. Great experience and if you run into an issue in the Petaluma area on a ride, stop in because I bet they can get you back on the road.Thank you!

My experience is quite long to tell but Ted C. isn t your regular sales guy, he takes pride of his family business and will take the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy with their purchase.Mike is a very nice team member as well, he answered all my questions without any judgement knowing that I am a newbie. So helpful and very pleasant to deal with..Highly recommended! Great team. Support your local business!

I had been hunting for a specific bike for months and found it on their site in stock. Called and was able to lock it down with ease. Ted went above and beyond and opened his doors on a holiday weekend when they were closed. Best experience I've had with a dealership in quite awhile it was straightforward, quick and easy. Would highly recommend!

I would love to support this place, and have supported it since I ve owned my dirt bike, with service and part pickups. However, I ve been spoken to rudely multiple times over the phone, and hung up on mid-conversation for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Every time I ve been inside the store, they re the nicest people, so I m not sure where their shortness on the phone is related to, but it s sounded like the same person a few times now. I would really like to give a good review but this happening multiple times makes no sense.

I was on a recent trip through northern California and toasted a rear tire. My VFR has the unusual sized 170 rear tire but luckily CW had one in stock. they got me in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Great little shop. A lifesaver on my trip.

Mike at Cycle West Honda is great to work with! I had a complex problem on my 2018 Goldwing with the battery/ignition and worked with Mike for awhile on it these past few months. Mike worked hard to resolve the problem and the staff stuck with me through this unique situation. Thanks again Mike and Cycle West!

Received real bad service from them many years ago. Thought I'd give them another chance, just purchasing a gasket. Removed part from my motorcycle, only to find I had to make another trip back as it was the wrong part. Somebody "labeled it wrong". Too bad, it's just down the street from my place of work. I'm sure there are many good things others can say about them.

Brought my 2007 gsxr750 in for some break work and they went above and beyond with repairs and excellent recommendations for aftermarket pads to lower the price. I ll definitely bring it back for future repairs I can t do myself. Thanks guys!

Great family owned dealership. They can be forgetful sometimes but I've always had a positive experience. Jesse is a great tech. They won't encourage meaningless sales.

I bought my 2018 gsxr1000r at this place, from the owner! They had exactly what I wanted in stock! I had been to 15 other places at least and they all had excuses but no bikes! I later wanted a new gsxr750 they had it in stock and hauled it Reno for pick up! I will only buy another bike here- first class place! Thank you Mardge!
