They really tried a lot to get my prius 12 volt battery, and tested, installed, free.The price was good.

Great service. Scott is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable etc. I have two batteries in my 4runner with one running the fridge in back. Although it's easy to install, and included when you buy battery, it's in an awkward position, so takes a bit more time. Anyhow, everything done without hesitation, we found the correct battery to fit etc. I'll always come here when I need batteries for my truck.

I had to get a phone battery replaced. It took about 45 minutes, but they did a really good job, my phone dies a lot less now!

Can not recommend this place highly enough!! I came in this morning in a panic because I had my screen replaced yesterday at the San Rafael location and hours later it had a weird cellular service locked message. Julie and her team couldn't have been nicer. I had a wedding to go to and absolute needed a working phone! Marcie took my phone apart, did the update I wasn't able to do, tested my phone and made sure it was operational. Excellent excellent customer service!!

Went to see if they can make me another key and remote for my older 4Runner. They can! It's a bit pricey but both the key and remote have to be programmed so makes sense to me. Toyota doesn't do this anymore, for my 2003 4Runner. So grateful for this service fro here.

Car batteries come with a warrenty. But read the fine print. You can only warrenty them once. Then you don't have any warrenty. Even if it's first year. I brought a battery in and got a free battery after about a couple of months. But what they never told me that it was the last of my warrenty. Guess what the battery went bad again and there was no warrenty. Shame on you batterys pluss. I feel mislead.

Looked like a very extensive selection of batteries and bulbs. I unfortunately was not happy with my visit. I called to make sure they had a freak battery in stock, was told it was in stock and they would hold it for me. So I drove 45 min to go pick it up, only to be told, sorry we can't find that. While the employee looked for the battery I looked around and they had a very good selection of incandescent and LED bulbs, lots of small cell phone and laptop batteries. I'll probably go there again, just want very happy to waste an hour or so driving there and back for something I was told was in stock, that wasn't.

I've heard great things about Batteries Plus Bulbs and I now knpw why. I called and got the most cheerful greeting and customer service from Marcy! I explained to her my current situation, which was being stuck with a dead battery and waiting on AAA roadside to come give me a jump. Marcy said "What's your location? I can have someone come and replace and install your new battery". Within minutes Eric came. He has an amazing smile and was very warm. It took Eric all of 3 minutes to take out the old battery, put in the new one, and have me on my way.I can't tell you how bad customer service is waning in today's culture. It is so nice to have a company with employees who care about providing excellent service! Thank you Batteries Plus Bulbs! And Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Marcy and Eric..

Had an issue with an automotive battery that had been acting up for over 8 months, that I originally bought from the Santa Rosa store. I took it in to the Petaluma store (much closer to me) where they tested it on some rather sophisticated equipment (it failed as expected.) Corporate guidelines required additional testing (had to leave the battery overnight), which yielded inconclusive results, which in turn caused corporate to drag their feet on a warranty replacement. Julie, Marcy and the crew went to bat for me in a big way and got me properly taken care of and back on the road. Throughout the process I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. First class service to be found here, without a doubt.

I thought I might need a car battery for my daughter's car, so I thought I'd check them out. I took the car there, they performed a systems check on my car and sure enough the battery was dead. They had a wide range to choose from but didn't have the one I wanted in stock. They were able to get it the next day for me though. So went back the next day and got it installed at no extra charge. Great service and friendly staff as well.

I finally came to this place as my key battery for my car was dying. I let the clerk know and he took my keys and replaced them but of course I was charged for something I could of done myself. I probably won't stop by here unless I need a last minute urgent thing as it is pricy. Nice local place thought & the customer service was excellent.

I cannot thank you enough the men who were just about to close for the night and opened the door for me politely saying " you just made it , we have time for just one more customer " it was one of those days when I was trying to take care of as many errands as possible and I had to get new batteries for my car's key fobs, I had driven up to Petaluma from my home in southern Marin county and desperately did not want to have to make the trip again the next day. The men took great care of me and I will be back plus I will be referring people that I know as well.

I had made an appointment with them and provided great service with reprogramming my key. The process took a bit but it was worth the wait. They saved me $400 from the dealership.

I went in with what I thought was the right info to help me find an obscure lightbulb for the recessed light above the front door of a house I was putting on the market. Chuck helped me from a not-so-great picture on my phone of the prong setup at the base. He asked all of the right questions to determine precisely what I needed. I m grateful for his expertise and thankful for his now-rare level of customer service. It made this process so much easier than it could have been.

Best place to get your key fob programmed. Great! Customer service and only took a few minutes for everything to be ready to go, not only that but it was also affordable, definitely recommend.

Came in to have the battery for my iPhone 6plus replaced after having Apple just try to upsell me on a new phone when I went to one of their stores. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly so you can really trust that these folks are going to do right by you for a reasonable price.Also there was a dog in the store when I dropped off my phone so that s also a bonus!

Customer service at its finest. I wanted to purchase a specific flashlightas a birthday gift but unfortunately they were out of stock . However, the sales person (probably the owner) called their Fairfield location and asked one of their employees to drive it down to Petaluma so I could have it that day. LOVE THIS STORE!!!

Really nice staff, quick service and a dude installed new battery in car. That was a bonus which really saved the rest of the day(toolkit in car was absent for some reason). Will go there again.

If you need a battery, from hearing aids to car batteries this is the place. And if they don't have it (which i don't believe) they'll find it. They will also install your fresh new battery, making your product like new. An added plus, these people are just the nicest.

Went here for lr41 batteries. They looked them up on their computer then sold me what was supposed to be the correct batteries. Cost me almost $20. Got home and discovered they are to small. They are not the correct size.... can't return due to covid so i am out $20 and still don't have the batteries I need . Bummer.

ASK ABOUT THE COST BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM INSTALL!!!!Had a FOB battery replacement. Young woman took the FOB behind the partition, had a problem opening the case, Owner went back to assist. When my FOB returned, there was a deep scratch across the back of the case. I mentioned it to the younger girl, as the older one was checking in the chandelier light bulbs, the scratch was not there; the older woman said " could not have done that because the case doesn't open from that area," before the younger one could even respond to my concern. Customer is always wrong, store is never at fault, and I could care less about your concern...is the way this store is going. They will be the last place I shop in the future. This store will fail in 5 years, with her bad attitude and dismissive taunt.
