We have found our new tech. When you have a Mercedes, your average tech just won't do. That is coming from an auto tech wife. You want someone that knows your import inside and out. This is the place for that. We had our GLK 350 in, this guy told us stuff about our car we didn't even know about! He takes the time to explain what is needed. Very professional. Affordable. We feel he is the best.Side note, we drive over 2 hours for his services.

Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! He's top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.Services: Electrical repair, Computer diagnostics

I own 3 Mercedes and I only have 1 person I can trust and appreciate to work on any of my cars, and that's Ben! I also entrust him to work with his associate and friend Danny. Both of them have your car and your best interest in mind. They will tell you what's what straight on, and give you options and costs on the repair(s); and the cause of the problem(s).The most important about my mechanic for me is trust and the mechanic's knowledge of his craft. Ben will not disappoint in both! I have known him now close to 2 years. Ben is AMAZING! He knows more about Mercedes than the dealers do. Humor is great, and he will work with your budget as best as he can. He will not rip you off, and is an honest mechanic, a rarity. I wouldn't let anyone touch my cars except him. Danny does a lot of the labor for him and is very skilled. Trustworthy place.

Ben and Danny took care of my E55 AMG in a professional and economical manner. I was told to bring my car in, and they were able to diagnose, order the needed parts and get it all done that same day. I only had an appointment to diagnose the problems in my braking system and yet they were able to fix everything. Mercedes Benz sent them the correct part, and even though that new part proved to be defective, they still got another replacement part and had me on my way. All with a great price that is thousands less than the dealership. I will be bringing my much coveted car back to them for future repairs and service. Thanks guys!

Old school no-nonsense mechanic. The dealer wanted $260 and 4 days to merely diagnose the problem I was having with brake pad sensors. Not only that, the person I spoke with at the dealer also had a curt "take it or leave it" attitude. In contrast, Danny at Mercedes Ben's fixed the problem (dirty sensor) for $160 in about an hour and even showed me how to fix the problem in the future.

I've been going to Ben and Danny as long as i've been driving. I trust him to get me the best prices for as cheap as he can reasonably charge. Hands down one of the most stand up guys and most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanics in Sonoma County hands down

What wonderful guys! We'd been to two Mercedes dealers for an intermittent check engine light without success, been charged a fortune and then it came back on again! The guys at Bens got us in at short notice (we were on vacation), diagnosed the problem, topped up the Adblue and sent us on our way for no charge! Can't say thank you enough...restored my faith in humanity.

I have taken all four of my cars to Ben here in Petaluma. He is the most knowledgable, skilled and ethical person I have ever done business with. My cars have never run better, in fact I kept my current car vs buying a newer mercedes because Ben had repaired and maintained the car so well. He also took the time to teach my wife how to use and adjust all the gizmos on her new E500. Thanks Ben!
