I recommend pulido's Auto Repair to anyone. I installed the Mopar srt coils and shocks on my 2013 charger rt, and to my little knowledge of suspensions,it was difficult to get the car into the proper spec of adjustment so at Pulido's, they advised me to get the upper control arms that are adjustable to get proper wheel alignment. Witch other shops when I would ask them they would say that it wasn't needed even if the srt suspension package would lower the vehicle 1 inch in the front and 2 inches in the rear. From the mechanic's to the staff in the office, they are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I went in today to get a headlight replaced and the prices are very good. I called around and they were about $70-80 under the asking price for other places in the area!! But what really set it aside for me was the over all atmosphere and the customer service!!! Right off the bat when the receptionist answered the phone she was so nice and answered all my questions as best she could with out looking at the car, mind you I had called around to other places and got a few rude people, so she was a breath of fresh air. Even once they got started on my car she was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and even the mechanic was so friendly and took the time to explain to me what they were gonna do. I had other things wrong and he took the time to do an estimate and actually tell me how it worked. It was such a nice place with great customer service! I definitely recommend. We have 3 cars in our home and I hope we don t need them fixed anytime soon lol but if we do I definitely want to take them here!

This business gets the gold star! From the initial call to inquire on brakes to the entire process of fitting me in, and completing the work, the staff at Pulidos was exemplary. They were courteous, helpful, thorough with great follow up and communication about my vehicle and the service. They bent over backwards to accommodate me with drop off and pickup service also! AAA discount was honored and awesome 0% financing offered through Synchrony helped me to budget for the repair costs. This will be my go to shop and I suggest you give them your business as well. They won t disappoint!

Great customer service and professional tech (AJ) walked me through the process. Wouldn t recommend no other shop for any mechanic needs!!! Keep in mind you get what you pay for other shops might be cheaper but rather pay lil more for solid/honest work!!! Thanks Pulido

My experience with Pulidos was very positive. They go above and beyond in customer service which is a dying trend these days. Worked diligently to diagnose and repair my vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely entrust them with my vehicle needs.

Went for an alignment. Charged me $220 which I think was too much. Said my car was old that s why. My old car has nothing but brand new parts on it. So there were like it s a custom alignment. So witch one is it? My car old or is it custom.

I went in for an alignment and it turned out I needed a few more things, but to begin with they were very upfront and honest explaining the routine and whether or not I would need the alignment. I appreciate that they take the time and tell you they'll check it out and let me know other places wouldn't question why you think you need those repairs. All of the staff was super friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and I'll be going back for any repairs needed that they're able to do.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Everyone was very polite and transparent about everything. I never felt pressured or forced to do anything. They gave me tons of excellent advice in my case. Even though I didn't end up getting the service done, I feel a lot better having had them look at my car. I will definitely be back.

Have been going here for years! Rhey have worked on every car I have ever owned. Have never had any issues. Real honest & hardworking. They even refunded me for work they had did because the dealer said they installed the wring spark plugs, turn out not to be true the dealer was lying. Ever since then I only trust them with my car. They do things by the book and they do it right no short cuts. I know how hard it is to find trust worthy mechanics and let me tell you Pulidos is the place to go you wont ve disappointed. Besides a clean shop, and knowledgeable worker's, and professional service, they dont rip u off. Biggest thing w mechanics is they are hard to trust. W this place and George they tell u str8 up. I thought I needed a major few thousand overhaul. Nope he told me come back in 6 mbths, we will do it. Gave me a oil change and air filter And I was good. A professional welcoming auto shop! AJ the technician really shined and talked me through the services that immediately needed addressed on my car! Really cool guy and did a terrific job on my Subaru WRX 2013! I had just bought the car from a private dealer, and sadly after less than 100 miles I had a check engine light come on. My car was misfiring periodically. Pulido s auto shop changed the spark plug and a coil on the misfiring cylinder the problem has stopped and hasn t came back. My car is running like new! I know going to the dealership would have for sure doubled the cost on the repairs. They also offer auto care financing through Synchrony so you have 6 months to pay off your repairs IF you do apply and get approved! Will be going back for regular maintenances!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Battery, Oil change

Great place to get your car serviced/fixed. George in the front office is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer all of their services to you and don't try to sell you senseless services like some other mechanics. The mechanics are also fantastic! They go over everything with you and are very thorough. They offer great warranties and great prices. I will keep taking my cars there time and time again. I received a follow up call a week or so after going there just to see how their service was. These guys are truly hard working, honest and trustworthy.

Came to this place because of the high star rating. I am glad I did! Pleasently greeted by one of the family owners George who was wearing a mask. Thumbs up from me especially during this pandemic. He quoted me on a reasonable price for a synthetic oil change. They even put plastic coverings on my steering wheel, seat and pedals which even received more approval from me. I instantly felt that I could trust them with my vehicle and trust them to be honest in giving me a fair price for service. During the service they told me I needed coolant (which I suspected) and even notified me of a possible nail in my tire. After removing the metal object it turned out that it did not puncture the tubing so all was good. Although located in a remote location, this is definitely a hidden gem. Please don't come here because I want my car to be serviced right away when I need it. (smile) Keep up the good service Pulido's Family

So happy I came here! Jorge was so helpful! I was really worried about how bad my damage was and that it would be expensive, but he reassured me by allowing me to see the actual damage and what was getting fixed. They fixed my car fast and didn t over charge. They even check up and make sure everything is still running well. George and his team of mechanics are amazing and throughout. Very open and honest I love that they give you a walk through and explain the options available to repair your car. They were all extremely helpful and answered any concerns I brought up. I ve been to other repair shops where they took advantage I believe because I was female but here they make you feel welcome and apart of the process. Thank you George and team!!!! Best experience ever!!

I liked the fact of how patient and transparent the team was in my case. Due to an external problem with the insurance of the other guy who hit me, they delayed, but as soon as the problem with the insurance company was fixed, my car was ready within that week. In other words, Pulidos Auto Repair were very patient in my personal case. As soon as you walk in, you can tell right away that they care about YOU and not only your money. I was quite surprised at the many offers and services they have. They were very kind to offer a ride home when i dropped off my car. Now, straight to the job done, the quality was great. My car was left better than it was before. Thank you!

I own and operate my own mobile heavy duty mechanic services, and do most of my own work on my vehicle, but when it comes to an alignment for your vehicles it needs to be done best by the rack and laser. Brought a 2015 chevy crew cab with me doing the suspension work myself. And took it to them for the alignment! Very clean shop and presentable employees. Got my truck aligned and 80 bucks not bad at all! Highly recommended this shop. I will be a repeat customer without a doubt. Thanks

The workers here are very knowledgeable and help you understand the issues. They definitely try to help you prevent future problems too. I understand it is one of the more pricey mechanics in town but you get what you pay for and I'm happy with the service they provide. I gladly continue to trust Pulido's as my go to mechanic shop.

I have taken all of my cars for repair to Pulidos over the last few years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. They are honest and reliable and competent. Their prices are reasonable and most often lower than anyone around. Their ability to diagnose and repair excels. Recently i had a transmission rebuilt on a Honda van, The price was the best around and i am very pleased with the way the van now runs. I can highly recommend Pulido's Auto repair with confidence in their work and how they do business,

Strongly recommendThey are polite an actually care for there job.They won't do any cheap work to your car that's not needed they offer the best products with quality to keep your car running properly.I know I'll never go to Wal-Mart again for a oil change.They will fully hands on an visually show you what's the issue give a price quote.Great place to get service.
