I recently visited Seidner s collision for some repairs on my car and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were eager to assist me. They took the time to explain the process to me and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the repairs.The work they did on my car was exceptional. They managed to fix the damages and my car looked as good as new. The attention to detail was impressive and it was evident that they took pride in their work.What stood out to me the most was their excellent customer service. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and finished the job in a timely manner. They also followed up after the service to ensure I was satisfied with their work.I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of car repairs. I was very happy with the ease of the process of getting my vehicle repaired. the staff was very helpful with keeping me informed with the progress of the repair and they completed the repair well in advance of the original estimated time.

Worst experience my daughter has had with an automobile repair facility! Her car was toad to this ripoff place because it was AAA certified and approved. The car would not start after the police report was done so we had it toad here. They contacted her the next morning while she was at work and told they could not look at her car in until she signed paperwork! she was at work and didn't have a vehicle! So the car sat there until she could come there this morning. She was basically told since her car already had some small damage to the front grill they COULDN'T REPAIR IT UNLESS ALL THE DAMAGE WAS REPAIRED! LIE! They finally jump started her car so she could get home!I have notified our AAA agent's and reported this attempted ripoff to them! DO NOT USE THE PLACE!RD

Not only did they fix my car beyond expectations but they gave it back to me after detailing it and smoothing out all the surfaces. It s an older vehicle and it came out looking almost brand new. I'll begin with I haven't had any work done with this company. I had to leave a review because I am so grateful to Josue and Liza for going above and beyond. And I truly appreciate their willingness and effort into finding a solution that worked for everyone (more favorable to me thank you thank you thank you!) It's really great to see that they're still businesses out there that really cares for the customer in the situations that they are in not just making money! Long story short I was put in an awkward situation with my Mercury Insurance adjuster to have inspection done, giving the wrong information, told lies, and then he had the nerve to try to Gaslight me about the whole thing. My car only had a few scratches from the accident so I was adamant about not getting those repaired unless they determine that the noise I was hearing was from the accident as well and that was going to be repaired but that was determined to be just wear and tear.

They did a great job fixing my SUV, my truck looks like new, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. However, they broke the rear windshield while removing the rear wing and charged it to the insurance. I am satisfied with the work done, but in my opinion clients/insurers should not be charged for parts broken or damaged, even accidentally, by members of their staff. I understand that my deductible remains the same regardless, however, increasing the total costs of the repairs, it will cause my premium to go up significantly.Service: Painting

The best auto shop! They were so wonderful to work with. Jesse went above and beyond to keep me updated on all of the repairs and get my truck back to me as soon as possible. I think most people are a little nervous when confronted with the need for body repairs of their vehicle. I certainly was worried about the cost of repairs and the length of time I would have to pay for a rental car. From the very moment that I walked into Seidner's I was put at ease by the entire staff. They were extremely courteous and professional and left no question in my mind that I had picked the right folks to repair my truck. The end result was a collision repair that was nothing less than a work of art. The level of technical and artistic expertise is excellent. My truck looks like a new one with no sign that it was ever damaged. The paint matching was perfect. I was apprised at every step of the process. Reasonable costs were explained in detail before work was scheduled. There were no surprises except my surprise at the beautiful work they did on my truck. All costs were discussed and approved by me prior to any work being done.Hopefully, I won't have a need for collision repairs any time soon but if such a need happens, I sure know where to look for a repair team that treats me fairly and honestly, Seidner's has earned my respect and my praise for great service and honest business practices. After a month i went to leave my car to get fix. Waited an hour just for them to tell me they werent gonna work on my car due to chips paint. If they were incompetent to work on my car they would have told me that at the inspection visit. Instead of wasting my time. A month after the accident and I have to restart the process of inspection and getting a quote and taking my car to another shop. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time.

My car was fix once and I had few concern about my car still not being done (This probably due to my car was transferred from Loma Linda to Perris location). I called in during their business day and I was able to leave my car to get it fix the next day. The 2nd time, I got my car back. Everything was completely done. And I am very satisfied with their work fixing my car. I am thankful to Steve for helping me through getting my car fix properly.Customer service was great. Steve always contacted me regarding my car update. Also, I received text too from them for the car update.Definitely, recommending Seidner's Collision Center to my friends in the future.

Took in my car, paid the deposit that was required ($250), to make sure I wouldn t take the car elsewhere . They NEVER gave me updates on the parts that we re supposedly ordered from a Toyota Dealer. 6 MONTHS passed, I would call monthly to check if my parts/sensor was in and they always said no, but we ll call when theres an update. After the first month i tried to get my deposit back and take my car elsewhere they said they would not refund that money because they had already ordered parts in advance. in the 6 months i waited i got 1 phone call ( 6months later) and that phone call was just to tell me to go pick up my deposit because they would no longer be able to fix my car due to them not being able to find the part because it wasn t being manufactured . Furiously I went to pick up my check they had written out for me and I received no apology what soever. they were rude and said it wasn t their problem, to take my money and leave. the issue is i tried to take my car to another shop since the beginning and they didn t allow me to. I wasted 6 months waiting. I took my car to Gerber Collision in Menifee on Haun Rd they were AMAZING had my car ready and fixed within a week, don t waste your time here (:Service: Body & Trim

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Great service. They worked directly with my insurance and handled everything. I would Definitely recommend them! I had quite a bit of damage to my vehicle and they were still able to get it back to me 2 days sooner than the anticipated completion date. They also send you automatic text updates about your completion date which I liked.

Took my car to the Perris location. They did an outstanding job. The people up front were very friendly and helpful. They were thorough and explained everything and were on time with the repairs. This job was through my car insurance Triple A. Jesse Castaneda was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I ve had the pleasure of working with these guys ( Steve) and the girls at the front desk , 2 times with damages they fixed for me and many phone calls with questions or updates. TheyMade my experience so smooth and stress free,Took care of my needs with urgency and sincere kindness like they ve known me forever and really showed me what service was all about. I drove my car off the lot looking like it was brand new and knew that this would be the only shop I d consider if I needed anything ever fixed or replaced due to an accident.Thank you Seidners for being the best out there!

This place is the best!! took my car to get repaired and they told me that it was going to take 10 days and they had it ready it 4 days. drooped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday afternoon. Josue from Seidner's was the one who took care of my care and hes awesome a give him a 5 star rating, he called me almost every day to give me update on my car. thank you Seidner's team and Josue for doing a great job.
