I've taken several RV's here through the years and they always done right by me at a fair price. I currently have an RV stored here and anytime an issue arrives it's nice to have it worked on in the same place it is stored.

I was sorely disappointed in Aled's inability to pinpoint the cause of our braking system failure. I described the problem as 1. the trailer Dexter brake system E/H 1600 would not activate from the truck system or the emergency breakaway and 2. the OEM brake module in the truck was not activating the trailer brakes or indicating "Gain" --2 separate and independent problems. After a week I still did not have an answer to what was the problem let alone the remedy. When it appeared to me that they were going to suggest replacing the parts in hopes that the problem would be cured I paid them picked up the truck and trailer and took them home. At one point aI asked if they had a "Tech 2" and they said "what's that?" $400. later and no improvement or solution voiced.

Con artists. Refused to give me an itemized estimate before commencing work on my RV, said they could only itemize AFTER work was done. Then proceeded to charge $357 for 12.2 quarts of oil that could have been purchased at a store for $98.68. On top of that, charged $143 for labor to change the oil. TOTAL OF $500 FOR AN OIL CHANGE--a price which they refused to give me until AFTER they did the work. They said I needed new batteries, which I bought at the price quoted--but AFTER the batteries were installed, they charged an ADDITIONAL $577 for "INSPECTING" the batteries. They were unable to give me any further details on exactly what that inspection entailed. They tried to get me to authorize additional "diagnostic work" for $735 which did not include any repairs. Before I authorized that, fortunately I checked with the manufacturer and a dealer. Both said what they were proposing made no sense and was unnecessary. The dealer actually called them to give them a chance to explain why they were proposing this work, and they were unable to give any good reason. The classy website totally misrepresents the services they can provide. For this reason, it's possible the business may have changed hands, with the website reflecting what the former owners offered. However, that is just an inference.I plan to file complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB. These fraudulent practices should not be allowed to continue. Note that I am 78 years old and female. They probably saw me as easy prey.Services: Battery, Oil change

I've taken my RV for service to Aled for the last two years. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Mike is very friendly and honest. The prices are very fair and they do only what is needed. Can't say enough good things about their service and integrity.

Incompetent people, they don't stand behind their failed repairs and will make you pay another diagnosis fee to find out their mess. If you are a business owner with limited time, go somewhere else

ALED is a fantastic shop. I m traveling and needed to get my RV in for diagnostic testing. I d called the night before and Rob, their RV service manger, had me in at 8AM the next morning. One of their techs (unfortunately, I forgot to get his name) was on it immediately. It turned out that it might be a warranty repair from a shop in Utah that had worked on the same issue. Rob called that shop to get details.I ve worked in technical service related positions, and was impressed with the level of customer care, professionalism, technical expertise and clear communication from ALED staff. I waited for the work to be done on my RV and witnessed the same excellence with the car service mangers. I recommend this shop without question.

**10 STARS IF I COULD**My first visit here. What an awesome business. This is exactly the way a customer based business should run.Very hard to find anyone that will work on Motorhomes (internal/chassis) in Marin/ North Bay. But these guys nailed it for me. Mike runs things professionally. He worked directly with my extended warranty provider, and did everything I asked to be done. The tech's are first rate and know their stuff. Not my first rodeo with (fifth coach) Motorhomes and service and sometimes the outcome is frustration and anger and the big bucks spent. Will not happen here. Will be back and recommended to any that listen! They do get it right the first time!

Mike was very thorough in explaining to me what they do and approximately how much it would cost. Something that I truly appreciated as a woman was that I wasn't "talked down" to and wasn't pressured into replacing things that could go for a while. Mike told me what shape some of my parts were in and how much it would cost for me to replace them. Then he left the decision up to me.

Terrible communication and an attitude to go with it. Absolutely the worst costumer experience I ve ever had. This is the first review I ve ever left for any business. Point being this really upset me. If you have other options I would explore them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
