Having my car repaired at Caliber Collision in Petaluma, was a pleasant & painless experience. They are conveniently located near my home, the people were friendly and easy to deal with, they kept me informed of the status of the repairs, and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I have no complaints, (which speaks volumes for their performance).

Caliber Collision was very thorough in repairs, communication, detail and overall, going above and beyond in their work. There were complications out of their control that they still put hours of time into to make it right to the customer along with some extra out of pocket body work that was very appreciated. I would 10/10 go with this company again.

Anthony and Anita went above and beyond. The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone in need of major or minor repairs. They found the best deals for my needs.

The Caliber Collision team did an AMAZING job on my 2020 Honda Accord! They made everything from getting my rental set up for me, dealing with my insurance, to keeping me updated rigorously and made sure I knew and understood everything that was going on. Thanks to the hardworking team I was able to get my vehicle back within days. I highly recommend this body shop and it was a pleasure to have been helped by the lovely staff Anita and Anthony who did everything possible to get me back on the road. The Petaluma location was absolutely incredible! To start, my 2017 Rav4 was done with repairs 4 days before the estimated completion day! Anthony and Anita were fantastic with keeping me updated and I received text message updates every other day with where we were at in the process.They made getting a rental car so seamless and had a driver ready to pick me up to take me over to enterprise. I didn t have to worry about a thing!When my car was done with repairs, I was unable to pick it up on that day due to working in Marin. Anita was amazing and drove my car to Marin, signed paperwork in the parking lot of my job, and then took my rental car and dropped it off for me. This is by far, THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately there were some mishaps with the repair (I.e my back up camera not being connected) however, this was also ZERO issue. Anthony worked so diligently on making sure my car was safe to drive and got it back into the shop next day. With only 30 minutes of waiting, my car was back to pre-collision condition!I really just cannot say enough great things about this shop and the staff.

Just picked up my vehicle from Caliber Collision. 1330 Commerce Street. I was very impressed with not only the work that was done to my vehicle, but the extremely above average customer service from Anthony. I would highly recommend this location. I had a big hood dent which was on a ridge line on the hood repaired, sanded, and color matched. I can t tell which side had the dent to begin with .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Yes! Finally. An honest body shop. I have been searching for a body shop that does premiere and premium body work on my vehicle, after it has been in multiple accidents and I thought it would never come close to looking the same as when I drove it off the Dodge dealership car lot, until I met Anthony, at Caliber Collision in Petaluma, CA.Anthony guarantees all of his work, do anything you are unsatisfied with, take it back to Anthony and he will take care of it. No need to ask the insurance company you may work with.First, Anthony made me feel very confident that the work that would be performed to restore my vehicle was going to take place and that it was in good hands.Anthony was straight with me from the beginning of the process and it helped me be less anxious about the repairs compared to other body shops that told me great things but produced horrible body and paint work.Anthony and his staff are professional and know exactly what they are doing when it comes to making your damaged vehicle look like nothing happened to it. Anthony keeps you in the loop the entire time and lets you know exactly what is taking place with your vehicle.When I saw the repair performed by Anthony and his staff, I was more impressed than I imagined I would be, given the poor body work previously performed by the other body shops that I shall not mention.Bottom line. If you re in an accident and working with insurance or you re doing a restoration project, I highly recommend that you hurry up and get to Caliber Collision of Petaluma and let Anthony and his top flight staff take care of all your repair and paint needs!!!

My insurance company sent me to these guys to repair my 22 tundra after an accident and I am glad they did! Anthony communicated with me through the whole process and got me back on the road very quickly. I need my truck for my business and they went above and beyond to make sure I had it back in time! My car was recently rear ended. I brought my Honda Accord sport here for a bumper repair and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Anthony and his team were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process. I got my car back earlier than expected and it looked good as new. Highly recommend bringing your damaged vehicles here.

I chose Caliber Collision (Petaluma) to do the accident repair work on my 2008 Prius. The manager, Anthony, provided the best customer service I have ever received from an auto body shop. He kept me informed all the way through the process and explained every step that was taken to restore my car. When I came to pick it up I had found it was cleaned inside and out. You couldn't tell that the car had any damage. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recently moved to California and my parked car was hit in the first week living here. After an estimate at the dealership, I decided on Caliber Collison as my family members have used them in the past when we lived in NJ and the repairs were always satisfactory. I can't say enough about the service, the staff, the manager and the quality of their work. From the first call to picking up my repaired car, they made it as easy as possible for me. Hopefully, I don't need their services again but if I do, Anthony and his staff will be my first stop!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hello, I highly recommended Caliber Collision of Petaluma, their staff and services are awesome. They walk you through the whole process with respect and take care of you, keeping you updated in every step and have been available for any questions or concern. My husband and I are very happy with their service, my car looks like new, their work was awesome. Anthony thank you so much for everything.

Caliber Collision did an awesome job repairing my vehicle. I was kept informed. And they had my car ready for me in 4 days. I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Caliber Collision and I would highly recommend them
