I had my car towed from the block in 2022. I was parked right in the front of the restraunt I was only gone for 20 minutes I come back my car was gone. It had gotten towed they also damaged my right side mirror $300 to fix it. Also $500 to get my car out they need to do something about this. This was predatory towing they come in looking for cars to tow.

Good fallback store if O'Reilly doesn't have it. They have a "tool loan, with deposit" system which is seriously helpful on occasion.

This stores rock windscreen wiper replacement! I am not the sharpest knife in the draw and my wife's car blades are 10 years old. Stopped by the AutoZone they removed the old ones and replaced with brand new. Super service and store. Cheers!

This store participates in predatory towing. We accidentally parked in their parking lot thinking it was the parking lot of the Block. There were no signs on the gate in front of where we parked. They have a tow truck company lined up to tow cars at 9 PM which is when the store closes, an employee told me they come every day at 9 to tow cars. Our Uber driver even told us she's picked people up here more than once when their cars were towed at night. It's $600 to get your car back. This is a huge empty parking lot in front of a closed store, not interfering with their business. I would never shop somewhere with such an unethical practice. The manager should be ashamed. There is a Napa Auto Parts on 4th street that might be a better choice.

Got a jump because my battery was dead way out near Point Reyes. Jason answered when I called asking if they could check out my battery and if there was a replacement available. Not only was it my lucky day with the battery, but Jason took care of everything quickly and met me when I walked in the door. Grateful that my trip to the coast didn t end in disaster.

I use to go here all the time. Now it feels as though I never get the items I order, so I have to follow up on the order and reorder many time. I can't tell you how frustrated I am with how bad it's gotten.

If you read my first review it was a error on my part of not paying attention to the business I was reviewing.So first off big I'm sorry to AutoZone, everytime I've been there the store was clean inside and out. Employees are normally friendly and helpfull. I do have to admit windshield wipers prices are a little high so I bought them elsewhere. But they are normally the first place I check for parts in Petaluma.

Very disappointed. I love AutoZone in Santa Rosa but this one in Petaluma is very frustrating. This is the 3rd time I have tried getting something I needed there and every single time, I walk out empty handed because the clerks are too busy talking with other guys about random things like sports or girls. One person attempted to help me and then gave up after he handed me the wrong sized light bulb. It was way too big and he said that's what the computer said. I repeated what I had already told him: the computer always says the wrong size for my car, so he shrugged and walked away. So no light bulb and no license plate frames and the additional hardware that needs to be purchased separately because even though everyone could see me getting frustrated trying to grout which ones I needed for my car, this time their conversation was too interesting to deal with a customer that didn't just buy what the computer said! The bulbs that the computer says to get, are about 6-7 times bigger than what would fit in there! I wasted my whole lunch here so I have to work 10 hours today and I don't get to eat a single thing at it was all for nothing. That's the last time I'm going back to that branch

Tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He (Ethan) installed the battery on our car and provided useful information about battery care. Certainly went the extra mile. Twice I had been to this store and each time, staff was extremely helpful. This is now my store of choice for car parts, etc.

We just returned home from a family vacation down South and we're so tired and frustrated when we woke up to find a flat tire on one car and a dead battery on the other. We jumped out car and brought it directly to the Petaluma store where we found the most knowledgeable and respectful associate, Ethan, who helped not only get us the battery within 5 min but also replaced the old one. When you have had a bad day.....at least you can go here and leave with it being better. Thank you Ethan.

The sales guy was helpful in directing me in finding some wiper blades for my vehicle. On another occasion, I told the sales guy I needed a new battery. He didn't believe my two year old battery needed to be replaced. But i proved him wrong. My battery was dead. Oh well still a good place to get good on auto parts.

Barley was really helpful in telling me what oil I should use in my 2001 dodge neon coupe. He also educated me on spark plugs. I left with a big satisfaction that he gave me the right information and that he was a knowledgeable guy. He even broke down the way oil is weighted by and offered the manufactures recommendation. All in all he was a nice sounding young lad and he made me very happy. I will be back next week so that Barley can check my check engine light on my 2001 dodge neon coupe. Thank you, He gave me the auto zone experience .

Vallejo store on redwood is the ships. The guy didn't care. I told him what I had, needed, he sold me an electric radiator fan that didn't fit my trk. Causing me more headache then I already had with the over heating vehicle. The store in Pacheco is way better. They always get me what I need. I give them a 4.7 out of 5 ..

Was from out of town, didn't know where anything was at.Dead battery, no tool's, grandkids with me.So when I called to check if they had the battery for my vehicle and it was confirmed they had it.I asked if they could deliver it and install for me?They where all totally amazing from the first hello to the thank you! Drive safe!They brought the battery to is and installed it. Had us on our way in less than 5 min.They even took the core charges off and said they would bring the old battery back to the store.So this out of towner could continue with out Journey!Thank you!

STELLAR STELLAR STELLAR JOBBB To my main man Marcus. What a great guy, first of all he looked up dip sticks for my 2004 dodge neons. Secondly, he gave me valuable information on coolant and set my mind to ease. Thirdly, he was as smooth as the coolant that I used to flush my car. Honestly, great guy. Super patient guy and he really got me in the zone. Big thanks again! Love this guy and love this store! 10 out of 10

Worst customer service ever. Lamont and Osvaldo are complete idiots. As well as the store manager. Wrong parts given, Osvaldo doesn't know how to test a starter and lied and said that it passed. Went to Oreillys and they said it failed. Osvaldo took another 15 minutes to test a warranty swap, came back and said their tester wasn't working. Went again and Lamont didn't give me my points.

This store is under new management and they are very customer servis oriented with very nice and friendly staff. They dont cut corners and installed parts I bought evan tho he was busy.

Although I have been a customer of this store, personally I will never shop here again. This store is in the heart of downtown and should consider itself a part of the community. Instead it has chosen to take petty strides in killing the sense of community we cherrish. Shortly before they closed and with the majority of their lot EMPTY the manager decided to have the remaining cars towed.The people who's cars you towed were potential customers and your lack of compassion and forthought have taken those away. Good luck in business, thia is not how you treat others.Thankful men who took it upon themselves to inform the rest of us what was happening and representing what true community looks like.

While they are helpful when it comes to helping us find the right items, they didnt bother helping with installation. This despite me calling ahead to confirm that the installation service is complementary.

Came in to see if somebody could jump my rental car a few blocks away since i left the lights on overnight. They sent a guy right away and didn't charge me a dime. That not good service, that's great service!

My friends car broke down on his way to Tahoe. I offered to meet him there because the repair shop that he had his cartowed to said that his car would be fine to drive throughout New year's weekend if he got fuel injection cleaners (he had a miss fire). He informed me to meet him there, he was at the block waiting for me to get there. I told him when I got there, I would meet him at the block and we would go get what he needed and leave. I met him at the block, we sat and talked a little (my first time being there) then walked to Auto zone to get what he needed. Well guess what? My car was gone! Towed! This shop must be in cahutes with Ace towing yard making a killing on cars parked there, for not even one hour! Avoid this place at all costs. I was trying to help a friend out, (apparently they don't believe in helping a friend out) because, they had an almost empty parking lot but still found it necessary to tow my car!) I ran over and grabbed my friend and my car was gone. I have the AAA report showing my friends car was towed yet no pitty, even during the holiday season. Shame on you auto zone! You'll be hearing from my lawyer. Businesses like this don't belong in Petaluma. Join me in avoiding them at all costs. Auto zone=No love what so ever
